FORMATION OF SPIRITUAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS IN
HIGHER EDUCATION
Annotation: One of the important pedagogical tasks is to find a new approach to the organization of the educational process in the formation of a harmonious personality, to achieve technological development of this process. The technological development of the educational process is based on a clear goal and social idea and means the organizational and technical organization of pedagogical activity aimed at the formation of moral and moral qualities in students.

Today, great attention is paid to the promotion of the idea of national independence in educational institutions, and it is desirable to approach the events organized in a new technological way. The technological approach to educational activities is characterized by the manifestation of the following situations: individual initiatives expressed by the students in the theme and idea of the educational event, according to their wishes; the creation of conditions for the independent functioning of students in the development of the scenario of the educational event; to achieve the distribution of the roles expressed in the content of the educational event not in a forced way, but on the basis of the students' dignity, ability, as well as interest in the organization and conduct of the educational event, and not only to command the role of the teacher, but also to show the students the way, to stand in the direction It is important to identify the mistakes and shortcomings that have been made in the process of discussion by the students and to take measures to eliminate them.
Education is such a process that it requires tireless renewal and reform.
Being in harmony with the times, studying the world's advanced pedagogical experience and technologies and applying it to professional practice is the main task of every educational institution today. In this plays an important role in the activities of innovation centers in educational institutions. In the activity of these innovation centers it is necessary to revive the work of the laboratory of pedagogical and psychological diagnostics, the laboratory of continuous monitoring of the quality and effectiveness of education and training, the laboratory of fundamental research.
It is necessary to carry out theoretical and practical work in accordance with the Perspective Plan of each laboratory pedagogical innovation center. It is
important to develop the methodology of improvement of interactive methods on the basis of modernization of educational methods in the application of new pedagogical technologies. Due to the function of each lesson structure, the development of multiple interactive techniques that give a good effect.
In accordance with the objectives of the structure of the plans of the desired activities, the educational-cognitive motivations of the reader and the student on the basis of innovative activity as well as the factors of their activation are studied.
Basic components of pedagogical culture: humanistic pedagogical position and personal qualities of the teacher; pedagogical theories and pedagogical thinking, pedagogical technologies and professional skills; experience of creative pedagogical activity, justification of own pedagogical activity as a system (didactic, educational, methodical); culture of professional behavior, ways of self-development and self-regulation of the teacher's personality and activity.
Given the fact that the bank for pedagogical ideas has been developed as part of the National idea, it is necessary to pay special attention to the process of their application in practice. In particular, it is important to design this process and establish its foundations in the technological development of the educational process. Collection of materials on the topic of the educational event in the design of the educational process; determination of its goals and objectives; selection of the form, methods and tools of the educational event; determination of the duration of the organization and conduct of the event; development of the scenario; it is necessary to control the activities of students, to assess their level of activity informally (without informing the students about it); to organize the event; to discuss the state of the conduct of the educational event (effective, inefficient, successful, unsuccessful)and to pay attention to the final conclusion. The essence of the technological approach to the organization of educational activities in this process also requires the students to pay attention to the availability of the following factors to ensure their independence:
- the presence of internal need, interest and incentive in relation to the conduct of educational activities in students;
- to ensure that the idea of educational event fits the internal needs of students.
Any activity performed by a person is carried out through consciousness. The fact that consciousness and activity are against dependence does not give the result of the action that the person performs. External activity, which does not have a conscious nature, is not considered an activity. Due to the awareness of the difference of an individual from other living beings, he tries to perform his activities, his attitude to the environment as a result. Participation in the intellectual thinking, which is an integral component of consciousness, is also evident in its upbringing. The law in society has become a pressing problem of mankind from history, when it comes to the observance of rules and norms, the conscious management of emotional experiences. Therefore, our ancestors paid attention to the education of the child, its socialization in society. But in the
pedagogical process, the correct development of the personality of the reader, easy adaptation to the social environment, the perception of things and events, self-control (social stability), the development of types of thinking are problematic. In the study of these issues and finding the right solution, there is a sense of craving for the activity of the views on the historical meanings, but it is necessary.
Even now, educational and educational work is being carried out on the basis of the views and comments of historical traditions and scholars. On the spiritual and physical development of the child's personality and the factors and means that affect him, what importance should be paid in this process, encyclopedic scientists were given valuable information. The theoretical meanings that students need to acquire good and thorough knowledge so that they can find their place in social life are still used to this day. At the same time, in the pedagogical process, in the correct upbringing of the personality of the reader, parents and educators face complex situations. One of such problems is that these problems such as the acquisition of quality knowledge in the educational process of the learner, his / her place among the equal lots, sociability with the surrounding people, management of his / her own imagination (emotional stability) are among the significant issues among the pupils in the general education process. About this issue will help to solve problems in the social pedagogical ideas of encyclopedias of Central Asia.
Values that are shared by all members of the organization contribute to the achievement of at least four main goals.
First of all, the common values adopted in an educational institution become the basis for making educational decisions and corresponding actions of the teacher.
Another role of shared corporate values is the impact they have on shaping the behavior of teachers and students and determining the way the organization expects its team members to interact.
Shared corporate values also have a significant impact on the educational activities of the educational institution, which has found a way to link its activities to pressing social problems and at the same time improve the cultural activities of the educational institution.
In the practice of higher education institutions, taking into account the above-mentioned and organizing educational activities on this basis, not only ensures their successful organization, but also creates favorable conditions for the formation of a positive attitude towards their conduct in students, training of moral and moral qualities.
