Famous artists from different regions gathered in this theater. Among them are famous singers Jurahon Sultanov, Mamurjon Uzoqov, Yunus Rajabiy, Abdullajon Ahunov, Sattor Yarashev, Farogat Rahmatova, sensitive musicians Tukhtasin Jalilov, Komiljon Jabborov, Fakhriddin Sodiqov, Otavali Nuriddinov, Mamadaziz Niyazov and others. was. Therefore, serious plays such as "Nurkhon", "Tahir and Zuhra", "Layli and Majnun", "Oftobkhon", "Ko'chqor Turdiyev", "Muqanna" were performed on the stage of this theater. Conducting these performances was, of course, the responsibility of the theater conductor for the preparation of his musical arias. Talented specialist and hardworking organizer Fazliddin Shamsiddinov successfully fulfills this task.
In 1948-1953 Fazliddin Shamsiddinov worked as the chief conductor of the Muqimi Musical Drama Theater, in 1953-1956 of the Uzbek Symphony Orchestra, in 1956-1961 of the Alisher Navoi Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater. During this period, in order to further improve his conducting skills at the Tashkent State Conservatory, he entered the department of opera-symphonic conducting of the conservatory and studied in the class of professor A.F.Kozlovsky. One of the conductors was Fazliddin Shamsiddinov, a favorite student of teacher Alexei Kozlovsky.
During his time at the Opera House, he staged and conducted works on a variety of subjects and genres. As an opera conductor, F.Shamsiddinov staged for the first time N.Lysenko's opera (1967), etc.
While working at the Alisher Navoi Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater, Shamsiddinov proved to be a high-level, talented and capable conductor. He participated in the Decade of Arts and Literature of Uzbekistan in Moscow (1959) and creative trips to the sister republics with the theater team and won the applause of the audience.
In 1955-1971, F. Shamsiddinov also worked as a conductor at the Uzbekfilm film studio. For example, in the feature film "Maftuningman" he plays the role of an artist and conducts music for the film, and when the singer of the famous song "Sartarosh" in the film did not come to record on magnetic tapes, the song was performed and recorded by F.Shamsiddinov. He has directed more than 30 feature films, including "Alisher Navoi", "Aral fishermen", "Mahallada duv-duv gap", "Suyunchi".
Master coach Fazliddin Shamsiddinov combined concert performance with pedagogical activity. For many years he taught at the Tashkent State Conservatory, as well as at the Tashkent Institute of Theater and Fine Arts, and played an important role in training talented conductors from talented students. His students are currently working successfully in prestigious theater and concert organizations in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, as well as Baku and the Russian Federation.
Along with Uzbek folk music, it became possible to perform works of composer's creativity, music of different peoples. At the same time, an important point seems to be the inclusion in the process of modern collective performance of many traditional techniques of bar technique, characteristic of plucked, string-percussion and percussion folk instruments.
Knowledge of the content by the performers helps to solve the complexities of completing the assigned task and troubleshooting performance problems. The conductor must know the level of performance of all orchestral musicians, as well as determine specific tasks for the leading musicians of each group. In addition, it is necessary to achieve harmony of unstable harmonic chords and to reveal the essence of the piece. Frequent rhythmic changes in meters and usuls should not interfere with groups of instruments when performed together. The disclosure of the artistic content of a contemporary work cannot be acquired only by achieving a technical balance in its interpretation [1, 63].
F. Shamsiddinov is a highly professional performer-conductor, who has been awarded by the government for his services to the development of Uzbek music and theater. In 1965 he was awarded the honorary title of "People's Artist of Uzbekistan" and in 1973 "People's Artist of Karakalpakstan".
