Tashkent State Pedagagical University named after Nizami MORAL VALUES AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON THE UPBRINGING
Annotation: This article is about the role and importance of spiritual values and moral values in education of person and developing young people as a comprehensively advanced, highly educated person.

I.INTRODUCTION.
The good will of all humanity, including the Uzbek people, is to be happy. The prosperity of the people living in this land, where the processes of peace, prosperity and development are taking place in the country, is a factor of happiness of the people.
One of the factors that contributes to happiness is undoubtedly moral values. Spiritual values serve as the basis for the formation of moral qualities in a competent person.
The essence of our life is to develop young people as a comprehensively advanced, highly educated person, and a person of high spirituality is someone who is formed also mentally and morally and physically, who understands material and spiritual values, and the person who has strong sense of national pride. The source of this man's growth and power is spirituality. As for spirituality, let's talk about the question of what spirituality is.
"Spirituality reflects a modest life and is seen as a collection of spiritual events in society. Spirituality is a unique human essence, enabling people to unite and organize members of society. "69
"Spirituality- a social phenomenon, which is always an inseparable part of spiritual and material life, an integral part of human, nation and society life."70
"Spirituality is a set of positive social attributes that the beneficial knowledge one has acquired in his practical life, which has passed through the levels of skill and skill and reflects in his life."71
"Spirituality is the criterion for the soul to purify one's heart, to encourage adulthood, to make a person's inner world, will to make his faith strong, to convince his conscience, and to be his criterion."72
The main feature that defines the essence of spirituality is the spiritual purification of man and the growth of the heart. It is natural that there are people who are honest and clean in this world, and who are ignorant of such noble qualities, who are slaves of the desires and the transgressors.

In the monograph "The educational technology of the formation of high moral personality" it's said that, "Spiritual values are the main factor of the moral formation of a person, which are scientific, technical and intellectual, educational, medical, national heritage, cultural masterpiece, language, literature, art, folk crafts, unique historical and cultural architecture, and so on.
In addition, the national traditions, holidays, customs and traditions of the Uzbek people, spiritual heritage of Uzbek thinkers, written works, stories and myths, sacred places, historical monuments, music and songs, such as devices, games, farming, and craftsmanship are the basis of spiritual values.
They are manifested in behavior, morals and behavior of people in relation to each other, in the attitude towards one's country, family and family".73 It is stated that the concept of value appeared in the philosophical dictionary in the 60's of the 19 th century.
The value is a component of human and community morality, the concept used to express the value of events, events, attributes, requirements and procedures in the world. Value is a kind of spirituality that awarded attention of a particular group of people (family, community, society) and is respected by members of that group.
Value consists of the things that are valued by human beings and it is a result of interaction, interactions based on the will, desire, interest and purpose of people.
The value is importance; valuable goods; The wealth of the people is the concept that is used to show the universal, social, moral, cultural and spiritual significance of particular events in the real world. Everything that has importance for human and humanity, such as freedom, peace, justice, enlightenment, truth, goodness, material and spiritual values is value.
From the pedagogical point of view, it is a combination of moral and spiritual actions, things and phenomena that have been tested in practice in the process of man's spiritual needs and value is a collection of spiritual actions, things, and events that have been appreciated for centuries by people.
Spiritual values play a vital role in students' lives.
The question arises: how are the spiritual values formed if they are important in students' lives? The Center for Social Opinion surveyed the students' perceptions about the role of social institutions in shaping spirituality and presented the following results: Most respondents (85.6%) noted the role of the family in shaping the spirituality of a person. "What kind of families are raised in a spiritually healthy, patriotic country?" 58.6% of the respondents answered "in friendly, clean families", 45.1% "in healthy families", 29.3% "in intelligent families" and 22.1% in "friendly and peaceful families".
Without a doubt, the role and influence of the family in the formation and promotion of the specific spirituality of any nation is incomparable. Because, the

purest emotions of man, the first vital perceptions and ideas are formed first of all in the family.
It is natural that the foundations of the sacred concepts such as kindness and goodness, generosity, honesty and reverence are found in the family setting, which determine the character, nature and outlook of the child.
In general, as humanity moves towards progress, material and spiritual life becomes even more beautiful. It dramatically changes the way people view their lives and increases the sense of confidence in the future. Most importantly, the harmonious development of the system of material and spiritual values in our country serves to advance the country's education and upbringing harmoniously developed generation.

Great Britain has strong cultural ties with its former colonies, especially with those countries where English is the state language. Thus, some English music performers have significantly influenced the development of music in the world. Over the past half century, immigrants from the Indian subcontinent and Caribbean countries have made significant contributions to British culture. In the process of the formation of the United Kingdom, it included the cultures of the former independent states; therefore, they can also be considered separately.
The British are a unique people with a historically developed character. English traditions and customs are known throughout the world. The British do not put their emotions on display to the first comer. They can give the impression of a restrained and even a bit repulsive person. However, this is only a wrapper. The British are very polite, which is why they are not in a hurry to express their emotions immediately.
Often, even if they disagree with you, they will say politely "Oh, I'm afraid". The Englishman will never say a sharp "No, you're wrong". In any
