fits-all approach simply doesn't work. By incorporating varied activities, catering to different learning styles, and offering personalized feedback, teachers can create inclusive classrooms that cater to the diverse needs of their students.
Language learning is a lifelong journey, not a sprint to a finish line. Fostering a love for the language and encouraging learners to explore its cultural context can motivate them to continue learning beyond the classroom. This could involve organizing cultural events, film screenings, or inviting native speakers to interact with students.

TO ACHIEVE STUDENTS' FLUENCY IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES Annotation
Fluency development is helping students become fluent users of the language they're learning. And we're not only about talking about fluent speaking — this is for all 4 skills. Learners can become fluent listeners, readers, writers, and speakers.

Vocabulary and grammar dominate language teaching courses and textbooks. Unfortunately, this means your students are getting short-changed. They're missing out on other key skills. And it's easy for them to get sucked into an accuracy-is-everything mindset. But don't worry — there are things you can do to give your students well-balanced language lessons. In this article we'll cover one important, but often overlooked, kind of activity: fluency development practice. You can also take classes in the language you're learning with a native speaker. This will not only help you improve your speaking and listening skills but also allow you to learn about the cultural aspects of the language, making it an overall richer experience.
The input our learners receive from extensive reading is an invaluable source of new lexis, which they will start absorbing and hopefully adopt in their writing and speech, turning the passive vocabulary they have acquired into active. As a result, intensive training on reading in the TL and a variety of input are very important. Teachers need to make sure that they use a variety of authentic materials from different sources, ex brochures, the web, newspapers, magazines, books. The selection of these texts should be handled with extra care and caution. Their authenticity needs to be verified and the lexis and grammar the passage contains should be carefully checked.
The dream of every language learner is fluency: effortlessly conversing with native speakers, understanding movies without subtitles, and navigating new cultures with confidence. In a classroom setting, helping students achieve this level of proficiency can feel like an uphill battle. But fear not! By incorporating innovative strategies and harnessing the power of student engagement, you can unlock their full potential and turn language learning into a rewarding journey.
Ditch the rote memorization and grammar drills! Fluency thrives on meaningful interaction. Immerse your students in the language through:
Simulations and role-playing: Recreate real-life scenarios like ordering food, asking for directions, or conducting interviews. This injects fun and practicality into learning.
Debates and discussions: Encourage lively exchanges on relevant topics in the target language. This hones critical thinking and fluency simultaneously.
Project-based learning: Assign engaging projects that require research, collaboration, and presentations in the foreign language. This fosters deeper understanding and builds confidence.
Educational technology offers a treasure trove of tools to boost fluency:
Language exchange apps: Pair your students with native speakers for virtual conversations, fostering cultural exchange and authentic language practice.
Interactive games and simulations: Gamify learning with apps that make practicing grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation fun and engaging.
Immersive virtual reality experiences: Transport students to the heart of the target language's culture with VR technology, enhancing their understanding and motivation.
Incorporating student interests: Integrate topics and themes your students are passionate about into lessons, making learning relevant and enjoyable.
Encouraging self-directed learning: Empower students to explore the language on their own through
personalized learning plans and recommended resources.
Focus on progress, not perfection: Encourage students to embrace mistakes as learning opportunities and praise their effort, not just their grades.
Create a supportive environment: Foster a classroom culture where students feel comfortable taking risks, asking questions, and learning from each other.
Recognize and reward individual achievements: Highlight individual progress and accomplishments to keep students motivated and engaged.
Remember, fluency is not just about grammatical accuracy; it's about the ability to communicate effectively and confidently. By incorporating these strategies, you can create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that empowers your students to unlock their full linguistic potential and embark on a lifelong journey of language discovery.
Organize school trips or exchanges to immerse students in the language and culture firsthand. Partner with native speakers who can visit your classroom or conduct workshops. By embracing these strategies and fostering a love for language learning, you can help your students unlock the key to fluency and open doors to exciting opportunities that transcend the classroom walls.
Several automatic systems have been developed to assess speech fluency in children or in second-language learners. The first systems used automatic speech recognition to compute objective measures such as speech or articulation rate, that were strongly associated with subjective ratings of speech fluency. More recent studies showed that automatic acoustic measures (i.e., without using any automatic speech recognition system) can also be used to measure speech fluency in second-language learners or in children.

IMPORTANCE OF DIGITAL SYSTEM IN LITERATURE Annotation
One of the most significant advantages of electronic literature is its ability to enhance interactivity and engagement for readers. By incorporating various interactive and multimedia elements, electronic literature allows readers to become active participants in the narrative, rather than passive observers.
