ABSTRACT
At the present time, the struggle of ideas, which has become the only information space in the world, is gaining momentum in different ways every day. Thus, in the activities of the mass media, the struggle with anti-thought, anti-ignorance enlightenment is becoming their main motto, as our compatriot interprets it. It is known that each newspaper-magazine, Radio, television, the internet has the power to have a different level of psychological influence on public consciousness. Let's say that in the gazettes, thoughts are conveyed in writing, in the means of pictures when comes. It is also possible to repeatedly read the information given in the press and use it as a source. One of the advantages of printing is that. In this article, opinions and comments are made about the change of the worldview of people in the information space, the negative and positive impact of the internet.

Introduction. Today, the information services of the Republican television company, a number of publications and organizations also refer their information to the attention of the world community through their respective websites on the internet. So now we have the right to say that the world Information Centre also has a worthy place in the mass media of Uzbekistan. In addition to receiving the necessary information in this space, we also see the loss of information attacks, moral threats. "It should be clear to all of us that in the 21st century, which is called the" information age", no state or society can live by itself surrounded by an iron wall. At the moment, the situation is so that in response to such threats, it is not even necessary to sit on the hand grip, we must also take the necessary measures, without being naive,-said the head of our state. It is worth noting that the information-psychological effect is more pronounced, mainly through the media, in particular through publications. Some people with destructive ideas try to use this power of the media with their merciless goals or with mastery.
Negative aspects of the internet: a person who wants can enter the virtual space with any information without hindrance. At first, there will be a lot of intruders who will remain using the lack of control. As a result, the internet can become a "space" that

promotes the ideas of corruption, rudeness, pornography and other vices. The pros and cons of the internet as media is considerable. First of all, the preparation and dissemination of information is inexpensive, it passes freely across state borders. It is very difficult to prevent information attacks that are carried out through the internet. Some of those who have used it are taking a public fluke to accomplish their mercenary goals through the internet. They try to threaten spiritually in all respects. So what is the moral threat?

They are increasingly escalating their threats and impacts under the guise of "mass culture". It is impossible to look indifferent to this. The main goal of the ongoing struggle in the information field is the protection of national interests. The "whole" of the information attack will be mainly aimed at the absorption of our spirituality, national values. "Whether it is the countries of the East or the West, the continent of distant Africa or Asia - no matter in which corner of the world there will be some kind of threat to spirituality, every conscious person who lives by thinking about his present and future prospects, every nation is naturally concerned, of course.
Speaking about this, only one nation or people would have a very narrow understanding of the issue, the head of our state said. That is, the word in this place is not only about the aggression directed against our spirituality, about the preservation of our modern qualities and national values from such attacks. It is desirable to study,

analyze and evaluate this problem of significant socio-political significance on a large scale, as an issue affecting the lives of all countries and peoples of the World". The simple answer to the question of what are the goals of information dissemination by developed countries is this: to achieve ideological domination by promoting one's own way of life.
Today, the flow of information is getting overly intense. In the last fifty years, it has been observed that the volume of information circulating around the world has increased by a million times, and it is becoming more and more day-to-day in the means of advanced technology. Some developed countries are using powerful information technologies primarily to disseminate information that serves their own benefit. With this, it seems that he is trying to dominate ideologically, politically, economically and culturally over other countries. In order to achieve this goal, some powerful states that seek to dominate the world are trying, first of all, to disseminate and promote their ideology and ideas among other countries and peoples under the guise of "human rights" or "democracy".
World information period seeks to rule some powerful states. And developing countries will be forced to defend themselves more. Otherwise, there is no saying that country will suffer great moral damage. One of the most effective ways to prevent such moral threats is to create a strong ideological immune system in information consumers, especially in young people who have not yet fully developed consciousness and it is necessary to develop it. The most effective way to protect against an information attack by foreign media is to make efficient use of the local media.
In this regard, experts give such a description to the concept of "information weapon": in a broad sense, information weapon is an action that motivates the thinking of citizens of another country in a certain direction, is able to change its point of view and is carried out with the help of the necessary information. In a narrow sense, information weapons are technical methods and technologies that provide control over the opponent's information resources and can damage his telecommunication systems. The ways of protection against information attacks, which are constantly disseminated by foreign mass media, are explained as follows: raising the level of national information infrastructure to the level of modern requirements, development of national mass media, observance of the quality standards of journalism adopted by secular states in the activities of mass media, preservation and development of national values are desirable.
In conclusion, we can say that the provision of information and psychological security of the world Information Centre primarily serves to strengthen the peace and tranquility of our country. These efforts, in turn, are an important factor in protecting the consciousness of the younger generation, which is our future, from alien ideas,

forming ideological immunity in them and bringing them to perfection in the spirit of loyalty to the motherland.
