ABSTRACT
Modern integration in primary schools refers to the practice of bringing together students from different backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities in the same learning environment. Historically, schools were segregated, with students from different backgrounds attending separate institutions. However, research has shown that modern integration in primary schools can have many benefits for both students and the wider community. In this article, we can discuss some issues of modern interaction in primary classes andfinding out the importance of this methodologies.

INTRODUCTION
One of the most significant benefits of modern integration is that it helps to promote diversity and inclusivity. When students attend schools that reflect the wider community in which they live, they are exposed to different cultures and backgrounds, which can help to break down barriers and promote mutual respect and understanding. This, in turn, can help to reduce discrimination, prejudice, and racism, as children

learn to value and celebrate differences. Another important benefit of modern integration is that it can help to improve academic outcomes for all students. Studies have shown that diverse classrooms are associated with better academic achievement, particularly in areas such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. This is because students from different backgrounds bring different perspectives, skills, and knowledge to the classroom, which can enrich the learning experience of all students.
In addition to these academic benefits, modern integration in primary schools can also have many social and emotional benefits for students. For example, it can help students to develop empathy and tolerance, as they learn to appreciate different perspectives and ways of life. It can also help to increase students' self-esteem and confidence, particularly for those who may feel marginalized or excluded in other settings.
Furthermore, modern integration can help to prepare students for life in an increasingly diverse and interconnected world. As globalization continues to shape our societies, it has become increasingly important for young people to understand and appreciate different cultures and ways of life. Modern integration in primary schools can help to equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to work and live in a globalized world.
While there are many benefits to modern integration, it is important to recognize that it can also present challenges and obstacles. For example, students from different backgrounds may have different levels of proficiency in the primary language used in the classroom, which can create language barriers and hinder effective communication. Similarly, cultural differences can create misunderstandings and conflicts in the classroom, particularly where students have different values, beliefs, and expectations.
DISCUSSION AND RESULTS
Socioeconomic differences can also present challenges in integrated classrooms. Students from low-income families may face additional challenges, such as limited access to resources and support, which can have a significant impact on their academic performance and social integration.
To address these challenges, schools must provide support and resources for students from diverse backgrounds. For example, they may need to provide additional language support and cultural education for students who are struggling to adapt to the new environment. Similarly, schools may need to offer extra support and resources for students from low-income families to ensure that they have access to the same opportunities as their peers. In addition to providing support for students, it is also important for schools to provide training and professional development for

teachers and other staff. Teachers who work in diverse classrooms must be equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to manage and support students from different backgrounds effectively. This may involve training in areas such as cultural competence, effective communication, and differentiated instruction. Ongoing support and mentoring can also be beneficial for teachers, particularly where they are working in challenging or high-pressure environments.
Modern integration in primary schools refers to the practice of bringing together students from different cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds into the same classroom. The goal of this integration is to promote diversity, cultural understanding, and inclusivity. However, there are also several issues and challenges associated with modern integration in primary schools, which include the following:
1. Language barriers - Students coming from different backgrounds may have different levels of proficiency in the primary language used in the classroom. This creates a language barrier that can hinder effective communication and understanding between students and teachers.
2. Cultural differences - Students from different cultural backgrounds may have different values, beliefs, and expectations, which can create misunderstandings and conflicts in the classroom.
3. Socioeconomic differences - Students from low-income families may face additional challenges such as limited access to resources and support, which can impact their academic performance and social integration.
4. Bullying and discrimination - Integration can also increase the risk of bullying and discrimination, as students from different backgrounds may face stereotypes and prejudices from their peers.
5. Teacher training - Teachers may require specialized training to effectively manage and support diverse classrooms, which may not always be available to them.
6. Curriculum adaptations - Integrating students from different backgrounds often requires adapting the curriculum to be more inclusive and culturally responsive, which can be a challenge for teachers.
7. Parental involvement - Encouraging parental involvement and support can be difficult when parents come from diverse backgrounds and may have different perspectives on education.
8. Assessment and evaluation - Assessing and evaluating the academic progress and social integration of students from diverse backgrounds can be challenging, as traditional metrics may not always be applicable or fair.
Modern interaction in schools refers to the use of technology to facilitate communication, collaboration, and information sharing between students, teachers,

and parents. The rapid advances in technology over the past few decades have fundamentally changed the way we communicate and interact with one another, and education is no exception. The integration of technology into the classroom has the potential to transform both teaching and learning, creating more engaging, personalized, and effective learning experiences for students.
One of the primary benefits of modern interaction in schools is that it can help to enhance student engagement and motivation. By using interactive and multimedia resources such as videos, animations, and games, teachers can create a more dynamic and engaging learning experience that can capture the attention and interest of students. This can help to increase student participation, motivation, and ultimately performance.
Active use of advanced pedagogical technologies in the educational process, improvement of educational efficiency, analysis and introduction into practice is one of the important tasks of today. It is extremely important to develop students' thinking, consciousness, worldviews, to turn them from free listeners to free participants. The teacher should be the leader in the lesson, and the students should become participants. In order to achieve this task, the advantage of innovative activity has a multifaceted effect. Since primary education is the main link of general education schools, it is necessary to pay more attention to the perfect development of the student's personality in this process. The responsibilities of elementary school teachers are endless. They accustom the students who have just stepped on the threshold of school to school life and pave the way for them to receive modern education. Children's attitude to study and mental potential are formed in this period. This also shows that the task of primary school teachers is responsible. Lessons organized on the basis of pedagogical technologies should meet the needs of the student according to organizational methods and delivery methods. Because such lessons are closer to the psyche of the child. Achieving the goal based on arousing students' interest, desire and desire to learn learning materials is motivation, which is the internal rapprochement of the teacher and students. In the educational system, the term "innovative" refers to the introduction of innovations to the purpose and content of education, a new approach, the organization of activities in cooperation between a pedagogue and a student, the process of improving pedagogical technologies, and a set of methods, forms, and tools of education. It is of great importance to develop students' motivation to study in the primary school education process. Because the motive makes students interested in the educational process, encourages them to actively participate in the lesson and acquire knowledge. Interactive methods greatly help to develop the motivation to study. It should not be forgotten that it is necessary

to take into account the age and level of education of more children in primary classes.
Reality, innovative approaches and modern pedagogical technologies increase the productivity of the educational process. Today's era is characterized by the active use of the global information network, which is not limited in terms of the size and speed of information transmission. The extensive use of multimedia and animations increases students' interest in the lessons and the level of knowledge. We need to thoroughly inculcate the competencies in each lesson. In this case, we should be able to use new pedagogical technologies, innovative ideas, interactive methods and creative approaches in teaching. I think that students will gain enough knowledge through the innovations we have created. During my work, I widely use many innovative ideas, various didactic game exercises.
Another important benefit of modern interaction in schools is that it can help to individualize learning experiences for students. Digital tools such as online learning platforms and personalized learning software can help teachers to address the unique needs and learning styles of each student, creating a more personalized and effective learning experience. This can help to improve student outcomes, particularly for those who may struggle in traditional classroom settings. Modern interaction can also help to facilitate communication and collaboration between students, teachers, and parents. Online learning platforms can provide students with access to coursework, resources, and assignments, while enabling teachers to track progress and provide feedback in real-time. This can help to foster a more collaborative and engaging learning environment, promoting discussion and information sharing between students and teachers.
In addition to these academic benefits, modern interaction in schools can also help to prepare students for the digital world they will encounter in their future careers. The use of technology in education can help to develop skills such as digital literacy, problem-solving, and critical thinking, which are essential for success in the modern workplace.
However, it is important to note that modern interaction in schools also presents challenges and risks. One of the key challenges is ensuring that students are using technology in a safe and responsible manner. This requires teachers and parents to educate students about digital citizenship, online safety, and responsible behavior online, and to set clear boundaries and guidelines around the use of technology in the classroom and at home.
Another key challenge is ensuring that technology does not replace important face-to-face interactions and socialization. While modern interaction can facilitate

communication and collaboration, it is important that students still have opportunities to engage in personal interactions, build relationships, and develop social skills. Teachers should strive to strike a balance between online and offline activities and provide opportunities for students to engage in group work, discussions, and other interactive activities in person.
To overcome these challenges and maximize the benefits of modern interaction in schools, it is important that schools have a clear and comprehensive digital strategy in place. This should involve engaging with all stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, and administrators, to understand their needs, concerns, and priorities around technology use in the classroom.
Schools must also invest in the necessary infrastructure and resources to support technology use in the classroom, including reliable internet connectivity, appropriate hardware and software, and ongoing training and support for teachers. This may involve partnering with technology companies and other external providers to access the latest tools and resources and to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices.
In conclusion, modern integration in primary schools is a complex and challenging process that requires careful planning and ongoing support from teachers, parents, and school administrators. While there are several obstacles and issues associated with integration, it also offers significant opportunities for promoting diversity, inclusivity, and cultural understanding in the classroom. By addressing these issues and challenges, primary schools can create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that benefits all students.
