Inclusive education is one of the most important components of the development of the educational system of Turkmenistan. The principle of inclusion is that all children, regardless of their physical and mental abilities, have the right to access to quality education and equal opportunities to receive it. This approach promotes social inclusion and contributes to the formation of a tolerant and inclusive society.
The main advantage of inclusive education is that it allows every child to develop their abilities and talents, regardless of their characteristics. Thus, the inclusion of children with special needs in general educational groups contributes to the creation of a favorable educational environment, giving all students the opportunity to receive an education that is closest to their individual needs and abilities. All schools in the country are equipped with special conditions for teaching children with special needs, and teachers undergo special training to effectively work with this category of students. Thanks to these measures, it is possible to achieve an optimal combination of inclusive and special education, taking into account the needs of each child, his individual characteristics and, if necessary, providing additional support and assistance. The main goal of inclusive education is to provide every child with the opportunity to receive a quality education, fully participate in the educational process and successfully adapt to society [1].
Inclusive education is based on the principles of equality, justice and democratic values. They provide an individual approach to the education of each child, taking into account his needs, capabilities and characteristics. Each student is provided with the necessary adaptive tools, resources and conditions for full learning and inclusion in the educational process. One of the important components of inclusive education in Turkmenistan is the involvement of parents in the educational process. Parents are actively involved in choosing the educational program and methods, and also provide support and assistance to the development of their child. They participate in discussions and decisions related to education and collaborate with educators to achieve common goals. The benefits of inclusive education in our country are clearly visible. It promotes the creation of a democratic and tolerant educational environment where every child is respected and accepted for who they are. Such an environment promotes the integration of children with special needs into society and the development of their social skills. Inclusive education also helps develop students' self-esteem [2].
In the learning process, they pay attention not only to academic development, but also to the development of the emotional and social spheres. Openness, support and interaction with teachers and partners create conditions for the growth of self-confidence and harmonious personal development. In an inclusive education system, every student has the right to receive a quality education, regardless of their characteristics or limitations. This means that children with special needs, both physical and mental, are educated alongside regular students in the same classroom.
A feature of inclusive education in Turkmenistan is also the presence of specially trained teachers and educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to work with students with special needs. They provide support and assistance to each child, adapt educational material and teaching methods to his individual capabilities and needs.
Students with special needs learn together with other children, which helps them develop respect for each other and broaden their horizons. This environment helps students develop social skills and self-esteem. Inclusive education in our country strives to provide equal opportunities for all students, regardless of their characteristics. It puts each child at the center of learning and creates conditions for his full development. This education system promotes positive attitudes toward difference and strengthens children's rights. Inclusive education in our country strives to provide equal opportunities for all children, including children with special educational needs [3].
As part of inclusion, every student has the right to quality education, and educational institutions are obliged to provide appropriate conditions for receiving it. Equal opportunity means that no child is excluded or has access to education limited because of his or her characteristics or special needs. However, rather than simply including children with special needs in the regular classroom, inclusive education takes an individual approach to each child. Here every child can feel like an equal and respected member of the educational community. Implementing inclusive education also helps develop students' social skills and self-esteem.
Inclusive education in our country is becoming increasingly popular and allows children with different needs to receive a quality education and the opportunity to realize their potential. References:
