PEDAGOGICAL POSSIBILITIES OF IMPROVING STUDENTS' ACTIVITY

In the article, the pedagogical possibilities of improving the educational activities of students in higher education institutions are widely adopted, teaching in accordance with the abilities and opportunities of students, the introduction of a differentiated approach and the use of advanced pedagogical technologies of education, factors influencing the formation of students as specialists, the professional development of our higher education pedagogues in the modern education process. Competency levels that are important in the activity are covered in detail.

В статье широкое распространение получили педагогические возможности совершенствования учебной деятельности студентов в высших учебных заведениях, обучение в соответствии со способностями и возможностями студентов, внедрение дифференцированного подхода и использование передовых педагогических технологий обучения, факторы влияющих на формирование студентов как специалистов, на профессиональное развитие наших педагогов высшей школы в современном образовательном процессе. Уровни компетентности, которые важны в деятельности, рассматриваются подробно.

INTRODUCTION
In order to organize and manage pedagogical processes in the educational institution on a scientific basis, and to create a comfortable educational environment in the team, the leaders of higher education institutions should know and rely on various modern methods of evaluating the quality of education, be able to determine the direction of developing ideas, regularly study best practices and scientific and technical achievements, it is necessary to implement it in its activity, to be able to organize innovative activities in the process of management. production and to seriously analyze a number of problems in choosing a profession and training specialists, pedagogues working in all higher educational institutions who are determined to start students and young people on the right path, professors working with students, in the process of choosing a profession aimed at young people and the general public. It is known that the leading activity of a student is studying.
In the process of educational activities, the main goals of training specialists are achieved. Study activity affects the development of the characteristics of the student's mental processes, the acquisition of important professional characteristics, skills and qualifications. If reading turns into creativity, it has a positive effect on the emotional areas of students, satisfies attention and memory, and creates a sense of satisfaction. Therefore, it is appropriate to consider these characteristics of students when planning their educational activities. The size of the educational loads in the higher education institution is such that strong motivations are needed to emphasize their success.
MATERIAL AND METHODS
N. Leontiev, L. N. Bojovich, P.Ya. Yakobson, V. Okonov and others' studies show that it is impossible to achieve the expected result if students and pupils are taught without positive motivation. The relationship between students' academic performance and self-assessment is also of great interest in academic performance.
A correlation is seen in academic performance except for students who do well, i.e. they rate themselves higher than the group. Researchers come to the following conclusions, looking at the self-awareness and evaluation of a person as an important element. Low-assimilation students are characterized by an uncritical approach to the assessment of their basic social psychological characteristics. Learning motivation is variable; it will be very strong in the first months of study. It remains unchanged in one-third of students. The following factors affect educational motivation: content of classes, teaching methodology, achieved results, competitions. Often students are dissatisfied with the level of teaching. Educational activities focused on creativity and research are interesting for them. Experimental positive learning conducted with students makes it possible to determine some conditions that depend on the formation of motivation. They are:
1) Understanding of immediate and recent perispective studies of education.
2) Understanding the theoretical and practical importance of the knowledge taught.
3) Presentation of scientific information in emotional form.

4) Newness of educational materials and delivery of its content.
5) Professional orientation of the educational material.
6) Selection of counter-informative tasks in educational activity.
7) Support curiosity and curiosity in groups.
RESULT AND DISCUSSION
The second level of human activity is higher than the previous one, but this activity has an inner psychic character; the subject hopes that other people will act to satisfy his needs. Such an expectation does not motivate the subject to take any action to satisfy his need.
Some negative changes can be seen in times of academic community service hardships. Mental processes include loss of internal concentration, memory loss, deterioration of thinking, reduction of accuracy of practical actions, reduction of activity, reduction of working capacity. Therefore, the competent approach of the pedagogue is important today in the introduction of modern educational technologies. In general, pedagogical activity is the labor activity of people who are responsible to the people and the state to prepare the young generation for life and work, specially trained to educate student.
The activities of teachers are aimed at the formation of human personality. Each student has his own behavior and character. When raising student, it is extremely difficult to take these characteristics into account and learn them. It uses special methods that reflect the complexity of social relations between people. Young people preparing for pedagogical activity should know its features. Creativity is needed only when a person faces a problem. Teaching activity has such a characteristic. The main essence of pedagogical creativity is related to the purpose and nature of pedagogical activity. A teacher should have such qualities as aiming for a clear goal, determination, sweet speech. If the teacher has high manners and culture, is kind and generous to people, he will quickly gain respect. Formation of student's professional competences is to ensure that he successfully acts on the basis of practical experience and knowledge in solving professional issues. Studying and solving problems related to the formation of professional skills in work activities, training qualified specialists through the formation of professional training is an urgent issue of today. The historical experience of the most developed countries of the world shows that when they took a step towards independence and development, they spent the main attention and resources on education and upbringing of young people. people, qualified professionals worked intelligently, increased the power of their homeland, and were able to provide a high standard of living for their people.
Formation of professional competences of college students in the educational process is the ability to successfully act on the basis of practical experience and knowledge in solving professional issues. Forming the professional competence of today's teacher is to increase his daily ability and work efficiency. To ensure the effectiveness of competence skills of future pedagogues in the future. Studying and solving problems related to the formation of professional skills in work activities, preparing qualified specialists through the formation of professional training. A teacher's competent approach is a combination of setting educational goals, choosing educational content, organizing the educational process, and evaluating the educational outcome.
The most demanding quality and requirements for a qualified teacher:
• self-development;
•ability to solve problems through communication (oral and written communication);
• ability to work in cooperation with others;
• know how to use information technologies;
• adaptation in the labor market, successful participation, business activities.
Must have self-determination, analysis, self-assessment skills. A common
culture alone is not enough for a modern teacher. Also, observing their student based on special knowledge and skills, comparing the important things in their growth with the main social ideas that have arisen in the society, determining the ways and methods of developing the educational process, showing educational influence with various means, analyzing, pedagogical research and achievements in a scientific way. it is desirable to systematize.
Of course, the teacher should be demanding, kind, patient, calm and confident in his profession. A teacher who loves a child with all his heart smiles more and frowns less. Along with imparting knowledge to student, at the same time, he is able to transfer his character to them, he appears to them as an example of humanity. Pedagogical-psychological theories are of great importance in the formation of the teacher's professional skills, because the theories about the activities of great people who are self-sufficient in the formation of our spirituality, about the demands placed on them and modern pedagogical technologies serve as the main source of professional skill formation. independent life. Development and formation of necessary knowledge, skills and competences is the process of achieving the goal.
CONCLUSION
The use of scientific pedagogical information is important in improving pedagogical experiences. Because modern science and technology development requires the teacher to be creative, to be able to think freely about the important problems of science, to be able to convey the achievements of science to students, and finally to be able to teach students to think positively and do research. Therefore, it is necessary for a teacher to conduct research and acquire skills in this field first of all. While conducting scientific research, the teacher collects experiences, analyzes them, and draws conclusions based on them. In the process of using these conclusions in his practical work, he acquires very important knowledge that is necessary for a modern teacher.
