CONSTRUCTIVE WORKS ON THE BASIS OF THE MASTER PLAN OF THE JIZZAK REGION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
Anatation: This article provides information about the ongoing creative work and changes in the city of Jizzakh, based on the master plan developed during the years of independence.

The master plan of the city of Jizzakh was approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 30, 2013 No. 266 "To approve the master plan of the city of Jizzakh for the period up to 2030", the area of the city is 9640 ha is enough. The population is 172,454, and today there are 34 community assemblies in the city. It is proposed to develop detailed planning projects of Sh. Rashidov (O. Azimov) and Tashkent streets.

At this point, it should be noted that the great creative work carried out in the village assembly of "Manas" Dostlik district, which was rebuilt by the initiative of our honorable president, caused great joy for the people of "Manas".As a continuation of the good work, large-scale construction repair, beautification and landscaping works are ongoing in 33 more neighborhoods in the Jizzakh region within the framework of the "Obad Kyshloh" program.
Although the urbanism of the city of Jizzakh dates back to ancient times, it is permissible to recognize the unprecedented achievements made during the years of independence.
Every citizen has the right to be provided with a comfortable living and working environment. Citizens have the right to be provided with a comfortable living and working environment in the implementation of urban development activities.
Nowadays, the boundaries of the concept of housing have expanded, and now it includes a full range of organizations providing necessary services to the population. Today, the conditions for creating comfortable living conditions inside the house are combined with the conditions for meeting the socio-cultural and household needs of the population at a high level. Creating comfortable living conditions for the population on such a large scale requires the integration of residential buildings with various social service organizations. The integral connection of residential buildings with social service organizations is the main factor in strengthening the social and structural structure of the population of the cities of our Republic.
