USING THE INNOVATIVE CLUSTER OF EDUCATION IN THE MIXED EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract: This article provides information on the types of education, as well as information about the mixed education system, as well as the types of mixed education, their advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of using the distance education system, the methods of its use in the educational process are given.

Key words: education system, distance education system, Blended learning, online libraries.

INTRODUCTION

Blended learning. Information technology offers a variety of new forms of education, especially in recent years, the principle of a holistic approach in the modular education system is growing. The combination of different forms and methods has led to the introduction of mixed education as an innovation.

As Declan Berne puts it about "blended learning" - "this education is aimed at the effective use of rich pedagogical experience." This approach can be based on the use of different methods in the presentation of information, the use of information technology in the organization of education and the learning process, the organization of traditional activities individually and in groups. This different approach does not tire the student and strengthens his motivation to read. The key is to ensure that the selected methods are compatible and that high efficiency is achieved at low cost.

METHODS

In mixed education, users are fully allowed to use the distance learning system and learning materials. The system will have online libraries and resources.

Users submit some of the controls online, as well as group discussions and full-fledged projects.

The Blended learning model gives users the following options:

S Get acquainted with the study material online at any time.

S Test your knowledge by passing a test;

S Pass the control test;

S Get acquainted with additional resources relevant to the training;

S Use of audio and video recordings, animations and simulations;

S Extracurricular communication between teacher-student and students.

Elements of traditional education have existed for thousands of years, but less than 10 years have passed since the emergence of mixed education. Therefore, it is advisable to mix these types of education.

Mixed educational model

S Get acquainted with the study material online at any time.

S Test knowledge by passing a test;

S Passing the control test;

S Familiarize yourself with additional resources relevant to the training;

S Use of audio and video recordings, animations and simulations;

S Use e-mail and participate in forums;

S Establish communication between teachers and students in addition to lectures.

Elements of traditional education have existed for thousands of years, but it has not been more than 10 years since mixed education emerged. Therefore, it is advisable to mix these types of education.

Traditional education model

S At the beginning of the academic year (semester) lesson schedules are set, introductory classes on subjects are held.

S Students are given the structure of the subject, the control system, literary sources and methodological advice.

S During the semester there will be lectures, practical classes, laboratory classes, course and diploma works, essays, tests.

S At the end of the semester, the acquired knowledge will be evaluated.

This method of study is very suitable for young students receiving their first higher education. However, this method is a bit inconvenient for students who are at work all day, who do not have the opportunity to come to the university, who are older, who want to study and improve their skills, who live long distances, who want to study by correspondence

E-learning model

With the advent of the Internet, distance learning has become electronic. In this system, the student studies entirely via the Internet. The student almost never comes to university, only comes to get a grade at the end. This study model is ideal for older, long-distance students. The differences between e-learning and traditional learning are:

S The student is explained less, the student is more independent;

S Communication with teachers and other students will be unlimited.

S Main communication tools - chat, forum and email. There is also a "virtual electronic classroom".

S Teacher can give lectures, conduct virtual seminars.

S Groups are given serious attention so that the student does not feel like he is stuck in a computer and has the skills to work collaboratively.

S Scientific materials are presented in an interactive form: text, audio, video, which are supplemented with various pictures, graphics, diagrams, animations, simulations, photos, links to sources;

S Students' knowledge is monitored in the form of tests, group projects, essays, reports and abstracts, tests;

S Information exchange system - in the form of sending and receiving files. The information sent to the teacher will be returned in the form of personal comments, recommendations or assessments after a thorough review.

The e-learning model is more flexible. There are almost no problems with transportation, time and place. The material will be very well structured (because the student will be able to do it independently). If the assignments are not submitted by the deadline, the student will be expelled. Self-control and self-organization skills are very important. Mainly recommended for adults. Aralash ta'lim modeli (Blended learning)

The fact that a student is young means that he should be taught in a simple way, of course, is wrong. Australian employers are increasingly hiring students who study online and blended-learning. Not only sound education but his alertness and dedication too are most required. As a result, there is growing interest in some schools in the United States and Europe to convert schools and colleges to blended learning. Here are some of the ones I found to be interesting:

Lectures. The course materials will be complete and there will be slides, as they will be provided in sufficient quantities for the student to practice independently.

Workshops (face-to-face sessions). They can be included in the lectures. Seminars are used to master the most interesting, controversial topics and develop practical skills.

Science teaching materials (textbooks and manuals). They are available in both paper and electronic form. The electronic form is richer, more interesting and easier to learn than the paper form.

Online communication. This is a new kind of communication. They are usually in the form of chats, forums, e-mails. Through them, students communicate and collaborate. The teacher will be able to ask questions at any time and get answers as soon as possible. Working in consultation with other students in learning leads to great success.

Individual and group online projects. Such projects develop the skills of working on the Internet, analyzing information from different sources, working in a team, being responsible for tasks, and collaborating. Many European companies now use the collaboration method in their day-to-day operations. Virtual classroom. Through a variety of Internet communication tools, students can also interact directly with or interact with the teacher physically. This gives students some freedom. Audio and video lectures, animations and simulations. These make mixed education simpler, richer and more fun.

The above data show that blended learning is a very flexible system. This means that the student will meet with the teacher on September 2 and receive the information electronically in the introductory course. The bibliography is replaced by the website address and login and password.

The lectures will be brief and the resources provided will include a lot of interesting material, tests and assignments for the exams. The lectures will be in the form of PowerPoint presentations.

Some classes are online. Such materials will need to be developed by students individually or in groups. Online classes can be question-and-answer. The processed information is sent to the teacher in the form of a file and evaluated and returned by the teacher. The teacher has the right not to accept overdue work. Supervision can also be done under the supervision of a teacher. Final exams are held in the classroom.

CONCLUSION

So blended learning teaches students how to organize their activities. Thus, these steps are repeated in each lesson. In this way, students spend more time in class on practical work, communication, and project work, without wasting time on unnecessary discussions, re-listening to unnecessary and preexisting material. They develop skills such as distinguishing information, working independently, and applying theoretical knowledge in practice.
