Entrepreneurship, business and the phenomenon that identifies the individual and what social, internal, spiritual, intellectual, and worldly views he it possesses are determined. The ethnocultural traditions, ethno-cultural environment that women have in there are expressed.

Здесь выражены этнокультурные традиции, этнокультурная среда, в которой живут женщины.

Аннотация: в этой статье анализируются психофизиологические, этнокультурные, этнопсихологические, демографические, аксиологические факторы, которые способствуют привлечению женщин в семейный бизнес, и объясняется их роль в семейном бизнесе. Предпринимательство, бизнес и феномен, который идентифицирует индивида, и какие социальные, внутренние, духовные, интеллектуальные и мирские взгляды он имеет, определены. Здесь выражены этнокультурные традиции, этнокультурная среда, в которой живут женщины.

Every social activity is based on the needs, interests and expectations of individuals. These subjective events require the identification of individuals who are involved in social activities. The person does not mechanically interfere in the life of the community, but only when he realizes that he is a reflection of his or her life, purpose, conscious existence, chooses a particular type of activity. "The duty of man is in his conscious activity" [1 278]. Continuing with Aristotle's thought, Hegel writes, "It's the same as with a man" [2, 142].

Entrepreneurship and business are the phenomenon that identifies the individual and what social, internal, spiritual, intellectual, and worldly views he possesses. According to foreign scientists J. S. Mill, O. Cont, A. Marshall, G. Menkyu, J. P. Betbez, Y. Shumpeter, entrepreneurship gives freedom, satisfaction and comfort [3, 4]. So entrepreneurship is not just an economic phenomenon, it has political, legal, cultural and psychological importance. When a person realizes that business is a socially necessary business, he realizes that he is responsible for his work and service. Most importantly, its social functioning recognizes the economic relationships in the society, the relationships between people, consumers and the state's economic policy.

Therefore, the entrepreneur's personality is not "for himself" but for society and for his well-being. Will not the conflict between the businessman and the society lead to the ruin and the erosion of the first one? After all, the question of society is widespread in the essence of the essence of the essence, and that it is able to subordinate every single individual.

Obeying and serving public interests that secure the welfare of society does not undermine the entrepreneurial will. Humanity is a manifestation of self-efficacy within the framework of public service, and the society is interested in it. Where conflicts of interest are not mutually beneficial, conflicts of interest arise, which leads to chaos, capitalism. The well-being of society becomes a real reality thanks to the harmony of personal and common interests.

True, the philosopher considers the relationship between economist collectivism (common interests) and totalitarianism (the method of achieving common interests), and even sees the basis of totalitarianism in collectivism. But he does not see the positive side of collectivism (communism, collectivism, commonality), and the eastern lifestyle is not sustainable through collectivism. In general, F.A. Hawke's market economy, human and neoliberal ideas are based on the analysis of the Western economy. However, the correctness of his negative views on Centralized Governance has been confirmed by the crisis of the Soviet ideology and economy. The centralized management and planning of the market economy are not only the achievement of human beings, the wellbeing of the society, but also the essence of contradictory realities. It recognizes the human dignity and its economic democratic rights as the basis of the well-being of the society and the existence of a modern civilization.

The participation of women in family business has different aspects and immanence. They may be psychophysiological, ethno-cultural, ethno-psychological, demographic, and axiological.

Men and women are of different types, but they differ from the psychophysiological point of view. Allan and Barbara Piz, a US researcher, say that these psychophysiological differences are so deep that ignoring them leads to two genes confronting one another as antagonists. The woman performs any social activity differently than the other male [4, 6]. Western experts who study the relationships between men and women in business and entrepreneurship also note that women have a different approach to the same task. In their opinion, women's participation in business and entrepreneurship is rising, but "women are great players in male business", and women are "trying to avoid looking at business as a great game for supporters of conservative business.

The ethno-cultural traditions, ethno-cultural environment that women have in their business and business involvement have a great impact. The person is the expression of a particular ethnocide.

Abstract: this article gives information about the youth with physical disabilities in Uzbekistan. The causes and results offamily relations to the birth of handicapped children and the opportunities being created in Uzbekistan. Moreover, barriers that disable children are facing in order to access to education and employment, their solutions and the measures are also given. The foreign country experiences and the usage of them are analyzed. The future goals and aims in introducing new innovations in order to help them are suggested.
