This article examines ICT in education. Currently, ICT is reaching large-scale proportions, gradually affecting all layers of human existence. The formation of information technology and telecommunications services builds the foundation for the implementation of scientific and educational projects at a new level. This article discusses the main factors and tasks that have formed independently. ICTs develop the parameters of the educational sphere with various programmable technologies and ways of improving students. Also disassembled various software and methodological complexes.

INFLUENCE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Annotation: This article examines ICT in education. Currently, ICT is reaching large-scale proportions, gradually affecting all layers of human existence. The formation of information technology and telecommunications services builds the foundation for the implementation ofscientific and educational projects at a new level. This article discusses the main factors and tasks that have formed independently. ICTs develop the parameters of the educational sphere with various programmable technologies and ways of improving students. Also disassembled various software and methodological complexes.

The computer affects all spheres of human life, especially its influence on the learning process. Information technologies in pedagogy are all methods that have individual, industrial, informational means. Computers, various electronic capabilities of audio / video equipment and communication structures were the leading functions in the creation of information technologies. The concept of updated information technologies is associated specifically with these means of communication.

Computer technologies form a plan for programmed training, reveal absolutely unusual, yet unknown technological versions associated with the unique potential of the latest computers and communications.

Use of ICT technologies, you need at least one computer on which you can show a presentation or other digital resource in front. It is better if you have a media projector and screen. It is even better if there are several computers with headphones for organizing group, pair or individual work of students.21

The main goal of computer technologies is to form the skills of working with information, improve communication capabilities, develop research skills, and the ability to make the best decision.

At this time, the importance of such technologies in the entire field of education is increasing. It has long been the case that information technology has developed independently. At the moment, information technologies equip the

global automation of teachers and students in different profiles, containing three main tasks:

o Providing Internet access to each member of education, at any time of the day, anywhere.

o Development of the general information site of the educational enterprise and the presence in it at different times of all members of the educational process.

o Organization, formation and useful use of managed information learning resources.

In our country, the method of education is understood as the procedure for the implementation of the content of education, providing educational programs that embody the nature of the forms, methods and means of education, guaranteeing the success of the established tasks.

The main educational value of information technology is that it allows you to create an immeasurably brighter multisensory interactive learning environment with almost unlimited potential opportunities available to both teacher and student.22

Information technologies in the educational process have taken place at all times, they differed only in the degree of manufacturability, corresponding to the formation of the functions of the present time. Earlier, communication technologies played a significant role: TV, telephone means of communication, which were used for the period of study.

The current head of the globalization of developed countries means the emergence of the latest communication plexus and their convergence with information systems, hence the emergence of ICT. They are basic for the design of this environment, since the merger of computer circuits and the world's telecommunications plexus gave a chance to the emergence and improvement of modernization, connecting all of humanity. Experts believe that updated educational technologies make it possible to increase the effectiveness of the educational process. The introduction of PC into the field of education marked the beginning of the communist change in the established methods of all sections of pedagogy.

The use of computers allows us to improve the professional level of teachers and teaching. The Internet provides access to remote information sources and international libraries. All this has a huge didactic and methodological potential for teachers of foreign languages.23

The worldwide introduction of computer technology into all spheres of activity, as well as the emergence of new communications and a highly automated environment, became the beginning of a change in the established training system

and the first step towards the development of the information society. A special reason for determining the significance and usefulness of reforming the resulting teaching method is the need to respond to the main demands:

• the importance of switching society to the latest policy for the development of effective telecommunications means;

• the subordination of the civilizational world to those abilities of creation and dignity of the individual, which are developed by education;

• the ability to successfully form a society for true education and effective use of ICT;

• close relationship between the national security of the state, the level of the nation's well-being and the state of education, through the use of ICT.

• Game training programs;

• Electronic manuals;

• Integrated training systems;

Electronic manuals contain both theoretical sections and samples of audio and video, goals, tips for researching science, reference information, a dictionary of concepts, the order of sources that make it easier to find the information you need, scientific belief, a test sample of control of educational material.

ICT exerts a dynamic influence on the process of education of the student, since it transforms the type of delegation of means and methods of teaching.24 Together with the implementation of ICT in the concept of education, it influences technologies and introduces new ones into the education process. They are connected by computer and telecommunications, special installation, system tools, information filtering complex.
