Total quality management concept aims at the entire organizational activities of the organization and works to improve stakeholder's satisfaction through long-term success achievement mentioned concept in principle occupies an important place in the harmonization. The essence of the principle of the education system and it is clear we believe the introduction of significant deeds. Harmony of Greek philosophical and aesthetic category, consent agreement, proportionality, the opposite of chaos, the content of the regulated means high level of diversity Harmony includes: -whole parts of the right consistency; -simultaneous musical combination of natural tones sounding time; -public life consensus, the implementation of co-existence. Harmony beauty meets aesthetic criteria: '' There is no beauty without harmony'' (Plato); the beauty of the whole parts of the perfect symmetry of an organizational minds and noire of the cosmos. Beauty perfect agreement itself is an icon of cosmic harmony, which reflects the greatness of the Creator of the universe and the beauty. Here is the problem of the harmonization of education, which is the teaching and learning process into a relief circumstance, if one of the icons of the energy spent on adults. In Einstein's view, people searching for scientific ideas and fiction creates harmony, but humanity is not limited to the life of a non-existent harmony ideal formation, and he finds the transformed harmonic & daily search roads. Our understanding of these ways is through education. Harmonization of education management integration of demand put on the agenda of the traditional teaching of the principles of problem-oriented teaching of information education change, which in turn, directly to the creative skills of the adolescent ( the revival, creation, creativity ) development of innovative activity, species, thinking and picture contacted images. The concept of the principle of harmonization occupies an important place. We believe that the identification of the essence of the principle of the education system and its implementation is an urgent issue.

Harmony is a Greek philosophical and aesthetic category, and means consent, agreement, proportionality, the opposite of chaos, the content of the regulated, high level of diversity.

Harmony includes:

- Proper consistency of the whole to its parts;

- Simultaneous combination of natural musical tones while tunefulness time;

-Unanimity of social life, the implementation of co-existence.

Harmony responds to the aesthetic criteria of beauty: "There is not beauty without harmony" (Plato). The beauty of the whole parts is the perfect symmetry of an organizational mind and image of the cosmos. Beauty's perfect agreement itself is an image of cosmic harmony, which reflects the greatness of the Creator of the universe and the beauty. Here is the problem of the harmonization of education, which can turn into a fostering condition for the teaching and learning process if one of the parts of adult energy is spent on the formation of relevant images.

According to Einstein's view, people searching for harmony create scientific and fictional works, but humanity is not limited to the ideal creation of a non-existent harmony; humanity seeks and finds a harmonious and daily transformed roads. Our understanding of these ways is through education.

Traditional informational education and principles of the problem-oriented teaching made harmonization of education management integration a demand which in turn made the creative skills of the adolescents (the revival, creation, creativity) development to be connected to innovative activity. Therefore, in educational field, development of thinking is a priority, not "putting knowledge in brain."

In Dialogue "Parmenile'', Plato writes: ''every idea makes sense to think about something ... Each subject is created by thoughts and everything is thinking" [4; 41]. The most important educational field to be made is to learn common sense.

Common sense is the best way to distinguish between truth and falsehood, and creative use of the mind in the right direction. In the development of common sense, morality takes an important place ... If knowledge is the basis of thinking, not just knowledge, it is not ignorance, but some dark power, which is deceiving, corrupting and poisoning the human mind.

Common sense of morality and soundness of mind is directly proportional to educational environment free from ignorance and evil, and will acquire the most significant in life which is freedom of thought. Partaking in thinking will allow people in science, to have moral perfection, living standards, self-awareness, health, ideas, success, etc.

As for the knowledge, the French teacher, Selester Phrene states that the correct way of learning is experiment that has no rules and laws of the study, because it believes that the rules of the study is as much as bulls in front of the cart (and how many times we have seen in our lives bulls in front of the carts!) [1].

The live experimental work will be carried out on the principle: ''you can become a blacksmith only in front of anvil " [2; 24].

As we can see, knowledge is not considered as a way of studying the rules and laws, but also implies the involvement of knowledge, scientific research and the process of creation.

It is true that everything is determined by knowledge, but the present situation of the new skills' demand is higher than the demand for relevant knowledge than opportunities to get knowledge. However, we must bear in mind that within a year, the 7fold increase in knowledge and skills has become obsolete. For example, the fast changing environment of educational programs, syllabuses should be subject to constant change, or even the best specialists will be put aside with time.

The sum of thinking determines appropriate action and human thoughts. Character is revealed only through circumstances, which in turn is thought to represent the fetus, and the AV-rated good quality of the mind: a good idea brings a good result, but bad brings the bad one. In turn, good thoughts bring good habits, which will be followed by good circumstances.

It is also known that a healthy mind is in a healthy body, "strong, clean and happy thoughts kept the body in good tone. Organism is a delicate and plastic instrument, which responds readily to mind's impulses like spite, envy, despair and boredom, thoughts about bodily passions, health and vitality are seized. Shadowed face appears not at random - it arises as a result of gloomy thoughts ... " [3; 15].

If we look at the faces on the streets, we discover that the smile is gone and there is widespread general boredom ... Where is the solution? ' 'The legitimate purpose of life and its output performance gains courage "concludes Allen [3; 119]

It should also be noted that the function of the mind is not only thinking, but also the cognitive strategies and skill sets, which can be studied and understood in cognitive modeling. As we can see, producing skills of sanity in primary education areas are the main challenge. The human existence is determined by thinking. greater reach and is definitely worth it for your hard work.

- Those who will replace the current system of classification and grading system;

- Those who will make youth involvement in the educational process and harmonization of educational saturated space, science and art into a perfect unity.

Harmonization of the education system has a number of advantages:

• realizes and clearly sets out the real problems, in particular taking into account the specific needs and objectives;

• approves the collegial relationships by appease teaching, experience, knowledge and attitudes, and by the outcomes;

• promotes a culture of relationships;

• contributes to the resistance to change and the reduction of the period of intensive development of a strong and any development of instrumental behavior.

Therefore, the process of harmonization of education implies development of different ideas, trust and co-operative skills; and the most important is the educational space in a place where new knowledge is gained, which is the main challenge of 21st century.

_GENERATIONAL PROBLEMS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS_

ABSTRACT

All relevant values create an era. There are eternal values - love, kindness, and other God-fearing which are important and which are not affected by time fundamentals. But there are values that bring a certain era and are constantly re-evaluating. The generations are changing, changing their way of thinking, way of life, thoughts and ideas. The old generation of faith has become dangerous and destructive process to change the values you consider. Resistance is formed between the new and the old generation. All of promoting human values related to the value of the origin of the conflict. The problem of a bridge between the generations break and in order to be able to live in such an environment, we need to know, are the roots of the problem of the broken bridge between generations '' and can we recover it?.

There is a solution to all the problematic issues, generational disagreement is no exception. The main foundation of human development is a matter of education. The family, the school and the community - is to look for the cause of this triangle of views and communication difficulties in distinguishing problems that arise. This triangle from school is especially more responsible because it is not only a new generation of education and preparation for life, but also one of its most important functions of pedagogical education of parents teaching deficit.

It is important for parents of adolescent children to be friends. Discuss the issues which are of interest to children and, briefly, the child looked at the world and us. They should remember that in my childhood just as they had the same requirements. Just a form of expression changed. So I have to try to neutralize the conflict.

It is necessary to carefully consider the children, the parents are the people closest to them, who are more interested in their success, prosperity, happy future; as well as the soon to become parents, and'' life is often like a boomerang'' gives the answer. It is inadmissible to forget about the past, the future must be built on it, as it was in the national traditions of the past and can help a person have the personal qualities that make it worthy and original.

Each time a person is fulfilling the requirements of the era of great value creation requirement, it's a huge responsibility to faithfully execute. Children need more education; education in the past and traditional education
