The role of foreign language is very important. We know over the years English language has become the most popular and spread language in the world. It`s the main language of business, sport, science. In our country a special attention is given to the learning and using of three languages: Kazakh, Russian, and English. The president of Kazakhstan pays much attention to the development of learning these three languages. The president of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbayev in his message to the people of Kazakhstan said: «Kazakhstan should be perceived worldwide as a highly educated country whose population can use three languages. They are: Kazakh language the state language, the Russian language the language of interethnic communication, and English the language of successful integration into the global economy». The idea of trinity of languages is especially important for Kazakhstan.

1. Introduction

In the pedagogy inevitably arise questions such as: «How to teach English?» «What to teach?», «Why to teach?» but, however, there is another one: «How to teach productively?». In my opinion, one of the options decision these questions - it is to use of modern pedagogical technologies in educational process.

As said Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.

«Thinking is easy, acting is difficult, and to put one's thought into action is the most difficult thing in the world».

The word «technology» comes from the Greek words «techno» - art, skill, and «logos» - science, law. Literally, the technology is the science about the skill.

What is pedagogical technology? The term «technology» in pedagogy has been applied in the 60s of the 20th century as a systematic method of learning about the students' and teachers' actions.

The introduction of «technology» in pedagogy and methodology has been dictated by the desire of teachers to make the learning process manageable. At the same moment, there is the development of the technological approach to the construction of learning process. An attempt to create a holistic methodology to manage the process of teaching and learning by students, is reflected in programmed instruction. In the 70s of the last century in USA and then in Western Europe, the programmed instruction was seen as a pedagogical method and was the base on which the foundation of educational technologies were built. In foreign studies, the term «technology» was connected with the term «teaching». Later the terms «pedagogical technology», «educational technology» appeared in the pedagogical literature.

Pedagogical technology is the area of research and practice connected with all aspects of the organization of pedagogical systems and the procedure of distribution of resources for achieving the specific and potentially reproduced pedagogical results.

Teachers for achievement of positive result in education and training of future school pupils use in their activities of both traditional and new forms and methods of teaching; and also use the author's technology, their own developments.

This theme is not enough developed and it is a actually because at the present time there is an active process of informatization of education, which involves

intensive introduction and application of new pedagogical technologies, use of all means of the communications, contribute to the formation of intellectually developed creative person who is well guided in information space ready to self-development and use of this knowledge in future professional activity.

At present time, the use of pedagogical technology in the learning process very actually. This helps activation of cognitive activity of pupils, stimulates and develops cognitive processes: thinking, perception, memory.

Use of pedagogical technologies at lessons of English allows pupils to seize in a bright, interesting form grammatical skills, to fix material in an interesting form, with use of technologies that promotes accurate perception of material on this or that subject.

2. What is educational technology?

I analyzed the different definitions of «educational technology», «teaching technology», and the characteristics of these pedagogical phenomenon occurring in foreign pedagogical literature.

Bruner J. considers it as an area related to the definition of the requirements that ensure the optimization of the training

The definition of educational technology, officially recognized in 1979 by the Association for Educational Communications and Technology in the US, consider educational technology as complex integrative process, including people, ideas, ways and means of organizing the activity for the analysis of problems and management of problem solving covering all aspects of learning [1].

Considering the various definitions, it should be noted that foreign researchers distinguish such essential features of educational technology as diagnostic goal formation, guaranteed productivity, efficiency, algorithmization, projectabili-ty, integrity, manageability, correction ability, visualization.

Polish scientist and educator F. Yanushkevich focuses on the sign of the efficiency of technology. He notes that educational technology is «the guidance system, which should provide the training of an expert of the necessary profile for perhaps shorter deadlines at optimum expenses of forces and means during the use of modern methods and tutorials» [8, p. 120].

Mitchell P. notes the sign of reproducibility of educational technology. He considers that educational technology is the area of research and practice connected with all aspects of the organization of pedagogical systems and the procedure of distribution of resources for achieving the specific and potentially reproduced pedagogical results [5, p. 325].

Sakamoto T. considers the educational technology as the way of systematic planning, implementation and evaluation of the whole process of education. Foreign researchers note the differences between pedagogical technology and methodical system [6, p. 131].

Project method

Project method is one of the modern method of teaching, in which children solve a practical problem over a period of several days or weeks. It may involve building a rocket, designing a playground, or publishing a class newspaper. The projects may be suggested by the teacher, but they are planned and executed as far as possible by the students themselves, individually or in groups. Project work focuses on applying, not imparting, specific knowledge or skills, and on improving student involvement and motivation in order to foster independent thinking, self-confidence, and social responsibility [2].

Communicative teaching

One of the achievements of foreign languages teaching techniques is the theory of communicative teaching. Developed on its basis, the technology of communicative teaching method presents a communication-based teaching. Despite the fact, that it was developed relatively long time ago, it is still actual and demanded now. Moreover, a communication-based teaching is the essence of all intensive foreign languages teaching methods. The usage of speaking and thinking tasks is the key element of the communicative teaching. It provides the realization of all other communicative properties, such as learning motivation, activity, interaction between students and teacher, meaningfulness, problem and situation orientation, functionality, emotionality [3].

Technology of the problem teaching

One of the most efficient modern technologies of foreign languages teaching is the technology of the problem teaching. It is the application of the given technology that provides the stimulation of independent search activity of students mind of a student consisting of the difference between the available knowledge and the needed to solve the problem set by the teacher or problematic task.

Main structural elements of the problem teaching are problem situation and its solution process, problem task and problem question [7].

Information communication technology

However, now a new technology has become widespread - Information communication technology in foreign languages teaching (ICT) developed on the basis of the above-mentioned technology. Traditional methods of information storage, transfer and processing become less effective. Application of ICT provides huge possibilities, both for the teacher and students. The ICT understanding is mostly connected with the development of such perspective didactic means as electronicmultimedia (teaching software, electronic textbooks, interactive multimedia, etc.); electronic education resources (elibraries, databases, virtual communication and interaction, web sites, portals etc.); educational internet resources. ICT is one of constituents of information and education university environment that is made from electronic products of different activities: informational, com-municational, creative, program, technological, etc. [3].

Gaming technologies of foreign languages teaching

A game is one of the oldest ways of human cognitive activity. The understanding of a game is changed in recent social and scientific practice and it is now considered as a social, serious category of a special didactic value.

Didactic game is an integral element of active teaching, especially when one speaks about foreign languages teaching. For example, role and business games are very effective in this sphere. In the course of such games, students gradually enter the situation of natural communication in foreign language and solve a number of creative and practical problems, realize their personal potential and may demonstrate their skills.

The teaching game components include the so-called gaming approach, i.e. introduction into a teaching situation predetermined conditions changing emotional coloring of a situation to change the attitude of students towards the already accepted norms of behavior at the lesson and towards the learning information correspondingly. Such approach is introduced when it is required to reconsider the available knowledge, i.e. to take a glance on the situation from the different point of view [4].

3. Conclusion

When working with new technologies and the changing role of the teacher, whose main task - to support and guide the development of the personality of students, their creative search. Relationships with pupils are built on the principles of collaboration and co-creation. In these circumstances, inevitable revision

of existing today organizational forms of educational work: an increase in self-individual and group work of students, a departure from the traditional lesson with a predominance of explanatory and illustrative teaching method, the increase in practical and creative work of search and research character.

At the conclusion using pedagogical technology allows us to solve a number of problems, namely:

- increases the activity of students in the classroom;

- increases the motivation of learning a particular grammatical topics;

- create conditions for independent work;

- creates a comfortable environment in learning;;

- allows you to personalize the learning;

- forms the intellectual skills and computer skills.

Recent years have increasingly raised the issue of the application of new pedagogical technologies in high school. It is not only new facilities but also new forms and methods of teaching, new approach to learning. The introduction of new technologies in the teaching process increases, in my opinion, the teacher's authority in the school community, as taught in modern, higher level. In addition, the growing self-confidence of teachers to develop their professional competence. Application of new technologies in the classroom of English is an effective factor for the development of students' motivation.

Thus, on the basis of all above stated, it can be concluded that with the use of pedagogical technologies is changing technique works for teaching grammatical aspects of speech, as the role of teachers in this case - to support and guide the development of the personality of students, and teach the use of modern technology to self-study of a particular topic or grammatical grammatical phenomena.
