Abstract: this article highlighted analysis and development opportunities of the production

of food products in Bukhara region.

Keywords: food products, farmers, food security.

The country's food security is an integral part of national security. To provide high-quality food products with important socio-economic tasks considered. Today, this issue is a priority in all countries equally.

Food safety research in some areas of the world and its international expert on this problem is related to the complex situation a serious concern and alarm.

We need to use the full potential of the regions to improve the food supply in the country. In this regard, to grow, storage and processing on agricultural products have been carried out significant work in Bukhara region. In 2015 alone, the agricultural products processing, of storage and the manufacture of other products spent 30929 million sums for the establishment of new and additional forces. Its 8903,1 million sums the company's own funds and 15610 million sums of bank loans been carried out. In addition, in 2014 the funds have been spent 2244 million sums the establishment and construction of greenhouses (hothouse) as an addition to the cotton farms. In return, gave us the opportunity to grow 3529 tons of agricultural products. These farms carried out many projects that is, 285 million sums by poultry, worth a total of 1,2 million sums by fishery, honey production of 184 million sums and grown high-quality food products for consumer [4].

In Bukhara region during the year 2015, production of agricultural products of the 3812.3 billion sums in current prices and grew 106.8% compared to last year. The total volume of production of agricultural products of the 2149 billion. sums (106,8 % compared to last year), livestock products of the 1663.2 billion. sums (106,8 % compared to last year).

In 2016, by all types of farms produced 195426 tons meat in live weight that is, 7,0% compared to the same period last year, 779103 tons of milk (more 7,6%), 315052 thousands of eggs (more 10,0%).

A total of 182,5 thousand tons of potatoes, (4,1% compared to the same period of 2014), 567,2 thousand tons of vegetables (9,1%),125,2 thousand tons of vegetables (9,8%), 239,9 thousand tons of fruits (10,5%), 176,0 thousand tons of grapes (13,8%) grown on the regional.

In 2015, there are 343 thousand of the household the city and the districts of Bukhara region. They engage to grow 39,0 thousand hectares of sown area of vegetables, melons, potatoes, fruit and grapes as well as to feed livestock such as cattle, sheep, goats, rabbits[4].

In the region the event 12 agro firms organized. In 2015, credit line opened 50,2 billion sums for agro firms and loan funds were allocated:

- 48,5 million. sums for 792,0 kg of vegetable seeds;

- 368,2 million sums for 164,9 tons of potato seeds;

- 158,2 million. sum for 41.1 thousand pieces of fruit seedlings and 15,5 million sums for 11,8 million. pieces of vine seedlings;

- 754,1 million sums 44,0 thousand head of poultry;

- 347,5 million sums for the purchase of 812 head of sheep;

- 50,0 million. sum for the purchase of 160 head of goats;

- 1475,2 million sums for the purchase of 321 head of cattle.

Attracting investments and foreign direct investment to further improve for the food industry management system, modernization of the network, technical and technological re-equipment, and so on the basis of deep processing of agricultural raw materials, in order to improve the volume and types of competitive and quality local food production at domestic and foreign markets, on October 31, 2011 adopted an important decision by President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, about " 2012-2015 years on measures for further improvement organization management and development of the food industry". According to this decision, Food Industry Association has been established.

The main tasks and activities of Food Industry Association have been identified as following:

- the implementation of measures coordination of activities the enterprises of oil and fat, meat and milk and the food industry and organizations, expressed their interests and ensuring the protection of rights, and in connection with the introduction of modern market relations of processing enterprises, agricultural producers, procurement and trade organizations;

- to organize in terms of marketing research of food products at domestic and foreign markets, to develop medium and long-term programs and to participate as well as the implementation network development;

- to comprehensive study advanced international experience at the manufacture of food products;

- to assistance the enterprises of oil and fat, meat, dairy and other food industries as well as involvement foreign direct investment.

Based on the above analysis, for the purpose of the following the region's food output and for the development of the processing industry:

- to carry out related events strengthening of legislation aimed at ensuring the effective use of land and water resources management in agriculture;

-to ensure high the share of food products at the structure of agricultural products;

- to develop and carry out a set of socio-economic measures political, legal of motivation, to support state the production of agricultural products;

- to produce and storage of agricultural products, to strengthening material-technical base of processing, to use extensive modern technology;

- to improve the quality of the seed and pedigree;

- to improve research and information provision;

Food supply and security while serious among the global problems, one of them the most important issue to increase the efficiency of food producing industries and to increase the efficiency of their activities using the internal capacity at each country.
