PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF TEACHER FOR INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION

ABSTRACT
This article explores the importance of professional training for teachers in innovative activities in the field of education. It highlights the benefits of such training for both teachers and their students, including improved engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The article discusses a range of innovative activities that teachers can incorporate into their classes, such as project-based learning, flipped classrooms, and digital technology integration. It also emphasizes the role of ongoing professional development in maintaining teachers' knowledge and skills in these areas.

Maqolada o'qituvchilar o'z sinflariga kiritishi mumkin bo'lgan bir qator innovatsion faoliyatlar, masalan, loyihaga asoslangan o'qitish, o'zgaruvchan sinflar va ta'limda raqamli integratsiya usuli muhokama qilingan. Teachers who undergo professional training for innovative activities acquire knowledge and skills that enable them to engage their students in more effective and interactive learning experiences. This training equips them with the ability to design and deliver innovative teaching practices that are tailored to the specific needs of their students. The training typically includes a range of topics such as curriculum design, instructional strategies, technology integration, and assessment methods.
