FORMATION OF NEEDS FOR INCREASING SOCIO-SPIRITUAL ACTIVITY IN YOUNG PEOPLE
Annotation: the article covers important functions of shaping the spiritual needs of aging, non-traditional methods. The author emphasizes that man reaches spiritual maturity through his intellect-he is able to find because of intelligence and contemplation enlightenment.

Today, in the upbringing of young people, special attention to the process of formation of their constantly growing needs is a necessary condition of social life. Human needs are usually found in 1) natural, 2) spiritual, 3) social character according to their own content. Natural needs are the needs of a person for food, clothing, housing, sleep, rest, heat, etc. The uniqueness of natural needs is that they have a limit in quantity and quality, depends on the size. Like, for example, needs for food, sleep. Spiritual (spiritual) needs are related to the spiritual life of a person, his needs for knowledge, science, culture, religion, etc. Social needs are the needs of a person to live in a society, to be in harmony or competition, to be in a relationship and in communication with each other, in short, a person's needs for a person. Spiritual and social needs are unlimited, they are regulated and controlled by society and the state through laws, customs, customs, traditions, mentals, morality, religion, etc.
The first president of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov in his work" High spirituality is an invincible force "emphasized:" spirituality is an incomparable force that encourages a person to spiritual purification, to grow up from the heart, makes the inner world of a person energetic, makes all his willpower whole, evokes his conscience, is the criterion of all his views." Human spirituality is formed by satisfying its spiritual needs. From the infancy of man, his needs begin to form. For this reason, both human needs and the process of satisfying them are important. Needs are the abilities of a person to consume.
This means that it is possible to change the needs, the abilities of a person to consume, to influence the process of formation, to educate, to manage, to change what is formed. What kind of flirtation in a person is formed by the ability
to consume, use, use, the need for these things arises. Especially sharply this process is observed among young people. For example, tobacco is not needed in relation to them in people who do not have alcohol addiction. For example, the needs for mass culture can come into being due to information about them and the conditions under which they are allowed. Needs are manifested in a person as a need for something, a manifestation of vital necessity.
A person must thoroughly study and analyze the essence of his needs, the means and processes of their satisfaction. The study of flirtation (gifts of nature, products of social production) that satisfy human needs, knowledge of what results their consumption and use will bring, will only lead to positive results in the development of life. Spiritual needs are no exception. Formation of the spiritual needs of young people, especially in the upbringing of a harmonious generation, is an important task. If the needs are a sign of vitality, spiritual needs are a sign of the person's social, humanity.
Spirituality is a feature inherent only in man. Spirituality as a spiritual, rational, moral value embodies the inner world of the nation, people, each individual, thinking and worldview, morality and manners, that is, all human qualities. Truly, spirituality is defined as a powerful innate force that enriches the inner world of Man, encourages him to spiritual purification and Ascension, strengthens his faith, will, awakens his conscience.
Spirituality is formed, as a rule, by upbringing and giving knowledge. That is why the power of human spirituality is attached to enlightenment. Enlightenment means-knowledge, knowledge is familiar. Knowledge comes in secular, religious, philosophical (wisdom) directions.
A variety of knowledge, information about nature, society and the essence of man is called Enlightenment. Enlightened people call their knowledge spiritual if they benefit from the future, happiness of Man and society. Human spirituality as a result of life experience, science goes to form under the influence of the environment and the pattern of other people. The spirituality of a person is a part of the spirituality of a nation, society, state. Spirituality develops on the basis of multifaceted relations between people, conditions and opportunities in the life of society. At the same time, spirituality is the basis of relations between people, which are watered by high moral standards, legal criteria, justice based on ideological prejudices, humanism, honesty.
It is necessary to formulate in the hearts, minds, minds of our young people the need for national pride, the need to realize in them the family, the neighborhood, the cherished place where the blood of spilled - the love of the motherland from the heart. Integration of these qualities into the process of the formation of the spiritual needs of young people is one of the pressing psychological and pedagogical problems that requires a long period of time. The following methods can be used to judge spiritual needs in young people:
1. Observation method-observation of each object by Time, place, condition and other parameters, analyzing it within a certain period, conditionally
setting measures gives its effect. This method requires extreme diligence and patience from the educator.
2. Labor productivity, data analysis-the desired method from the scientific point of view. His documents about the student and, above all, his description, the results of the methods used in relation to him before, the product of his labor (prepared independent works, cases of translation, creative actions, etc.) through which you can get information and make the necessary conclusions.
3. Conversation is the most effective way to clarify the situation in which there are doubts in the process of observation. Correctly planned conversation gives an opportunity to know the psychological state of the student himself, to check the method of observation. The use of this method depends on the skill of the educator. For example, to determine the change in a negative psyche, it is necessary to distinguish it from a positive state, that is, the educator must be aware of the psychology of the age period.
4. Methodological experience-the results of the accumulated observation, the method used for the purpose of the necessary interaction, based on the information received in the process of conversation, which is extremely complex, requires serious preparation. It is desirable that the use of the experimental method is carried out in agreement with the psychologist of the educational institution and under his supervision. There are specific requirements and laws for conducting experiments, which are carried out according to a separate plan of action.
5. Questionnaire-question-answer is an open examination for students, this method requires additional examination, analysis. The results cannot always die convincing.
6. Test. A very difficult perception for those who do not have a psychological balance, a technique that is carried out by blind selection by those who do not have their own opinion and knowledge. Taking into account the fact that the consciousness of young people, the worldview is fully developed, general tests may not give the desired results. To apply this technique, it is necessary that the topic is very clear, focused, carefully prepared questions and answers.
7. Correction - methods of development - are used for the purpose of eliminating identified negative psychological assimilation, correcting, developing existing positive qualities, abilities and talents in students. This-different spheres, can be conducted on different topics. Carried out with good preparation, these methods give the desired results.
As spiritual needs grow, the content becomes more and more colorful and qualitatively updated. For example, among the wider population, the needs for tape recorders, tape recorders have almost disappeared. Another example is that among mobile phones, button phones were among the people ten years ago in tradition. The deployment of a large number of functions in modern smartphones and flagships that are being created today, the ability to perform several complex tasks at the same time, has led to an increase in their needs for them. Here it is not just a high-tech item, more needs have come into being than its simultaneously
capable capabilities, it has been formed, it will not be a mistake to say. The possibility of meeting the human need for a simple conversation is the same on both devices, but the abundance of functions on the smartphone has served to the emergence of higher needs of a person.
Also, the acceleration of Science and technology development, scientific achievements in it the lifestyle of the population also radically changes the needs. The production of a new kind of material and spiritual products - in addition to satisfying the needs of humans, creates the basis for the emergence of new needs. The development of material production creates the necessary conditions for the well-being of life, and consequently the household and cultural needs of people. In addition, the need arises for the improvement of production technologies, scientific and Technical Research, the development of the basis of socioeconomic legislation.
As production forms spiritual needs, spiritual needs in turn affect both material and spiritual production:
1. Spiritual needs serve as the basis of creative activity. Spiritual needs are endowed with the property of creativity, and a new kind of needs will be the foundation for the creation of tools that serve to satisfy them. Needs for knowledge, reading - book production, human needs for art-theater, musical instruments, executive teams, Philharmonic Society, variety, Motion Pictures, fine arts, dance and the arts require the development of specialists in the field.
2. Spiritual needs always strive for heights, thereby adapting human activities. Man seeks to create a more perfect, better, more comfortable, more beautiful piece or work of art, to acquire a more thoughtful and broader, more accurate knowledge, to try to invent more perfect technical equipment, to improve the standard of living, to achieve prosperity, his actions and activities will lead to an increase in spiritual needs.
In the spiritual life of society, there are also factors that influence the growth of human spiritual needs, these are:
- low level of material and spiritual production of society, limited by the most harmful of human needs. And the most necessary needs grow very slowly and negatively affect the rise in secondary needs.
- inadequate development of the division of labor in society, including the division of intelligent Labor - does not allow the production of various material and spiritual products and the increase in needs;
- the population has low monthly salaries, low income, high prices, hinders a person from meeting even the simplest needs of any kind. People are forced to spend the bulk of their income on food, clothing, utility bills, while spiritual needs remain unmet;
- the domination of destructive ideas in the spiritual life of society. The main goal of people living in this environment is the satisfaction of their physiological and material needs. Spiritual needs, such as art, literature, science, participation in educational processes, cultural leisure, the creation or assimilation
of spiritual riches, can be lost in their significance, partially satisfied or not satisfied at all.
Lack of satisfaction of spiritual needs causes stagnation in the spiritual life of society, escalation of various vices among people: dirt, career, secularism, Vanity, etc. The changing, renewing and rising of human needs is reflected in the laws of development of society.
