Abstract
In this article the features of teaching humanities disciplines, including Ukrainian language for professional purposes in the context of the formation and training of future specialists in medicine and pharmacy. It is intended that professional communication - one of the most important ways to identify intellectual personality, the basis of modern life and professional growth.
Keywords: humanitarian discipline, qualification of a doctor, education, training, system of knowledge.
National patriotic education in the system of higher medical education is aimed at the formation of positive qualities of a citizen of Ukraine - a highly skilled specialist in the field of medicine and pharmacy. Higher medical education should contribute to the dissemination and implementation of the values of an open society, namely: the ideas of the self-worth of human life, personal dignity, freedom, equality before the law. Increasing the hours for a given humanities or humanitarian discipline or introducing a new discipline of the humanitarian cycle will not resolve the issue of the status of the Ukrainian language, respect for Ukraine's history, its culture, the problem of conscious citizenship of Ukraine, etc., because the immaturity of the Ukrainian national idea at the present stage of our development society and its inconsistency with the realities led to the absence of its influence on the formation of Ukrainian national consciousness, which in turn is paradoxical in terms of the formation of statehood.
In the system of higher medical and pharmaceutical education there is a tendency to decrease the positive motivation for studying humanitarian disciplines, since a student joining a higher medical school is primarily focused on obtaining professional knowledge, skills and abilities. As a result, only a small percentage of future doctors fluent in the language of constructive dialogue or polylogue, are able to formulate professional opinion and social and public position correctly and, as a result, can not find themselves in the profession and in society, instead, they often position themselves and their future outside borders of Ukraine or at all do not link their future with medicine because there is no professional motivation. Consequently, the lack of understanding of the national idea and its implementation in the system of higher medical and pharmaceutical educational institutions, in particular in the teaching of humanities, affects the formation of the outlook of the future medical elite of Ukraine. In this context, it is not about qualification, but first of all about the personal expression of a doctor, a clinical pharmacist, a pharmacist, a nurse.
In the process of learning, the level of intellectual development increases and develops both in social and cultural and national environment, but the possible influences of negative manifestations on its development of foreign cultural, social and other elements can lead
to corresponding violations in the formation of a person's outlook, self-esteem, self-realization, improvement of knowledge, skills, qualification, etc.
National differences are, first of all, objectivity in the psychology of thinking, reflected in the language, mental activity, world perception, and affects the mentality of the ethnic group. The lack of both general and communicative culture reduces the individual's ability to implement his own life plans, intentions, projects, etc. The language of professional orientation is one of the most important ways of communication and intellectual discovery of personality, the basis of its spirituality, historical memory, modern being and professionalism. Spirituality is brought up where love and respect are brought up to their language, history, culture. Insen-sitivity causes numerous conflicts, mutual misunderstandings, hostility, alienation. The general linguistic development of the student is determined by the qualitative level of his speech culture, which manifests itself both in professional activity and in the process of its self-realization in education, achievement of the set goal, conscious professional activity.
Undoubtedly, the level of literacy of students requires better: the lack of proper knowledge of language and speech culture, ignorance of the rules of the textbook nature, lack of knowledge of general problems leads to the emergence of certain complexities at the initial level of mastering the basic elements of professional communication, as well as difficulties in mastering professional knowledge, in particular in the perception of texts of a professional nature. Particularly difficult to reverse the established stereotypes of speech, errors associated with the bilingual problems of modern society, for example: to heal - to recover; vaccination -vaccination; breathe inward; an extensive heart attack -a wide myocardial infarction; warning - prevention; drug allergy - drug allergy old disease - an illness; heart area - heart area; cardiogram (without the words of the heart); during - for. Incorrect emphasis: amnesia, dystrophy, but fluorography, logopedia, veterinary, X-ray, syndrome, oznaki, phenomine. Incorrect use of comparisons of adjectives: more sick, more optimal, more economical, more experienced, more basic, more common, more common, etc. Ukrainian language professors can not take responsibility for studying the Ukrainian language course, but they should make efforts to
further mastering the discipline "Ukrainian language of professional orientation" as a higher level of language proficiency. The student's patriotism should begin with the love of the family, his language and pride in the institution in which he begins the path of his professional development. That is why the duty of any teacher is higher, and not only the teacher of the Ukrainian language, there is a high professionalism and perfect knowledge of the state language, the language of professional communication, that is, the linguistic culture and ezine of the speech of any teacher of higher education should be an example for each student. . Unfortunately, the analysis of the statements and the documentation of colleagues-teachers testifies to the low level of their speech culture, in particular, the use of elements of official communication: "to cover the international nature of science", "educational rooms"; "To educate a careful attitude to labor discipline"; "To conduct educational work in the spirit of patriotism"; "To further promote the achievements of scientific and technological progress"; "participate"; "To inculcate a sense of responsibility for the health of people of Ukraine"; "Participation of students in the defense of university honor"; "Take the exam" and so on.
Therefore, all students' attention in the study of the language of professional communication should be focused on mastering the terminology of the modern Ukrainian language, professional phraseology, scientific and production genres and texts, the improvement of the culture of communication, the cultivation of proper speech etiquette, the difficulties in using the professional stereotypes of speech, the rules of professional registration of medical documents, etc. That is, the priority is the applied nature of professional speech, since the language is not a set of rules, but above all a system of knowledge, a culture of coexistence in society, a means of self-formation and assertion of personality. At the same time, one should not forget that in the Ukrainian state the knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a necessary element of career growth, one of the factors of the success of the future specialist.
The problem of forming the professionalism of a future doctor with a clear focus on speech competence is not accidental, because the doctor is a specialist, whose activities involve direct communication in the professional, administrative, and scientific fields. To do this, we must rely on the following categories: speech content (novelty, relevance, specificity, target orientation); the structure of speech (duration of sound, use of terms, doublets, knowledge of termoelements, etc.); communicative skill (informative, correctness, logic, accuracy, purity, relevance, expressiveness); sound design (orphoetic norms, morphological and syntactic aspects); practical orientation (emphasis on the right information, credibility, clarity of presentation); the image of the future physician as a representative of the
elite of the medical industry of modern society (professionalism, attitude towards patients, colleagues, erudition, emotionality, style of speech).
According to the results of individual studies, speech activity is an objective process, since it relates to native speakers and at the same time is a subjective process that is realized through the speech of the subject [1; 65].
Do not forget that any professional broadcasting, including medical, is part of a national language. The medical sector itself - with all its forms, technologies and methods of application in society - is an integral part of national culture, and therefore it absorbs language and numerous traditions, including folk medicine, interacts with other branches of science.
As a medical practitioner in Ukraine is one of the most widespread professions, the functioning and study of professional medical speech is one of the most important problems of linguistics.
The use of the Ukrainian language as a state language in educational activities and professional work provides the propaganda and development of the Ukrainian language among students and academics, enriching the vocabulary of future professionals, and adds prestige to its use both in Ukraine and abroad.
The use of the Ukrainian language in the professional broadcast of doctors provides the establishment of contact with the patient and can play the role of psychotherapeutic factor, in addition to promoting the language used by physicians.
Not the last place in the study and use of language is the educational moment: propaganda of the Ukrainian one, the upbringing of the future patriot-specialist, capable of developing and multiplying the achievements of the Ukrainian language as the national language of the world. That is, the student must learn the language not as a code of laws and rules, but as a cultural phenomenon, a product of the spiritual progress of society and its own development.
So, analyzing the modern approach to the formation of a true medical specialist, a professional of his business, an intellectual, a patriot of his state, it is expedient to improve the Ukrainian-speaking methods and techniques, to actively influence the formation of the personality of the future doctor in the light of new state-building, national-cultural and moral and educational transformations.
