ABSTRACT
The article analyzes the concept, essence and role of women in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship, from the socio-economic point of view. The author took a creative approach to scientific research, which helped to understand the innovative-entrepreneurial activity, the transformation of relations in the coverage of the problem and expressed his views.

INTRODUCTION
The new stage of development in Uzbekistan was given important importance to the position of women in socio-economic reforms, deepening democratic processes, increasing the activity of civil society institutions. In the social system of women's society, the total number of women increases, and now they account for more than 51% of the population of the country.
The position of the chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on women has been introduced. On the initiative of the head of State, a new committee on women and gender equality was formed in the Senate. Tanzila Narboeva was elected as the chairman of the Senate [5.]. In the history of Uzbekistan, a woman was awarded the post of Chairman of the Senate of the first marotaba. At the initiative of the head of our state, for the first time the female candidate has been promoted to the position of a high state and the role of women in public administration has been further strengthened.
LITERATURE ANALYSIS AND METHODOLOGY
The decision of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan "on additional measures to improve the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work"plays an important role in increasing the social activity of women and girls. The formation of an active civil position of women among young people, a democratic principle based on national and universal values in societyillarni plays an important role in decisionmaking. Women are carrying out practical work, which is of great importance with their participation in activities aimed at studying and improving the socio-spiritual
environment in the family, neighborhood, educational institutions and labor communities.
In our country, in the period of globalisation and information attacks, the activities of continuous spiritual and educational training and propaganda work in society on the basis of the idea of "education against ignorance" in order to prevent negative situations that manifest themselves in social life, contradict our national mentality, play a key role in the development of effective, creative and innovative methods of.
At the same time, women, as an active member of society, are actively advocating against various internal and external threats that threaten the peace and tranquility that prevails in our country, its Sustainable Development, National and universal values, as well as humanitarian ideas. The implementation of the important task highlighted in the strategy of action in practice, that is, in the socio-spiritual life of the population, in the strengthening of the ideas of creativity, religious tolerance and the atmosphere of harmony of the nation, also carries out an important task hotin-girls. In conditions of deepening democratic reforms, women are leading in strengthening their ideological immunity, increasing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work carried out among young people, increasing the potential and outlook of the population.
At the new stage of development, attention was paid to the development of projects on scientific justification of the socio-spiritual environment in society and targeted method of Health Improvement. In this connection, opportunities for effective use of modern information and communication tools were formed in determining the state of the socio-spiritual environment in districts and neighborhoods by walking around the apartment, systematic monitoring and analysis. We can quote the following words of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev: "the main purpose of the state policy carried out in Uzbekistan today is to bring attention and practical care to women to a new level, strengthen the role and status of women and girls in society, ensure their rights and obligations" [4.250].
The ability of women to organize pedagogical, scientific, organizational and educational work, the creation of innovative techniques aimed at strengthening the ideological immunity of young people from entrepreneurial skills, the use of scientific and practical programs in improving their implementation are important factors in ensuring the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work.
It is important to ensure their employment first of all in the appropriate position of women in social life. "Despite the practical measures taken in this regard in the current year, it is a pity that there are still more than 13 thousand women who live in difficult living conditions and are not provided with employment" [7.]. In particular, their involvement in entrepreneurship, employment, which plays an important role in social life, is important in the production of tours to the domestic and foreign markets with the brand of our country. Therefore, during the period of development of civil society, a
number of systematic work is carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of employment and Labor Relations, women's commissariat, trade and industry palatasi, local authorities on employment and entrepreneurship of women. In particular, in 2019, 24.7 thousand women in need of social protection, including girls graduated from educational institutions, women with small children, single mothers and women under 14 and children with disabilities, are placed in specially reserved jobs.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
In order to effectively organize work with young people, within the framework of 5 important initiatives aimed at increasing interest in culture, art and sports, the use of Information Technologies, reading books, sewing and knitting enterprises established in the regions have been established. 9 864 of 24 421 unemployed and unemployed women-girls, formed by the women's branch of Uzbekistan, were trained in short-term training courses on sewing and knitting direction in the training base of vocational colleges in the regions. The analysis shows that there are also certain shortcomings in this direction. In particular, despite the fact that gender equality in labor relations is established in accordance with the current legislation, there are still untapped opportunities for women to occupy a worthy place in the labor market. In particular, women's participation in the transport, construction, industrial spheres is very scarce. During the study conducted in 2019, 274 cases of violations have been identified in terms of gender in recruitment, which are mainly related to higher and secondary special education, public education, health care system and other areas. Also, in the direction of protection of women's labor, cases of violations of women's discrimination in the payment of wages have been identified. It is established that women are involved in various forms of forced labor, such cases are recorded in the sphere of higher and secondary special education, public education, health care system, agriculture.
In place of the conclusion, it should be noted that at the new stage of development, the provision of women's participation in the process of iinovation social development in our country was considered as an important task. Women, as the main social force that promotes the deepening of democratic reforms, make a worthy contribution to the rrivoji of civil society. Regular activities are being carried out in the society to further expand the activities of women in the field of socio-economic, Public Administration. The following priority directions are defined in this direction:
- first of all: the deepening of democratic reforms, the process of its inclusion in all spheres of society, the further increase of women's social activity, the need to form the work of non-governmental, non-profit organizations related to this process on the basis of the requirements of new innovative social development arose.
- second: the process of ensuring the social activity of women is directly related to their participation in democratic elections in the work of civil society institutions, as a result of which the legislation is passed to the palatasi and local councils. To do this, it
is necessary to pay attention to all the possibilities, knowledge, potential of women, organizer;
- third: the process of education and training in the development of civil society further improvement promotes the task of increasing the intellectual, moral culture
of young peopletirishga constant attention. It is necessary to establish in accordance with the requirements of the new stage of development the scientific, pedagogical activity of women with the same monotonous, especially adolescents, the effective use of their intellectual capabilities in the process of working with students;
- from the four: the reform process in the field of education and training dictates the organization of professional development for women in accordance with world standards.
CONCLUSION
Therefore, it is necessary to transfer the qualification of women who are involved in the education of children, youth in leading educational institutions of developed qualifications, to further improve the full use of social and economic factors necessary for the development of qualifications.
