Abstract: in today's market economy, the development of food strategies aimed at increasing production and protecting the consumer market is one of the most important issues not only in the country but also globally. Аннотация: в современной рыночной экономике разработка продовольственных стратегий, направленных на увеличение производства и защиту потребительского рынка, является одним из важнейших вопросов не только в стране, но и в мире. «... более 840 миллионов человек в мире сегодня, или каждый девятый человек, недоедают, и более 30 процентов населения мира страдает от недоедания», - сказал он. Поэтому важно обеспечить продовольственную безопасность за счет изучения и эффективного внедрения новых инновационных возможностей для увеличения сельскохозяйственного производства в соответствии с медицинскими стандартами на душу населения.

Population growth, in turn, is creating a socio-economic problem associated with growing demand for agricultural products. Due to the high role of dehkan farms, landowners and farms specializing in fruit and vegetable growing in agricultural lands with a score of less than 40 points in maintaining the stability of food supply in our country. Large-scale reforms are being carried out to develop business entities. However, there are a number of problems and shortcomings in the sustainable growth of agricultural production and the efficient use of land, especially in fruit and vegetable farms. Therefore, the priority is to implement effective structural changes in growers in this area, as well as to further strengthen food security, expand the production of environmentally friendly products, significantly increase the export potential of the industry on the basis of consistent development of fruit and vegetable production. was determined.
The successful implementation of these tasks highlights the need to further develop agricultural production on fruit and vegetable farms. According to the data, the Netherlands annually cultivates 1 million hectares of its land and exports $ 102 billion worth of agricultural products. In Uzbekistan, according to current statistics, there are about 4 million hectares of arable land. Of this, about 2 million hectares are agricultural land, except for cotton and wheat, which are grown on state orders. About 2 million hectares of agricultural land are farmland, landowners' land, and land belonging to various types of farms (except cotton and wheat). The fact that the current activities of agricultural producers outside the state order do not meet the requirements of a market economy poses a threat to the future stability of food security.
The question arises as to why the economic efficiency of farms, landowners and farms is different? That is, it is higher for farmers and landowners and lower for farms. We believe that farmers who specialize in growing fruits and vegetables would be more productive if they had the same economic and technological independence over their property as farmers and landowners. Because in this case, what does a fruit or vegetable farmer plant on his land, when does he plant it, where does he sell his produce, and how does he finally distribute the profits? independently solves a number of problems, such as According to the Statistics Committee, as of January 1,
2020, the population of Uzbekistan exceeded 33.7 million people. Of these, 50.5 percent live in urban areas and 49.5 percent in rural areas. In addition, 30.4% of the population of Uzbekistan is under working age, 10.1% is older than working age and 59.5% is of working age.
The landowner, the independent farmer, now carries out his work in an orderly, planned manner in his own interest, carrying out every operation on time. Free economic activity reveals a person's inner potential, sharpens the mind, calls for research, new horizons. Only a free, enterprising farmer can take the image of our agriculture to a new level, transforming our villages into economic regions that produce not only cheap labor for developing countries, but also a large number of quality products. In conclusion, it should be noted that today, due to the diversification of fruit and vegetable growers, increasing the economic efficiency of their activities will increase the production of fruits and vegetables, improve their quality and create new innovations in the industry.
