The right psychological atmosphere, the productive presentation of the tense forms, and the process of assessing correctly, inform about the accuracy of the teaching process. The respect, the belief, and the confidence take the highest position in the teacher-student attitudes. After all, we can say that, only by creating the right psychological atmosphere, and by hard working on the foreign language, it is possible to learn and to possess the language perfectly, and to communicate fluently on the target language.

Организация нормальной психологической атмосферы при преподавании форм времени, правильное оценивание еще раз доказывают, что создана положительная среда обучения. Уважение, доверие должны стоять на высоком уровне при отношения между студентом и преподавателем. Только благодаря этому, можно усвоить пройденный материал и хорошо овладеть иностранным языком

WAYS OF FORMING AN EFFECTIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE CLASSROOM

Abstract: The right psychological atmosphere, the productive presentation of the tense forms, and the process of assessing correctly, inform about the accuracy of the teaching process. The respect, the belief, and the confidence take the highest position in the teacher-student attitudes. After all, we can say that, only by creating the right psychological atmosphere, and by hard working on the foreign language, it is possible to learn and to possess the language perfectly, and to communicate fluently on the target language.

Аннотация: Организация нормальной психологической атмосферы при преподавании форм времени, правильное оценивание еще раз доказывают, что создана положительная среда обучения. Уважение, доверие должны стоять на высоком уровне при отношения между студентом и преподавателем. Только благодаря этому, можно усвоить пройденный материал и хорошо овладеть иностранным языком.

The natural scientific foundations of psychology are based on the activities of the higher nervous system. Samed Seidov in his scientific work psychology gave this definition: "Psychology is a reflection of objective

Psychology now has a very close relationship with both other sciences and linguistics. In working with scientific research or in practice, the teacher in a sense, as a psychologist, uses different methods. In class, the teacher should create such an atmosphere that students do not get tired, but on the contrary enjoy the classes. The psychological atmosphere contributes to the correct construction of the lesson itself. The created right psychological atmosphere plays a huge role in drawing attention to classes. When learning a language, the main psychological principles in teaching grammar are the naturalness and emotionality of the material being studied and how interesting and accessible it is to the learner. Explaining grammatical rules should not be more complicated than a student perceives it in his native language. We should take into consideration the emotional and intellectual needs of students. The student will enjoy this lesson a lot and will remember for a long time, at the same time we should try to ensure that the learning process does not go beyond the outlook and loads them. The discipline may be broken from the boring duration of the lesson. To simplify his work, to make the lesson interesting, the teacher can use the help of students. Students can correct each other's mistakes themselves and improve their work with it. In pair work the teacher comes up and looks at everyone's work, discuss it. In a group discussion, the teacher can hear the thoughts of each individual and recognize the students as a person.

English linguist Jim Scrivener in his work "Learning Teaching" showed 3 main proposals by American psychologist Charles Rogers about the effective conduct of the lesson for teachers. [2, p.24] Charles Rogers really appreciated such qualities as respect, trust and benevolence. The teacher must have these qualities so that the relationship with the students should be strong, deep, communication should be natural and conscientious. Organizing a problematic situation during classes is very important for

XII Международная научно-практическая конференция students' activity. During problematic situation students face problems and realize that their knowledge is not enough to solve these problems. So they're looking for ways to solve these problems working with their thinking. The students participate in the discussion of the exercises and shares their thoughts. As a result, the student becomes a creative person and shows great activity. All the qualities on the one hand make it possible to be well aware of this material, on the other hand have a positive effect on the intellectual development of the student. If the teacher fully reaches the students awareness of this material, they will remember it long and fruitfully. When a teacher evaluates students, he should be very attentive and objective. This is one of the most necessary qualities. If the teacher misjudges a student, it causes the students to lose heart and in future he is not active. And this leads to bad consequences.

Repetition which transforms, shapes the intellectual development of the student and together with him shows how he perceived the material what vocabulary and skills he owns. And with the help of mimics, using them in tasks, you can create a very interesting learning process. Over the past 10 years, some psychologists have done a tremendous job developing the teaching. Among them: Cade, Kinsell, Oxford, Anderson etc. They tried to find easier and more necessary ways for teaching. Each student has his own cognitive and sensory skills in mastering the given material. In psychology the learning process is divided into three parts: metacognitive (a strategy that helps a student think about what they learned), cognitive and emotional. These strategies consist of planning, observation, evaluation, indication, thinking, interference, ways to use sources, a belief and improvement group and so on. If a teacher builds a learning process monotonously each time, it will be good if he changes the learning paths in order to expand in the style of strategy. For example, If a student works alone all the time, you can later build a group working principle. Using different strategies, we can achieve interesting and active lesson. It should be noted that when students listen to some music, they celebrate new words for themselves and learn them very easily. But sometimes it fails in the learning process. In order to raise the spirits of the students in solving difficult tasks we need to make some changes. We should take into account the student's desire, skills, we should help them to find their place in the modern society without giving them "ready-made recipes", to learn independently, to find ways to acquire life skills. We need to help the student find information in the flow that will interest him to solve the problems he faces and help him to become an independent active person. The teacher should be a guide to life and create the right atmosphere and direct the learners to express their attitude to life on important issues. The path to achieving all this goes through interactive teaching methods. With these methods the teacher will find the way to the student's heart. Practice already shows that the students approve interactive methods. They believe that these methods are close to their desires, they are the shortest way knowledge and to acquire the right skills. The teacher should respect the student and convince them that they can do a lot. Only after that the teacher can win the respect of students and rise to the level of personality who are trusted.
