ISSUES OF SOCIO-POLITICAL ACTIVITY OF YOUTH IN THE
GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT
Annotation: This article devoted throughout the most complicated processes of globalization the especial attention is given to problems arisen in the field of spirituality, such as preservation and increase of spirituality of the nation and in particular preservation of mind and heart of youth from influence of various noxious ideas and thoughts.

Today, the process of globalization is increasingly pushing its sphere of influence. It covers all areas, in particular spiritual-educational, socio-economic, political, environmental, demographic, medical and the like. For the purpose of qualitative renewal of all spheres of life of our country, the legal democratic state and civil society are on the way to restoration, the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is considered to be its legal basis.
From the first days of independence of our republic the issue of youth spirituality, perfection of personality, perfection of the harmonious generation, formation of ideological immunity, formation of political-legal, religious knowledge, skills and qualifications has been manifested as one of the urgent tasks. After all, the activity of young people in socio-political processes plays an important role in strengthening their civil position. On September 14, 2016, the law" on the basis of state policy on youth in the Republic of Uzbekistan " was adopted. This law is the priority direction of the state activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the purpose of which is the creation and guarantee of socio-economic, legal, organizational conditions for the social formation and perfection of young people, the realization of creative interests in the interests of society as fully as possible. In particular, the state policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan on youth is based on the following rules:
- to take care of young people regardless of their nationality, race, language, religion, social status, gender, information and political background;
- legal and social protection of young people;
-the transition of national, cultural traditions from generation to generation, the spiritual connection of generations;
- support the initiatives of young people, guarantee that young people can freely choose the ways of realization of their interests within the framework of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- direct participation of young people in the development and implementation of policies and programs related to the development of society, especially the life of young people of the Republic;

- unity of rights and duties, freedom and civil responsibility.
In the current conditions of the reform of society, it is important for young people to be able to independently acquire their knowledge, to evaluate and establish their own lives, the life of society, to be able to obtain a goal in the world of information, the scale of which is constantly changing and changing, to strengthen professionalism and knowledge in their minds, to In particular, the importance of pedagogical personnel in the educational institutions of bunda occupies a special place. State and non-governmental organizations, other institutions of civil society effectively cooperate in increasing the legal knowledge of young people.
At a time when today's rapidly developing, young people are created with wide opportunities and are being replaced by them in the development of our society, there are also cases of damaging the consciousness of young people with various negative effects by some states. It is especially alarming that the globalisation processes are impacting the youth ideology on their own. The processes carried out in the world at the end of the XX century led to drastic changes in our country, worldview of our youth, various changes in consciousness. It would not be an exaggeration to say that the ideological threats in our region are inextricably linked with these changes. From this situation, the efforts of some major countries to preserve their interests and spheres of influence, to realize their goals, to divert young people to their own sides are also evident. In such a dangerous situation, our young people should not only observe socio-political processes, know the rule of law, which is the basis of society, obey and respect it, realize their civil duty, but also actively participate in this process. It is also necessary for the youth of our country to cooperate with the world community in the preservation of our national spiritual values, to have an active civil position, to be able to use the available opportunities and conditions in full and on time, to develop honest labor, entrepreneurial abilities and to have the qualities to dominate the interests of the majority. With such aspects as all, the current youth of Uzbekistan as a large-scale social group of the population remains one of the important factors in the economic and social development of the country, social stability and political balance in society.
Taking into account the fact that the number of internet users in Uzbekistan exceeds ten million today, the media, as a source of information, information from the internet is growing day by day. And this makes our information increasingly available in the national segment of the internet, regardless of which sector it belongs to. Of course, it is natural that the use of the Internet in increasing the sociopolitical activity of young people will give its effect.
A number of projects are being implemented by state and non-governmental organizations in order to support young people in every aspect and to bring their talents to light. In particular, on December 22, 2019, all the work carried out to further strengthen the family institution, which is the foundation of society, to protect and support families, especially the legal and socio-economic interests of young people, has been promoted to a qualitatively new level, and the development

of a healthy, spiritually mature generation, increased attention and care for young people has been, particular attention is being paid to the fact that social cooperation is important in ensuring their legal and social protection. These aspects, in turn, serve to bring young people to perfection in the spirit of patriotism.
The need to regularly stimulate the participation of young people in the life of society, the study of their feedback in the decision-making process is also one of the important factors in increasing the capacity of young people. All such factors give grounds for the fact that young people are comprehensively educated, wise and of course fortunate.
