Annotation. The article discusses innovative methods and technologies of teaching English that meet the modern requirements of the educational process. The author emphasizes the importance of students' personal interest as a key factor in successful learning. In the context of rapid technological development, teachers need to adapt their methods to the individual characteristics of students, using a variety of pedagogical technologies. The main focus is on the introduction of information technology, multimedia tools and game methods, such as role-playing games and project-based learning, which helps to increase students' motivation and communicative competence.
Key words: teaching methods, modern technologies, learning process innovative technologies, the introduction of information technology, multimedia tools and game methods.
Significant changes are taking place in education, covering almost all aspects of the pedagogical process of modern society. The student's personal interest is one of the decisive factors in the educational process. It is necessary to know which aspects of the child's personality can be influenced by knowledge of a particular subject, what technologies should be used in the educational process to achieve the planned result. Teachers of the new generation are required to be able to skillfully select and accurately apply methods and technologies that fully correspond to the content and purpose of teaching a foreign language, taking into account the individual characteristics of students, contributing to their harmonious development.
In modern conditions, teaching a foreign language requires from the teacher not only knowledge, but also the active use of various technologies. The didactic system, based on an individual-oriented approach to teaching, covers a wide range of modern pedagogical technologies in the modern world, everything is changing rapidly, nothing stands still. Education is no exception here.
One of the most important and necessary conditions for the successful development of modern education is the search for new forms and methods of teaching that will help students achieve an effective level of learning. In this regard, there was a need to develop a methodology for using information computer technologies in teaching a foreign language. The new information pedagogical technologies are becoming part of the educational process. Therefore, computer technology and foreign language lessons are an urgent direction in the methodology, require new approaches and non-standard solutions.
Foreign teachers and philologists who studied the modern methods and technologies of teaching a foreign language are Yuliya P. Azhel, P.Kleiman, G.B.Dmitrieva, E.I. Artyugina,T.Y..Sysoev.
The XXI century is the century of high modern technologies. Teachers have the opportunity to use various technical means in the classroom, such as a computer, video and audio equipment, satellite TV, Internet, etc. This will make it interesting and productive to conduct foreign language lessons, increase the motivation of students to learn a foreign language. Indeed, using the latest technical means, students can not only learn a foreign language, but also use it to the fullest, for example, by e-mail with their foreign peers (which allows students to practice writing) and webcam (which gives students the opportunity to practice speech).
The use of new pedagogical technologies in English lessons contributes to the formation and development of motivation for learning activities, communicative competence, as well as improving the quality and level of learning of students.
The main innovative methods in education include: problem-based and project-based learning methods, research modeling method, modular learning method, game technologies method, role-playing method, brainstorming method, creative task method, etc. And the project methodology of joint training in modern methods, methods of edutainment, gamification and modern technologies, the use of new information, differentiation of learning taking into account the abilities of students and has recently become very popular, LearningApps.org, Kahoot refers to online learning platforms and new technologies such as Case technology and WebQuest, Dalton plan.
As effective ways of teaching English-multimedia uses innovative technologies and audiobooks as a means of learning English, podcasting develops listening innovative technologies.
The use of modern methods and technologies in teaching English contributes to increasing the effectiveness of the learning process, its individualization, active pedagogical interaction of the teacher and students, creates optimal conditions for the creative use of information in independent cognitive activities of students.
It is impossible to teach foreign languages without the use of modern computer training programs, multimedia tools, audio and video auxiliary learning systems, all this allows students of the XXI century to work more productively with the language, using it to improve their language. As practice shows, it has many advantages over traditional methods. Therefore, the methodology of teaching English should always be developed and supplemented.
In educational activities, I use the game method, in particular role-playing games, designed to increase cognitive interest in learning a foreign language.
This method was used in educational activities with students of the O1B group at the Higher College of EKU named after S.Amanzholov. Holding role-playing games was an important event in the life of the group, because on the one hand, it was the result of the hard work of this group, and on the other hand it was a serious test for the independence of students.
Indeed, in addition to carrying out pre-prepared communicative actions, there are several prepared during the game to quickly respond to the communicative actions of other characters, but unexpected by other participants in the game, because the course of the role-playing game was shown only in its most general form, and the final preparatory stage was carried out individually or with the help of a teacher.
The "game" method significantly increased the interest and personal participation of students in the lesson. At the same time, it should be noted that, focusing primarily on the pleasure that students get from the game process itself, they can learn to different degrees of non-game goals inherent in role-playing. Among them: dialogic and monologue speech, listening to a foreign language, consolidating the vocabulary on new topics, teaching interpersonal communication, etc.
Types of game that I use during the learning process:
1. Who am I? ("Who I?")
2.Why should I learn English?
3. "Explain the word "
4. "Hot Seat"
5. "Banana game "
6. Guess my job . / Guess my profession (what do I do?).
7. Board game ./ Check vocabulary.
The whole group took part in the game "interview" on the topic "technological civilization".The group was divided into 2 subgroups, some of the students were reporters, others were scientific and technical specialists who published the article "Technological civilization". In the lesson, "journalists "asked questions on the topic, and" scientifis and technical specialists " answered questions using information from their article. The lesson was interesting and informative, the students felt at ease, supported each other ,helped their subgroups. Summing up the game, the group rated their work as "very good" and expressed a desire to continue playing similar games.
One type of role - playing game that is common in foreign language lessons is making a dialogue. This type of work was also used several times in the classroom. To give an example, in one
of the lessons there was a Listening. Students wrote down unfamiliar words on the board in advance so that they could copy them in their notebooks. After listening the dialogue, the students performed various exercises, including: «answer to questions», «to convert sentences by replacing separated words with words in the dialogue» , etc. These exercises were a kind of preparation for a role-playing game in the form of composing dialogues similar to those heard. The group was divided into pairs, in some cases «strong-students» were paired with «low-strength» students.
At the "Lead-in" stage of the lesson ,to activate the discussion and participation of students in the process of studying today's lesson topic, I use the 'Speaking cube',while this method students turn the cube, then answer the received question. Then they generate ideas to identify the theme of the lesson. Learners express their opinions.
From my point of view, the "Lead-in" method effectively contributes to the achievement of the learning outcomes by engaging students, and creating a collaborative atmosphere. This method serves as a valuable introduction to the theme and prepares students for the tasks that follow. In addition, it engages students in a discussion about the impact of future technologies on various aspects of life, including work, education. This method encourages students to express their thoughts and opinions on the topic of the lesson. This lesson develops critical thinking and helps students practice identifying specific information and highlights related to the topic of the lesson. This creative thinking and problem-solving attitude will be transferred to reading and group discussions, where students will use reading materials to continue exploring these topics in a collaborative manner.
In my opinion, the "Lead-in" method can effectively promote the involvement of all students in the learning process by creating a low-pressure and interactive environment. This method encourages all students to participate by answering open-ended questions that invite their opinions and thoughts. Students must listen to their peers' answers and opinions, fostering a culture of active listening and respect for others' ideas.
The "Lead-in" method using the "Speaking Cube" supports the training of students in accordance with individual needs . They can express their thoughts more confidently in groups. This allows them to discuss the topic and share their ideas with partners, which can help them feel more comfortable.
This method creates a favorable environment in which students are not required to have special knowledge or language skills to participate. This can be especially useful for students with a low level of English proficiency, as it reduces anxiety and fear of making mistakes. Active participation in a relaxed environment can help build students' confidence, boost self-esteem, especially those who may be less confident due to language barriers. When students feel that their contributions are appreciated, they are more likely to actively participate in the learning process. Also, they can support each other, and those with special needs can benefit from the knowledge and help of their peers.
Here are a few of the online resources I use in my classes:

The goal is to collect interactive blocks and make them available to the public. Each teacher can use one or another module to solve specific problems in the field of their subject. The server offers exercises in 28 subject areas.
7)Site for the development of listening skills http://www.English-test.the_bund_shanghai/listenning/the_bund_shanghai.html. This site contains a large collection of audio files for listening to foreign speech, as well as exercises for practicing pronunciation.
8) Site for Learning English idioms and phrasal verbs http://usefulenglish.ru /idioms / training materials with exercises on this site describe the use of standard literate English, that is, the language of general use in its standard. use. In oral and written speech, patterns of use in different situations, words and phrases, idioms and set phrases are presented.
9) Site for Learning English http://www.native-english.ru/ everything you need to learn English - a grammar guide, tests, a dictionary of idioms and proverbs, songs, poems, etc.based on the above, we can conclude that multimedia learning technologies have great advantages over traditional teaching methods. They allow you to practice different types of speech activity and combine them in different combinations; help create communicative situations, automate language and speech activities; promote the implementation of an individual approach and the activation of the student's independent work.
To give an example of one of these innovative online technologies, I use the Kahoot online platform to stimulate students' interest in completing tasks at the while-reading stage of the reading lesson. One of my tasks that I use is "Fill in the sentence". While this task students read a text about "Robot teachers" and then fill in sentences with given words. This task corresponds to the criteria of assessment for evaluating the achievement of learning outcomes.

Task 2:Re ;ul the text and and fill in the sentence with the given words.
Words: Software, empathy, brain, meeting, career.
Task. Read the text and and fill in the sentence with the given words.
The task corresponds to the learning outcome of identifying concrete information and main points. By requiring students to read the text and select the given words (software, empathy, brain, meeting, career) to fill in the sentences, it encourages them to identify specific information and key points from the text. This corresponds to the assessment criteria. This task is correspond to the individual educational needs of students. It differentiate by resource. It is important to provide additional support for low-achievers. While this task, low achievers will do this task with the help of number of paragraphs. Also during this task in Kahoot, I'm going to simplify the structure of the sentence and use visual aids, such as a picture of a given word, to support understanding. Visual effects can provide context and help students with low motivation more easily understand the meaning of words and concepts.
In conclusion,I think that English lessons should be conducted in accordance with modern requirements, so as not to reduce the motivation and interest of students in mastering a foreign language. What is it?I think that this means that modern methods and technologies should be used.
Innovations in teaching foreign languages include the technology of communicative learning of foreign language culture, design methodology, multi-level learning, interactive lessons, game methods, role-playing and business games, and using online learning platforms such as Kahoot and LearningApps.org.
The use of modern teaching methods and technologies in English lessons helps to form students 'skills in mastering knowledge, storing information in memory and applying the acquired knowledge, contributes to improving students' learning of the English language, the quality of their learning in the subject and interest in the subject. Therefore, in order to increase the motivation of modern adolescents to study a foreign language,it shows that it is impossible to teach a foreign language without the use of modern methods and technologies.
Thus, the use of modern educational technologies in the framework of competence-based learning allows to organize the educational process more productive, effective, interesting, information-rich, increases motivation and cognitive activity of students, the effectiveness of learning and the quality of education.
