为了提高 C630 普通车床的生产效率和加工精度, 解决其自动化程度低等问题需要进行数控化改造. 本文在 C630 普通车床的原有结构上, 通过基于单片机控制对其进行自动化和精密化的改造, 经改造后的机床能实现车削端面, 外圆, 螺纹, 任意锥面圆弧面, 球面等加工.

CNC transformation of C630 general lathe

In order to improve the productivity and machining accuracy of C630 general lathe, and to solve the problems of its low degree of automation and other issues need to be transformed by CNC. In this paper, on the original structure of C630 general lathe, it is transformed into automation and precision through the control based on microcontroller, and the transformed machine tool can realize the machining of end face, external circle, thread, arbitrary taper arc surface, spherical surface and so on.

CNC TRANSFORMATION OF C630 GENERAL LATHE*

Abstract: In order to improve the productivity and machining accuracy of C630 general lathe, and to solve the problems of its low degree of automation and other issues need to be transformed by CNC. In this paper, on the original structure of C630 general lathe, it is transformed into automation and precision through the control based on microcontroller, and the transformed machine tool can realize the machining of end face, external circle, thread, arbitrary taper arc surface, spherical surface and so on.
