LITERATURE AND READING AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE IMPROVING CULTURE AND ITS CHARACTERISTICS

ABSTRACT
The role of spirituality, the formation of a culture of reading among young people, reading books leads to spiritual maturity, the formation of a person as a fully developed, perfect person is incomparable. In particular, the views, ideas and works of Eastern thinkers provide valuable information on issues such as human maturity, spiritual maturity, patriotism, education.

АННОТАЦИЯ
Роль духовности, формирование культуры чтения у молодежи, чтение книг ведет к духовной зрелости, становлению человека как всесторонне развитой, совершенной личности несравнимой. В частности, взгляды, идеи и труды восточных мыслителей дают ценную информацию по таким вопросам, как зрелость человека, духовная зрелость, патриотизм, воспитание.

ANNOTATSIYA
Ma'naviyatning, yoshlarda kitobxonlik madaniyatini shakllantirish, kitob mutolaasi ma 'naviy kamolotga yetaklaydi, insonning har tomonlama yetuk, komil inson bo'lib shakllanishida beqiyosdir. Xususan, Sharq mutafakkirlarining qarashlari, g 'oyalari, asarlarida inson kamoloti, ma 'naviy kamolot, vatanparvarlik, tarbiya kabi masalalar bo 'yicha qimmatli ma 'lumotlar berilgan.

with a nurturing quality. There are many valuable ideas and metaphors about the book and its role in human development.
In recent years, the scale of work to promote a culture of reading among young people in our country has risen to a qualitative level.
In particular, the Resolution of the President of Uzbekistan dated September 13, 2017 "On a comprehensive program of measures to develop the system of publishing and distribution of books, increase and promote the culture of reading", the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 781 of December 14, 2020, the National Program for the Development and Support of Reading Culture for 2020-2025 and a number of other documents serve as a program for the development of the industry.
The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 781 of December 14, 2020 provides for the implementation of the National Program for the Development and Support of Reading Culture in 2020-2025 in three stages. Phase 1- implementation of measures to improve the organizational and legal mechanisms for the development of reading culture in 2020-2021; Phase 2- strengthening the reading infrastructure in 2022-2023; Phase 3- in 2024-2025, important criteria have been identified, such as the rapid development of the reading culture of young people, improving the quality of human capital through the growth of their intellectual potential.
DISCUSSION AND RESULTS
In addition, the population, first of all, to publish high-quality books that meet the spiritual, educational, artistic and aesthetic needs of young people, to support the activities of publishers and artists, to support the publication of children's literature, national and to translate the best examples of world literature, to raise the culture of reading, to develop the culture of reading in remote areas and in the age of the republic, to systematically study the reading level and interest of the population, to organize projects and competitions to develop reading culture.
The development of a system for evaluating the effectiveness of measures to develop reading, the introduction of ratings such as "Best Reading Area", "Best Reading Neighborhood", "Best Reading Education Institution" and other important tasks have been identified.
When it comes to the culture of reading, first of all, it is necessary to provide young people with information and understanding of the rules and types of reading.
Reading is a complex type of speaking activity that has two aspects: the technical aspect is to acquire reading and speed reading skills, and the creative aspect is to select the necessary information from the text.

Depending on the level of mastery of the content of the source, the following types of reading are distinguished: reading in order - to get an overall impression; acquaintance reading - to understand the general content; distinguished reading - the rules and types of reading are given to gain a deeper understanding of the meaning.
The reading under consideration is usually done before the introductory and study reading. The content of the book, its chapters and paragraphs, is used when it is necessary to get acquainted with the author of the work.
The title page, table of contents, individual paragraphs, and sentences are usually read during the reading process. This information alone will help you decide how much you need this resource.
Acquaintance reading (selection) is used to separate specific questions from several sources, as well as to compare and contrast the information obtained, to develop their own views on the issue.
Learning to read is an active form of reading. It is used when you pay attention, focus on information, and read thoughtfully. It is designed to understand the main idea of the text, its purpose, the logic of the evidence, to find answers to the questions you are asked. This type of reading requires consistency in the study of the material (by paragraphs, chapters, sections), leads to the formation of a personal opinion about the text, develops the ability to critically perceive information.
Here are some suggestions on how to look or get an appointment for antique items. In doing so, reading should be serious and thoughtful.
The following are important. Analyze the material read, identify the meaning of obscure terms and concepts, and look for answers to important questions.
The educational value of the book in bringing up a harmoniously developed generation is incomparable. Therefore, it is reading that gives a person knowledge and information, enriches his spiritual world. A good book will help you find the answers to the most difficult questions.
According to the international rating agency NOP World, people around the world spend 16.6 hours a week watching TV, 8.9 hours in front of a computer and 6.5 hours reading. In 2016, India - 10.7, Thailand - 9.4, China - 8, the Philippines - 7.6, the Czech Republic - 7.4, Russia - 7.1, Sweden are among the countries that read the most books per week. - 6.9, France - 6.9 and Hungary - 6.8 hours.
The development of publishing and the growing popularity of reading show that it is a mistake to think that people will lose interest in reading as communication, audio, video, radio, television, and information and communication networks take a deeper place in our lives. emergence of new types of media, it is clear that the press continues to increase people's interest in reading books.
A study of the world's demand for books by a number of agencies has shown that in the last 30 years, the production of books of the same name has tripled and quadrupled in number. Today, about one million books are published in the world every year. For example, 10 books are published per capita in the United States, 9.5 in Russia, 5 in France and 3.5 in China.
The modern legal framework for publishing has been created in our country. Over the past period, more than 10 laws and more than 30 bylaws have been adopted. 1,677 printing companies and 118 publishing houses were registered. The National Library of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi, equipped with advanced technologies, 14 regional information and library centers, about 200 information and resource centers in district centers and urban educational institutions provide information and library services to the population, as well as "The world of books", "Eastern reader" and " Uzstate books sale support " provide book sales services. The "Ijod" Public Foundation, established under the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, publishes thousands of copies of the first books of writers and poets, especially young writers.
Today, there are 9,576 information and library institutions in the public education system, including 12 regional, 199 district (city) and 928 school information and resource centers, and 8,648 school libraries. They had a total membership of 4,047,738 students.
Today information and resource centers, libraries have a total more than 23 million book fund. Each year, students purchase fiction for extracurricular reading to enrich their book collection.
CONCLUSION
Various cultural, educational and intellectual events are held to promote reading among students. In order to promote and encourage reading among students and their parents in educational institutions educational events "Book presentation", "Days of Literature", "My book is my sun", "School-library" - family and public organizations charity event and "Three books for one child" campaign with the participation of parents, as well as "Best reader" contest.
