Extensive work is being carried out in our country in the field of state youth policy. Over the past period, a special system has been created to provide comprehensive support to young people, to protect their rights and legitimate interests, to educate enterprising and courageous young people who are able to take responsibility for the future of our country. In the interests of the people, the state, based on the Law "On the Foundations of State Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan", develops and implements youth policy aimed at creating conditions for social and spiritual development of the youth of the republic. [1].

We can see that the law on this is a way for all young people in developing Uzbekistan to study the political reforms and political views of that country, and to educate them as a result of the study.

In order to strengthen the legal framework of state youth policy in the country in 2017-2020, more than 50 laws and regulations were adopted, as a result of which June 30 was declared "Youth Day". In addition, as a result of socio-political and economic reforms carried out in our country in recent years, a completely new stage of development has been entered.

The Agency for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established as a public administration body that systematically implements socio-economic, organizational and legal measures within the framework of the state youth policy. [2]

Youth policy is a priority of the state activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the purpose of which is the socio-economic development of young people for the social formation and development, the full realization of their creative potential in the interests of society, creating legal and organizational conditions and guaranteeing them.

The state youth policy in the Republic of Uzbekistan is based on the following rules:

Caring for young people, regardless of nationality, race, language, religion, social status, gender, education and political beliefs;

Legal and social protection of youth;

The transmission of national and cultural traditions from generation to generation, the spiritual connection of generations;

Supporting youth initiatives, ensuring that young people are free to choose the path of their interests within the framework of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Direct participation of youth in the development and implementation of policies and programs related to the development of society, especially the life of the youth of the republic;

Unity of rights and duties, freedom and civic responsibility.

Accordingly, the state policy measures for such youth are widespread in our country due to the renewal. In addition, the President said in this year's selector that both journalists and the media have a lot to do for young people. In short, the phrase "journalists, you are my eyes" is not in vain. The force that reveals it in every case or in public policy is the journalist.

As noted in the National Program for Raising Legal Culture in Society, it is important to improve the system of dissemination of legal knowledge through the media. It is necessary to increase the attention of the media to legal issues, to sharply increase the contribution of the population to the coverage of legal issues in periodicals, television and radio broadcasts. "[3]. In addition, the newly established Youth Affairs Agency, the Youth Union, and a number of other organizations have been established and are promoting their work and demonstrating their results to the public.

First of all, a solid legal framework has been created in our country, which ensures the development of the media and fully meets democratic requirements and standards. During this period, about 10 pieces of legislation aimed at the free and fair development of the media, ensuring the effective functioning of the information sphere were adopted. As a result of these measures, there are now 1,326 media outlets in Uzbekistan. The high level of freedom of information and speech in our country, first of all, guarantees the constitutional personal rights of citizens. allows you to get from the sources responsible for each given information. The role of the media in state youth policy is also significant. Until recent years, we did not have such great periods, but now we can see the opposite. In addition, we receive such information through the media to increase the capacity of young people to work and motivate them. It is also necessary for us to know the events, meetings and news happening in the world or in our country.
