Digital learning is a practice of learning using technologies in an effective way, combining different elements such as blended or virtual learning using e.g. mobile technologies or e-learning. It requires a combination of technology, digital content, and instruction.

Это требует сочетания технологий, цифрового контента и обучения.

Taking advantage of the opportunities of information and communication technologies is a favorable condition for the gradual transition to a digital economy. Scientific and technical development in the country is an area that allows to speed up the general economic development of the country and to achieve sustainable development in the economy. Modern new technologies, which are necessary for the rapid development of science, technology and production in the country, are being successfully implemented in all sectors of the economy. As it is known, nowadays digital system technologies are widely introduced not only in industrial sectors, but also in all aspects of human life. This allows every representative of the society, regardless of age and professional field, to deal with digital network technologies in everyday life, and on the basis of this, to fully enter this modern system of management. The digital system does not change the content of the economy, but it creates conditions for simplifying the methods and types of work carried out in each sector of the economy, and for achieving more results with less time and less effort. Today, one of the newest achievements of science is the system of digital technologies.

Currently, phased program works are being implemented in order to completely transfer all systems of the economy to the digital management system. In this field, until now, significant work has been done in the field of creating the appropriate material and equipment base in each sector, improving the literacy of employees and specialists in the field of computer and digital management systems. Electronic school, otherwise known as e - School, is a system that is managed online. The goal of this system is to improve the quality of education by

increasing the use of information and telecommunication technologies. In this field, scientific research on improving the software of teachers, educational workers, including students and schoolchildren is implemented. With the help of e-school, it is possible to facilitate learning and management tasks in the school, and to increase the efficiency of the work of educational institutions. Digital education is also very important in maintaining a harmonious relationship between teachers and parents in education and training, communication and development. Currently, it is possible to mention this type of support of the e-school in terms of digital management of educational activities in the country. With the help of e-school, there are wide opportunities to keep students' electronic diary, teachers' electronic journal, and to communicate information about students' participation and progress to parents. In addition, there are ample opportunities to use communication services, to view the schedule of classes, for teachers to assign homework to students and to monitor their performance. It is a matter of pride that, along with general secondary schools, students studying in higher education institutions participate in Internet Olympiads held at the national and international level through the digital management system and take the leading positions.

Digital learning can take form in a blog, a video, a real-time lecture or seminar or even just an audio file. Digital learning will include at least one piece of technology such as a computer, laptop or mobile phone.

Today, the electronic library systems of higher education institutions are connected to a single electronic system, which gives teachers and students wide opportunities for mutual exchange of experience.

It allows students to access more information, but it also enables them to cater it specifically to their individual needs. It also saves time and money. Students no longer have to buy or rent large volumes of textbooks just to use about 30% of them before the information is no longer relevant. And also digital tools and platforms are becoming ever more integral to our personal and working lives. Digital learning increases access to education and knowledge while empowering students with a mindset and capabilities that sets them up for success in their present and future. References:
