This article illuminates the innovative and quite interesting methods we have in teaching English Language as well as their using in practice. We may have a number of teaching methods in between traditional and modern teaching. Everybody has their own understanding and approaches on teaching English language. This article provides various guidelines, corresponding to different stages of training by combining this two types how we can make our teaching very effective. Teaching is a complex and multi-pronged process. The activities of the teacher should be aimed to maximize the learning process. Taking into account these moments they allow the teacher build a class methodically competence, adjust their pace, alternate forms of work that means to intensify the activities of the students. This article describes the value of interactive methods in students' creative thinking development, and their preparation for creative professional activities. The innovative technologies mostly widespread in modern student teaching promote the development of team-work skills and communicative competences of future teachers as well as their abilities to navigate independently in innovative pedagogical technologies are given in the article. Last two dacade, English has become an important language in the world. Teachers from second language learning countries are creating innovative methodologies to teach the language in the classroom effectively. To substantiate the statement, some experts stated that teachers now rejoice multiplicity and open the doors of public schools to all children, despite their culture, socio-economic status or ability. As classroom set-ups have been changed, curriculum has been expanded to meet all students' needs and teachers are striving to help their students in their classroom to learn and develop their language learning process. Today we believed that in order to be successful teachers, they need to incorporate different learning tools keeping in mind the effective teaching methods that are already in use.
For the purpose to be achieved, the content of educational programs and teaching technologies are renewed accordingly. Our observations show that every student has his own individual approach to studying pedagogical subjects. The process of individual teaching enables teachers to visualize the students' educational-cognitive activities. For example, an important aspect of multimedia technologies is the possibility of using different kinds of information in an integrated form. Alongside traditional teaching aids in the form of tables, texts, and illustrations, use is made of speech aids, music, and various animations. An important role is played by the parallel presentation of audio and visual information to students. By means of computer technologies, students enter a new level of communication. Computer users easily move from one object to another, and have possibility to perceive a sequence of key notions. The technologies promoting the development of students' activities and creative thinking refer to hyper-media technologies. They have a lot of qualities similar to multimedia. This technology is appropriate to use when working on the text, as one can easily point out the necessary words and expressions, or introduce word combinations. Interactive methods of teaching enable the teacher to establish feedback with students and to implement the principles of individual teaching. [2.56]
Using the interactive teaching methods and technologies in a combination or separately, teachers of higher pedagogical educational institutions have the possibility to develop the students' creativity, taking into account their individual specific features and abilities. Interactive teaching methods and technologies help to make a creative pedagogical environment. They help students to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and to form the students' critical thinking and objective assessment of pedagogical knowledge and phenomena. As a result, students can achieve their individual creative capacity. Interactive learning situations should be organized so that apart from acquiring new knowledge, students should get a concrete idea about pedagogical technologies which help to solve the emerging

problems. In the process of work in the conditions of cooperation, students form their own ideas and approaches to the solution of pedagogical tasks. [3.45]
Interactive technologies include group and team work, and joint activities in the form of cooperation. In these conditions, students feel a higher level of responsibility for assimilation of the course. Every form of interactive teaching requires the application of a specific technology, in particular:
(a) in frontal kinds of work, such forms as "microphone", "brainstorm", and "sentence fragment" are used;
(b) the techniques used in joint work include "face to face", "work in pairs and together", "work in small groups", and "aquarium";
(c) interactive games ("role plays", "staging", "court hearing",);
(d) discussion-based technologies ("my point of view", etc.).
Use of innovational technologies in studying foreign languages gives students an opportunity of diverse means foundation of relation in foreign language. Studying a foreign language can give a chance to students to know the culture, history, achievements in science, literature of studies language. If in secondary schools pupils were studied a foreign language in practical level, it would give the possibility to higher schools to train students at lessons of an independent work, to use their knowledge in practical way. Methodology of teaching a foreign language has changed at the request of the society. Nowadays teaching a foreign language follows given aims of teaching: communicative, educational, developing and up bringing aims. Among these aims communicative aims takes the leading part. Other aims are used to complete the tasks in communicative aim.
In development of students, speaking in foreign languages such tasks are solved: correct usage
of innovational materials in teaching, using modern innovational techniques, training students to communicate in foreign languages, to have an individual approach to each student, using dictionaries and vocabularies in translation, to develop the interest of studying language. There are several teaching techniques that are highly evaluated: modular technology, problem teaching, accelerated learning, and individual approach, informational teaching, training according to the level of students, games and communicational technology.[4.89].
Conversation. Teaching through conversations is a very important part of the teaching process. The sentence construction and the grammar is not something that can be entirely taught by rules. They have to be taught intuitively. That can only happen through a lot of reading and a lot of listening. This can be taken care of easily as every conversation needs a topic. The topic can be given to the students in form of written documents which they have to first read then form an opinion and then have a

conversation about it or it can be spoken out and then they can listen, understand and also take part in the conversation. The participation and other aspects of the conversation can always be evaluated through points which will also push the students to take part in the conversation. These conversations have to be general. They have to happen as if friends are talking to each other. This way the students are comfortable in expressing themselves in the best possible way. This process may take some time but in the end it would be the most efficient one in teaching the language.
Games. Teaching through games also is a very interesting method of teaching. Students and children generally tend to like games and want to play them more and more. Traditional methods dictated for study and games to be separate but the fact remains that the students tend to be more interested in playing games rather than sitting down to study. Any logical reasoning would dictate us to combine the two aspects to solve the problem. The games part of learning would help the students keep their interest as the desire to win is very strong. It keeps us going and when included with different aspects of learning the learning process would continue almost throughout the day without the children getting tired or bored of studying.
Word games. Enhancing pupils' speaking skill "Word games" is the most important part of any language because of the vocabulary. To understand the meaning of the words and to use them in real life is a very difficult task and games can help the students overcome this difficulty. Games like scrabble, housie etc. have been designed for this specific purpose. These games are just based on words and help the students develop their vocabulary. In addition to these very simple games can be played to help improve the word database of the students such as simple dictation competitions, synonym competitions, words puzzles, anagrams and hangman. All these games are very addictive and help a lot in improving our vocabulary as whenever the student hears a new word the first question that comes up is "what is its meaning?" and in this way the vocabulary improves and most of the times we don"t even have to consult the dictionary.
Competition. Most of the times competitions like debates and elocutions also help the students a lot in learning the language as the aspect of the competitions keep them at the best in conversations. It forces them to use the best possible construction of sentences to put forward their opinions and to use good vocabulary etc. This is a very important tool in helping them learn the language. Also these competitions help them address large crowds which is again is a very important part of personality development.
Creative assignments. Up till now most of the techniques that we discussed required a greater amount of effort on the student"s part. This method requires effort on the teacher"s part. Assignments help the students learn something on their own and most of the times they have to research on something then write something up on it.

This method although effective is most of the times very tedious. This method of approach is very appropriate for sciences and engineering although when it comes to languages the students should be given assignments in which they have to modify something that already exists. If the students are just given assignments like „write a story or a poem or a report" then most of the students crack because not everyone can come up with a story or even if they come up with one they cannot write it down. In such case the students should be given the base knowledge and data and then ask them to modify the data for example the students can be given a base story and then ask them to modify a part of it. This engages their creativity and also helps them overcome their challenge of writing. Above all it lifts the pressure of creating completely new. Invention is very difficult especially when we are being forced to do it. In this way the students are not forced to complete the assignment and then they can do it whole heartedly and hence complete the learning experience that can be gained from the assignment.
Conclusion
Summing up, since English has been communicable language of this world it is of utmost importance that this language has to be taught in such a way that it will help us not just to speak, write, listen but to communicate. That is the purpose of the language and that is what it must be used for. Hence innovative methods help in bringing a change and most of the times for the better. It helps the students learn faster and in an efficient, interesting and an interactive manner and it is the teacher"s responsibility to leave the traditional methods and make way for new and better methods for the students benefit. The innovative pedagogical processes aimed at the development of students' creative abilities will allow the achievement of the desired didactic goals.
