Today, among the threats aimed at undermining the spirit of globalization, ideological attacks, information security, "mass culture", various outbreaks of disease, the spread of drug trafficking and others. Created s such threats to our national legal fight against the spiritual forces, with different methods and tools, regardless of the number of funds will be available for the benefit of their financial, technical and technological possibilities of the shelter. The analysis shows that there is always the possibility of curbing them. From the outside, they can not, in practice, national spirit reflected in the processes taking place in the center of the culture of their minds, "one" and "blood" and all the people takes the form of internal and obvious. For people mentally strong, above all, should be free from any internal threats. Internal contradictions of a nation, free from any external threats and force to prevent the risk of a strong and reach their potential. An important factor in maintaining and strengthening your spirituality and national heritage of their ancestors. For the nation, maple, support the roots, to keep him to stand up and deliver any powerful
source aware of the dangers of its heritage and historical memory. Restoring the memory of the history and heritage of the nation will be strong in spirit, inspiration, spiritual enlightenment, the desire for independence, and its activity will naturally increase. As well as the elimination and prevention of threats to life an important role in the following:

> people, folk spiritual and moral norms of society, the development of the cultural development of the principles and promote them to all citizens, especially young people to further strengthen the work;

> rom internal and external threats to the moral "ideological immunity" formation;
> in the minds of the youth national spiritual and moral heritage, the historical meaning of love;
> events happening around constantly vigilant and cautious of our independent opinion[5].
So, today, the national spirit of internal and external threats to human life and society, a great influence on the development of the country. Geopolitical goals, as a rule, are consonant with other components of ideological policy. The ideological influence turns into the most influential means of geopolitics. Certain political forces mean the creation of an ideological environment for subordinating to their own interests the consciousness and thinking of various strata of the world's peoples, especially the youth, through the provision of ideological influence.
In the modern world, attempts are continuing to subjugate peoples of different regions using spiritual and ideological means and dividing the world on such foundations. For this, the media, various think tanks are used. For example, there is a use of films by militant themes, computer aggressive programs and television games. Under such conditions, a correct understanding of the true goals of ideological pressure is possible through deep mastery of the ideas of national independence.
At the end of the twentieth century, world events took place, for example, the disintegration of the former USSR. Undermining his dominant ideology changed the world map. Under the rule of the former Soviet, the communist idea forcibly «united» representatives of more than one hundred nations and nationalities. This was inherent in Central Asia. In connection with the gaining of state independence by the former union republics of the region, the former ideology was undermined from within.
