The future specialist today should develop professional contacts, including the exchange of information; search for information sources in Russian and foreign languages; present the results of academic and professional activities at various public events and scientific conferences; use information and communication technologies for searching, processing and presenting information.
The task of a modern teacher is to apply a wide range of different methods and techniques that stimulate students' cognitive activity and motivation. The use of such tools today depends on the requirements of modern educational environment in which the student is studying, and on the professional environment in which a future specialist is going to work [1].

At the same time, the main problem in learning process remains students' passivity, since not all modern educational techniques and methods can fully ensure high level of educational and cognitive activity. Modern universities also face with the problem of lack of active position and motivation among students. Reducing the hours for learning a foreign language only exacerbates these problems. Therefore, the processes which enhance educational and cognitive activity are priority ones.
Interactive teaching methods and technologies play an important role today as they develop students' critical thinking, their imagination, improve their cultural and social behavior, helps to form the ability to make collective and individual decisions, and improve university educational process [2].
Interactive activity means constant communication of all the participants of educational process. Active interaction of all students and a teacher is the main condition of successful educational process.
Using interactive methods forms students' skills to self-determine, control their learning process, achieve a certain result and choose the most rational way to find the necessary means, mental or organizational work to become an independent in educational activity.
The use of Internet resources in teaching a foreign (English) language can:
• enrich educational material with sound and visual clarity;
• help students form associative links between language and reality;
• activate students' mental activity;
• individualize the learning process;
• program and control didactic situations;
• rationalize the educational process as a whole;
• make learning process more interesting;
• create conditions for skills formation in the process of students' independent work.

The interactive techniques imply that students are not only observers or listeners, but also active participants of a creative learning process. It gives each student the opportunity to show their creative and intellectual abilities, encourages initiative.
In conclusion, interactive activity helps to unite all the participants of educational process and improves controllability of students by a teacher, involves refusal from standard ways of solving communicative problems. Moreover, it provides speech practice for students in a creative atmosphere, contributes to development of students' skills to logically and correctly express their thoughts in foreign language, to lead a discussion, as a result students' motivation increases.
