DEVELOPMENT TREND OF MEDICAL SERVICES IN SAMARKAND

REGION

Abstract. In this article, the problems in the development of medical services today and the need to develop medical services are mentioned. Also health care definitions of the term are citedfrom various sources.

The development of medical services is a critical aspect of healthcare systems worldwide, as it directly impacts the quality of patient care and the overall well-being of populations. In recent years, there has been a significant shift in the way medical services are delivered, driven by technological advancements, changing patient needs, and evolving healthcare policies. This article aims to explore the current development trends in medical services.We will analyze the development trend of the last service sector of Samarkand region. If we analyse Samarkand region services in the field small entrepreneurship, we can see that 65.5 % of the population soul per head services volume is 5620.1 thousand sum, total in enterprises services in the field enterprises share is 73.2%, total services volume and in 2023 September 23,335.2 billion soums by month.In recent years, the development of the service sector in Samarkand region has increased significantly. According to the official statistics website, this change was as follows:

As can be seen from the data of this table, high rates of growth are observed in all types of services. We can see that the volume of services in Samarkand region increased by 175.5% in 2022 compared to 2017. In terms of regions, the highest absolute indicator of the volume of services by districts belongs to the Samarkand district, which amounted to 1601.5 billion soums in 2022, which increased by 422.8% compared to 2017. In terms of regions, the highest absolute indicator of the volume of services by city and district belongs to the city of Samarkand, which amounted to 9,989.3 billion soums in 2022, an increase of 92.1% compared to 2017. In terms of regions, the lowest absolute indicator of the volume of services for cities and districts belongs to Nurabad district, which amounted to 443.2 billion soums in 2022 and increased by 135% compared to 2017.

It is an important task to further develop the types of services, improve the quality of the market infrastructure, and further increase the volume and types of services. The volume of services in the health sector is the value of market services provided by health institutions for various medical care and sanitary services.

As can be seen from the data of this table, high rates of growth are observed in all types of services. In 2022, we can see that the volume of services in the field of health care increased by 345.0 billion soums or 289% compared to 2017. Also, in 2017, the share of healthcare services in the volume of services was 1.43%, and in 2022 this indicator reached 2.02%.

As of November 1, 2023, the number of enterprises and organizations operating in the field of healthcare and social security services was 1,008 units.

As long as human society exists, products and goods are produced and services are provided. Society has extended reproduction. This means that the product (goods) production is repeated in an expanded volume and assortment. Because, on the one hand, the population is increasing, on the other hand, its needs are expanding, new goods are being produced, and shops (markets) are being filled. Examples of these are mobile phones and computers.

As can be seen from the data of this table, the number of hospital institutions in Samarkand region was 90 in 2017, and this indicator was 120 in 2022 (an increase of 30 in absolute terms). lsa, and the growth rate increased by +33%).

When we analyze the number of hospital institutions by regions, the city of Samarkand is the leader for all the researched years (59 by the end of 2022). In 2017, the number of institutions in this region made up 53% of the total regional institutions, and by 2022, this indicator reached 49%. In 2022, the number of hospital institutions increased by +22.9% compared to 2017.

In terms of districts, when we analyze the number of hospitals, by the end of 2022, Samarkand District (9) is leading. In 2017, the number of institutions in this area made up 3.3% of the total regional institutions, and by 2022 this figure will reach 7.5%. In 2022, we can see that the number of hospital facilities increased by +200% or 3 times compared to 2017.

When we analyze the number of hospital institutions by regions, the lowest indicator for all the studied years corresponds to Pakhtachi district (1 by the end of 2022). In 2017, the number of institutions in this area was 6.6% of the total regional institutions, and by 2022, this indicator reached 0.83%. In 2022, compared to 2017, the number of hospital institutions decreased by -84%.
