FAMILY AS A FACTOR DETERMINING THE SPECIFICS OF A TEENAGER'S RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS

Abstract: this article examines the influence ofparental parenting style on the formation of a child's personality and his relationships with others. The researchers emphasize that relationships with parents affect how a child will interact with other people in the future.

Gradually starting to interact with the world, the child gets to know others for the first time through communication with parents. A.S. Makarenko analyzed these connections and found that children project their relationships with their parents onto other people. In this way, behavioral models are formed, which are inherited by subsequent generations [2].

Lukyanenko E. S. notes that "the basis of the style of family education is the parent's attitude to the child, which represents emotional acceptance, evaluative position, attitude and is expressed in the behavior of the parent. The style of parenting is not a definite parenting strategy, it is a combination of different behaviors of the parent, which in different situations and at different times can manifest themselves to a greater or lesser extent [1].

The success of parenting, according to researcher A.S. Makarenko, depends on the style chosen by the parents. This affects how a child will build relationships with others in adulthood. If there were difficult relationships in the family, then this can negatively affect the life of an adult. As a result of disharmony in the family, the family values of the generation now living can be destroyed.

There are three main styles of parenting: liberal, democratic, and authoritarian. Each of them has its own characteristics and affects the formation of a child's personality.

The liberal style is characterized by the absence of strict rules and restrictions. Parents allow children to do whatever they want without setting any boundaries. This approach can lead to the fact that the child will feel insecure and unable to make decisions on his own.

According to T. V. Andreeva, if parents choose a permissive parenting style, the child can become anxious and insecure. A chaotic parenting style can lead to the manifestation of negative character traits in a person raised in this way.

The democratic style involves the establishment of certain rules and requirements on the part of parents, but at the same time the desires and needs of children are taken into account. Parents try to find a compromise between their interests and the interests of the child. This style helps children develop a sense of responsibility for their actions.

The authoritarian style is characterized by strict rules and restrictions on the part of parents. They control every step of the child, not giving him the opportunity to show independence. This approach can lead to the child becoming withdrawn and insecure.

Thus, the parenting style used by parents has a direct impact on the formation of the child's personality and his interpersonal relationships in the future.
