During the revival of the new epoch of the stable state, under the leadership of the President, specific tasks aimed at ensuring stable socio-economic development in the banking system of the country, improving the quality of services, increasing the variety, including the active introduction of digital banking technologies, which are of great interest to the society, are being implemented in the banking system. . Efforts are being made to introduce non-cash payment technologies that provide significant benefits to the public. Taking into account the achievements of world experience, the number of bank transactions offered by bank cards in the country is constantly increasing, and the protection and security of the payments is ensured.

The introduction of information and communication technologies to banks, which is a product of modern innovative development, creates a positive condition for the modernization of their work, the formation of the image of a modern bank, the improvement of their business tools, and the modernization of communication methods with customers. In today's conditions of the market economy, it is impossible to imagine banking without innovative technologies. Because new products that determine the quality of banking services are one of the main indicators of banking activity.

The creation of a national digital system in the country will, first of all, have a positive effect on improving the financial well-being of our population, it will allow us to offer modern, convenient and safe tools that include features such as portability and convenience when making non-cash payments.

In the highly competitive market of the world economy, it is important to strengthen the relationship with bank customers and to use innovative technologies to attract the attention of new customers. The

principle of "customer preference comes first'' is the path that drives the banking system to success. Customer satisfaction with the services provided by the bank is considered to be the main tool in increasing the profitability of the bank as well as in overcoming its competitors. Developing banks are obliged to introduce advanced technologies to identify and satisfy the diverse needs of customers. The benefits created by the digital technologies introduced into the banking system help to cooperate more closely with customers and satisfy their needs, as well as to expand banking business. In other words, the transition to a digital economy allows banking services to be brought to a new level, thereby attracting new customers and reducing the cost of serving them. One such service is remote banking.

The term "residential banking" was coined in the early 1980s and since then has been increasingly recognized among financial institutions and customers worldwide. Home banking is the ability of customers to carry out banking transactions without visiting the bank. In terms of distance banking service implementation methods, the following types can be noted:

- Internet-banking - providing airport services based on bank card payments through the Internet system;

- mobile-banking - providing banking services to destinations through a special mobile application prepared by the bank on the Internet;

- Internet-banking for institutional parties and entrepreneurs - providing remote banking services for institutional parties and entrepreneurs through the Internet.

Today, the most common and popular type of international banking services in the world is the Internet banking service.

The wide spread of mobile communication tools and the Internet among the population, as well as their increase in financial literacy - on the one hand, to increase trust in banks and the demand for modern banking services, and on the other hand - the types of services provided by the credit institutions of Turkmenistan, which try to meet the needs of their customers at a high level. It enables the integration and continuous expansion of the complex.

Transferring transactions is advantageous for both parties: the client and the banks. Today, customers have the ability to perform a wide range of operations 24/7, anytime, anywhere through any device (computer connected to the Internet, mobile phone, tablet). Banks, in turn, gain an advantage over their competitors by saving on traditional customer service costs and by being able to attract a large number of customers without opening multiple branches across the country.

The main advantages of the "Internet-bank" and "Mobile-bank" systems are their convenience and cost-effectiveness, that is, they can manage their accounts remotely through a standard computer, mobile phone or tablet connected to the World Wide Web.

Today, it is possible to connect local banking services ("Internet-banking", "mobile-banking" banking services) for individuals in credit institutions, as well as in regional branches of the country. To connect the services of the "Internet-bank" system, the customer must contact the bank's service department, fill out the prescribed application form and sign the agreement on connecting the "Internet-bank" service.
