ABSTRACT

This article discusses the fact that in the context of globalization of the information space, the problem of security and information security is gaining more and more socio-political content.

Keywords: Youth, Information Crisis, Globalization, "Information Security", "Information", "Information Area", "Computer Terrorism", Internal Security, Independence.

In the context of globalization of the information space, along with the technical and technological components of security, the problem of information security is gaining more and more socio-political content. People, that is, the "human factor," remain a critical factor in information security. Describing the situation, the first President Islam Karimov said: "We are pleased that the Uzbek press today seeks to find itself in the world media, and our journalists demonstrate their professionalism in dialogue and debate with foreign colleagues." At the same time, not only the analysis of information threats, but also taking into account the requirements of the emerging information society is promising and relevant.

In the context of globalization, security changes qualitatively. With the wrestling front going all over the place, defense alone is no longer enough. The information easily penetrates any protective barriers and penetrates into the public consciousness. Therefore, "information security" is a concept that protects the information space of society, serves the individual, the citizen, the state. To understand this correctly and completely, it is necessary to know what is "information", "information field". Information is information obtained about something. Information can be complete or brief, objective or unbiased, positive or negative, interesting or boring, relevant or simple, useful or useless, sincere or biased, and so on. Being able to distinguish real information from fake information requires deep knowledge and talent.

Globalization is recognized as one of the objective laws of world development in the XXI century.

The word "globalization" in English means "globe" - "globe", "global", which means "globalization", and "globalization" - "globalization". The term was used only 28 years ago by the American scientist T. Levitt to refer to the process of merging the market of products of several large multinational corporations. To date, this process has

covered or is striving to cover all areas of economic, social, scientific, technological, technological and cultural life.

In our so-called "Information Age", the whole world is struggling to move beyond the "circle of globalization." Globalization is having both a positive and a negative effect on the political will and freedom of decision-making of countries around the world.

The most developed or most backward countries in the world are no exception. Globalization exacerbates all existing social trends. For example, it exacerbates the conflict of interests between developing and developed countries. Increases the economic and technical dependence of backward countries. By weakening their national-cultural traditions of life, it opens the way to urbanization and modern technology. Shallow and patterned in all countries enhances the spread of mass culture.

For young, developing countries, or peoples who are just experiencing a period of independence, it is important to take advantage of its positive impact and protect it from its negative impact. In particular, the process of globalization has led to the emergence of a global information space. The process of informatization and globalization is complementary and expanding its sphere of influence. In such a situation, the weaknesses and phenomena of popular culture are taking root, and the growing information attack is having a serious impact on the minds and activities of young people.

Some Western circles are trying to use the informational exchange of information, the spread of information across borders and barriers due to the Internet and modern technologies, for their own selfish purposes.

In fact, no nation can develop without being wrapped in its own shell, without contact with other peoples, without communication, with material and spiritual products, without the exchange of thoughts and ideas, achievements of science, literature and art. This legitimacy requires the search for different means, methods and ways of communication and communication. As the development of society accelerates, the need for communication and information increases. Today, the development of information technology has taken a sharp turn.

Recognized as the latest of the information revolutions experienced by mankind, the Internet and the global telecommunications system are evolving rapidly. With the help of computer technology, satellites are being launched into space, extraterrestrial spacecraft are being controlled, nuclear fusion, power distribution and complex experiments are being carried out.

The positive impact of information and computer technologies not only on scientific and technological progress, but also on political processes in the world, people's lifestyles and worldviews is growing day by day. The process of global informatization on earth is leading the peoples of the world towards the information

society. It is natural that new socio-legal relations will emerge in the course of this aspiration.

It should be noted that in recent years, among the threats to the national security of Uzbekistan, the threat of information threats is growing in relation to the political, spiritual and economic foundations of society. These threats are growing on the one hand, on the basis of the political interests of some states and political forces, on the other hand, under the negative effects of globalization, which is one of the peculiarities of our time.

Information security in Uzbekistan can be internal or external, depending on its scale. Internal security is divided into individual, community, and state security, which is a traditional division that can be supplemented by regional, institutional, and group security. There are many areas of information security: political, economic, cultural, environmental, legal, technical, social and others. In turn, these areas are also divided into independent fronts.

Uzbekistan's external information security consists of global, continental and regional security. This includes the influence of foreign political, economic, informational and other structures on our country. In particular, the information policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of foreign relations consists of two main parts: first, the information support of its foreign policy; secondly, international cooperation in the field of information security.

In turn, information attacks are an impact on an individual, a particular organization and state, the real purpose of which stems from the malicious intentions of political and social groups that imply a violation of the normal way of life of that person, organization and state. That is why they are essentially socio-psychological phenomena.

According to military experts, in the 21st century, such information attacks threaten the security of countries, engage in illegal activities, and the transfer of large sums of money from one country to another. emphasize.

Various unsubstantiated reports disseminated through various foreign media outlets are spreading information that has a negative impact on people's minds, leading to situations that sometimes lead to aggressive behavior towards certain people and individual social groups. We have witnessed this in the foreign media's coverage of the events of May 2005 in Andijan. At that time, some foreign journalists tried to threaten the stability of our society by misrepresenting the true nature of the events.

The Uzbek media's impartial and transparent coverage of events played an important role in ensuring information security in such circumstances. Therefore, when we talk about information security, we mean not only the reliable storage of information, but also the reception and transmission of accurate, objective information through reliable sources.

There has been a lot of talk and writing about computer attacks in recent years. The peculiarity of such an attack is that it becomes much more difficult to know the exact location of the data transmitted over computer networks. That is, in countering an attack, it is important to know who it is coming from and where it is coming from, and it is this aspect that makes it difficult to counter the threat of so-called "computer terrorism". Because the information disseminated through this tool can instantly spread not only within one country, but also to several countries as fast information. Thus, when a computer crime is committed, its object is a direct computer, data transmitted over a computer, and a network.

In the information age, the attitude of society towards man will change, human philosophy will change. In the past, a person's activity in the search for information was enough, he could learn it from newspapers and radio, television and movies. Information was monopolized by the state and society, and the owners of the information decided what to give to the audience and what not to give.

The Cold War began to break these restrictions, for which it brought modern information technology to life. As a result, a wave of foreign and domestic media covered the individual.

In conclusion, it can be said that there is no way to stop the globalization of information, it can only be applied to the benefit or harm of states, societies and individuals. Therefore, it is necessary to think of ways to use information technology efficiently and effectively. Today, information security includes not only the security of computer networks and infrastructure, but also the protection of a single information space. In Uzbekistan, too, it is important to have the ability to have and control its own national information space. Everything from the strengthening of the state's defense capabilities to the protection of our nationality depends on this policy.
