IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN FOREIGN

LANGUAGE LESSONS

Annotation: In this article described innovative pedagogical technologies and the role of quality of education in foreign language lessons.

Key words: innovation, pedagogical technology, lesson, quality of education, foreign language.

Today in the sphere of the development of school education one of the most significant problems is the need for a qualitative improvement in the knowledge of the English language. The problem of finding effective methods and methods of teaching a foreign language is very urgent. The teacher faces an important problem of finding new motivating factors of education, improving the quality of education. But how to make a lesson on the one hand, effective, and on the other -fascinating?

The project is the research work of students, the formulation of the problem and an active search for its solution. To prepare and protect your project, students must master certain intellectual, creative and communicative skills - the ability to work with the text, find and highlight the main thing, analyze information, make generalizations and conclusions, work with reference material, vocabulary, the Internet. What I particularly like about the project methodology is that it can be used for almost any topic, at any stage of training. It can be connected both with the country of the studied language, and with the country of residence. Students are focused on comparing and comparing events, phenomena, facts from the history and life of people of different countries.

So, when preparing the project "My family tree" the students compiled a description, schematically represented their pedigree. In the process of work, the children had a need to make an excursion into the historical roots of their pedigree and most fully characterize their relatives. Work on projects showed how unexpectedly children can show themselves, show knowledge of English, their organizational skills and hidden talents.

The use of information technology contributes to the improvement and improvement of the quality of the educational process, the enrichment of the arsenal of methodological tools and techniques that allow diversifying the forms of work and making the lesson interesting and memorable for students.

ICT allows you to use tests in the lesson more efficiently and saves the lesson time. Students can find out their results immediately after testing. The use of ICT makes it possible to avoid subjectivity of assessment.

The use of computer technologies in teaching, in particular, foreign languages has significantly changed approaches to the development of educational materials in English. ICT allows you to more fully implement a whole set of methodological, didactic, pedagogical and psychological principles, makes the learning process more interesting and creative, allows you to take into account the individual pace of work of each student. The practical use of ICT involves a new type of cognitive activity of the student, the result of which is the discovery of new knowledge, the development of cognitive independence of students, the formation of skills to independently Supplement knowledge, search for and navigate the flow of information.

The introduction of ICT contributes to achieving the main goal of modernizing education - improving the quality of education, increasing the availability of education, ensuring the harmonious development of an individual who is oriented in the information space, is attached to the information and communication capabilities of modern technologies and has an information culture.

The use of information and communication technologies at the English lessons helps to increase the motivation of students and enhance their intellect activity, effective learning, forming an integrated system of knowledge, allows to increase the pace of work in class without prejudice to the learning of students. These technologies open up wide opportunities for teachers who are looking for additional tools in these technologies to solve their professional tasks. The latest information technologies in training make it possible to actively use the scientific and educational potential of leading universities and institutes, attract the best teachers to create distance learning courses, and expand the audience of students.

After analyzing the experience of using ICT in foreign language lessons and after school, we can conclude:

• multimedia technologies speed up the learning process:

• contribute to a sharp increase in students ' interest in the subject;

• improve the quality of learning;

• allow you to individualize the learning process;

• they make it possible to avoid subjectivity of the assessment.

Thus, the introduction of computer technologies creates prerequisites for the intensification of the educational process. They allow the practical use of psychological and pedagogical developments that ensure the transition from mechanical learning of knowledge to mastering the ability to independently acquire new knowledge. Computer technologies contribute to the disclosure, preservation and development of personal qualities of students.

Equally important and significant is the technology of cooperation, the main idea of which is to learn together, and not just do something together! Practice shows that together learning is not only easier and more interesting, but also much

more effective. And it is important that this effectiveness concerns not only the academic success of students, their intellectual development, but also moral. They learn to help a friend, solve all problems together, share the joy of success.

Using the technology of cooperation, you can perform tasks of a grammatical nature, tasks for checking the homework, working on the text for reading, working together on the project, spelling skills, work on vocabulary. In my practice, I most often use this technology in reading text. Simply reading and translating a large text, answering questions to it, finding the necessary information is sometimes boring and uninteresting for students. Not all students will be happy to participate in this work. The technology of cooperation helps to solve these problems.

Problem training is a learning process, determined by a system of problem situations, which is based on a special kind of interaction between the teacher and students. The technology of problem training is based on the creation of problem motivation and is a system of teaching methods in which students gain knowledge not by memorizing and remembering them in a finished form, but as a result of thinking work to solve problems and problem problems built on the content of the material being studied. In the lesson, I try to create a problematic situation, which is a cognitive difficulty, for the overcoming of which students must acquire new knowledge or make intellectual efforts

In conclusion, I would like to note once again that ICT in English lessons (and in extracurricular activities in preparation for lessons and self - education) is an excellent teacher's assistant, which should not be underestimated, but should not be used only for the sake of novelty. Improper use of this tool can lead to demotivation of both the teacher and his students.
