" FIVE IMPORTANT INITIATIVES" - AS A BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIVIL SOCIETY
Annotation: The article explains the "five important initiatives" and its important aspects. It has also been scientifically highlighted that it is an important foundation of civil society.

As you know, the education system is a social mechanism for the constant transfer of accumulated knowledge to subsequent generations. With the help of this mechanism, the formation of the personality in society is ensured and predetermined, because without the transfer of accumulating and developing knowledge, neither society nor the individual can develop.
In the process of reforming the development of a new society in Uzbekistan, it is important to study the theoretical and practical aspects and experiences og the creation of the foundations of civil society in different countries of the world at different levels and periods. Civil society is a certain social system that guarantees every citizen of this country full freedom to build his economic and political life at his own discretion. Civil society is formed in harmony with the increase in self -awareness of people, their ability to feel a sense of responsibility in the object.
It is not a secret that the current processes in Uzbekistan's new stage of development are inevitably accompanied by strong social and political activism, and many view the process as a natural state. This is a natural occurrence that comes with some difficulty in the lives of members of society, especially in the lives of young people whose minds and minds are not fully formed. Since the issues of developing the social and political consciousness of the youth and formation of a new worldview are reflected in the processes of cooperation, solidarity and understanding based on spiritual maturity, prevention of various crises and conflicts. This leads to the evolutionary evolution of development.
In the context of globalization, young people, who make up the bulk of the population of the country, bear a great responsibility on the part of the great social and political power, and, on the other hand, create positive opportunities as a result of pursuing optimal youth policy. "Our main goal is to prevent our children from being influenced by various radical and harmful ideas. We need to continue our
work with new approaches". In other words, the priority is to strengthen the relationship between young people and the state through directing young people to life, providing them with material and moral support to take their place in life. The result of such an innovative approach is the "Five important initiatives" by the head of our state, which is a program for raising the level of work in the social, spiritual and educational spheres and upbringing the harmoniously developed generation. Such a policy by the state towards young people directly increases the responsibility of young people to respect their rights and obligations. It should be noted that at present the mechanism of this innovative approach is practically implemented in the country. Youth are an important social layer that determines the future and potential of each state. After all, the condition, destiny and future of each society is determined by the degree of weight, spirituality and consciousness of the youth living in it. From this point of view, the State Youth Policy and the Five Initiatives are the priority areas of state activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan, with the goal of social formation and development of young people and the realization of their creative potential to the fullest extent. Creation and guarantee of socio-economic, legal and organizational conditions.
Today, the process of globalization captures new territories and regions, all spheres of human activity. We all know that in the ideological and spiritual sphere, the processes of globalization play an important role in the dissemination of ideas and ideals, as well as in expanding the sphere of influence. The implementation of the "Initiative of Five" can be a "protective tool" for young people in the context of globalization.
The opportunities created by globalization are now being used by political and ideological centers that seek to fill the spiritual void. The most dangerous are the threats to spirituality, and the First President, reflecting on these threats, described them as follows: "Moral threats are primarily aimed at preventing everyone from being free, regardless of their language, religion, or belief. I think it must be ideological and informative attacks that aim to undermine his spiritual world".
The moral threat is aimed at human freedom, its ideological dependence, and the destruction of its spiritual world, hiding under attractive slogans and ideas, undermining religious and national ties, harming the hearts and minds of young people and their worldview, and ultimately, the security of the country. threatening national interests and leading society to the street of crisis. Therefore, these risks require the use of their talents and potentials for the concern of the country, the nation, the future of the society in which it lives, for every young person with a citizenship and a sense of belonging to the country, and, in turn, to prevent it.
In conclusion, in order to protect against the adverse effects of globalization on the upbringing of young people and, in particular, in the culture of youth in such a difficult and stressful environment, we consider the following areas of focus to be the following:
- serves for meaningful leisure of youth;
- a conscious approach to the events that take place through the formation of the youth's consciousness, the basis for instilling in the minds and hearts of the ideas of humanism and tolerance in social relations;
- to take into account the wishes and aspirations of young people in the organization of educational and spiritual-educational work in all areas of education.
So, that in our country, the focus on youth is an important process, and the "five important initiatives" are an important factor in the development of civil society. Therefore, this important initiative is one of the key factors in the development of our country. We believe, that it is the duty of every citizen to contribute to the development of society.
