Theoretical analysis of the nature of professional qualities, modeling its content, development of the concept of reflexive monitoring of the formation of professional qualities of students of a higher educational institution make it possible to comprehensively substantiate the hypothesis put forward. This article discusses the importance of developing the professional qualities of a future teacher.

ПУТИ РАЗВИТИЯ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫХ КАЧЕСТВ БУДУЩИХ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ

Теоретический анализ природы профессиональных качеств, моделирование его содержания, разработка концепции рефлексивного контроля за сформированностью профессиональных качеств студентов вуза позволяют всесторонне обосновать выдвинутую гипотезу. В данной статье рассматривается важность развития профессиональных качеств будущего педагога.

INTRODUCTION

The teacher, who works on the path of training competitive, qualified personnel corresponding to World requirements, correctly treating the future generation with high spirituality, changes taking place in social life, educating harmonious individuals who deeply understand the essence of our national values, should show the names of creativity, searchability, selflessness. One of our main tasks at the moment is to teach students to effectively apply the skills of various types that they occupy in situations that are found in their personal, professional and social lives, to independently teach, to independently search for the necessary information on science, to distinguish materials related to the increase in necessary knowledge as a result of analysis, , it consists in giving special importance to the skills that work when problem situations arise, as well as in nurturing the acquisition of those characteristics that can apply the knowledge acquired in the process of their daily marriage . In the upbringing of these characteristics in students, especially in the process of teaching knowledge,skills and abilities in the subject of the native language and literature, competencies should also be formed in them.

LITERATURE REVIEW AND METHODOLOGY

The formal structure for the development of professional qualities of future teachers will consist of a complex of teachers, educational tools, students and teaching technologies. The formation of professional qualities of teachers in a higher educational institution includes the following processes: the main goal of the formation of professional qualities of a future teacher is to prepare mature, qualified personnel according to certain science ideas from students studying in the fields of pedagogical education of the humanitarian sphere in accordance with state educational standards. The state educational standard provides that a graduate carries out activities in his professional and pedagogical activities in teaching, educational, educational and methodological production, research tasks. Content of Education (DTS and curriculum, programs), form, method, tools (textbooks, electronic information educational resources and other didactic materials, teaching and methodological manuals in the preparation of a qualified specialist, that is, in the formation and development of professional qualities in the base, professional and pedagogical concentration,

educational process is organized using laboratory equipment, etc.) and educational technologies (methods of Education, organizational forms, etc.), and in order to carry out professional and pedagogical activities and experiment in real conditions of theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired in ideal conditions in the audience, qualification practice is organized. In the process of studying Pedagogical Sciences (in various forms of active, contextual education) and based on the results of research work, reflexive practice of students is organized in order to determine the emotional-value and evaluative relationship of facts, material, in relation to the process of interaction in the educational process.

Theoretical analysis of the nature of professional qualities, modeling its content, development of the concept of reflexive monitoring of the formation of professional qualities of students of a higher educational institution make it possible to comprehensively substantiate the hypothesis put forward. From an experimental point of view, the technology of reflexive monitoring of the formation of professional qualities of students of a hypothetically higher educational institution is effective if the following are laid on the basis of its design and implementation:

- self-assessment of the formation of professional competence on the basis of a qualitative benchmark in the process of studying pedagogical disciplines of students and employees working in practice, and appropriate adequate forms of reflexive diagnosis corresponding to the content;

- the interaction of levels of management, goal orientations (strategic, tactical, operational), stages and and the implementation of motivational-targeted management programs through the implementation of the didactic basis for the formation of the professional qualities of a pedagogical in the logic of building a tree of goals.

To this end, we have the task of solving the following tasks:

- development of an experimental program;

- conducting an empirical study specially organized to verify the effectiveness of the developed technology of reflexive monitoring of the formation of professional qualities of students of a higher educational institution;olinganjustification of the validity of experimental data, the reliability of the results achieved and the validity of the methods used.

DISCUSSION

In order for the educator to successfully carry out his activities in all situations, he constantly improves his knowledge and skills, regularly studies modern pedagogical and information technologies, advanced foreign pedagogical experiments, methods and methods, acquires pedagogical professional knowledge and skills, as well as personal qualities, and during his practical activity the necessary competencies develop . The methodology for the implementation of any scientific research finds its expression in the interpretation of the essence of the phenomenon and process studied on the basis of selectable ideas, theories and approaches, the concept of an object is modeled, the mechanisms of its effective development, motor and pedagogical conditions are determined. Professional competence is the acquisition by a specialist of the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the implementation of professional activities and the ability to apply them at a high level

in practice. Professional competence refers not to the acquisition by a specialist of knowledge and skills, but to the assimilation of integrative knowledge and actions by every individual person.

Competence also requires constantly enriching the knowledge of the specialty, learning new information, understanding social requirements, searching for new subjects, processing them and applying them in their activities.

Professional competence is clearly manifested in the following cases:

- in complex processes and performing ambiguous tasks;

- when using contradictory information;

- when being able to have a plan of action in an unexpected situation

A specialist with professional competence is above all:

- consistently enriches its knowledge and breaks new information;

- deeply understands the requirements of the era and seeks new knowledge;

- can effectively apply them in kayta works and uz practical activities;

CONCLUSION

The main goal of current education is to prepare for society and the state a person who is comprehensively developed, socially flexible in society, labor activity, who can work on himself. Hence, in the upbringing of a comprehensively developed person, the degree of competence of educators is important. In the process of education and upbringing, the pedagogical personality, his professional skills have become important in mastering the knowledge, manners, traditions, culture and labor skills accumulated by the ancestors, taking his worthy place in society on the basis of life experience, in the formation of potential and worldview.
