USING INNOVATION METHOD AND TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING

ABSTRACT
This article discusses about the great importance to the study of foreign languages in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the modern methods and technologies used in teaching foreign language.
Keywords: method innovation, foreign language, aspect, technology, certificate.
INTRODUCTION
After we gained independence, our country is developing in every sector. Experts are working in cooperation with foreign partners in various fields. Demand for learning foreign language is growing day by day. Especially for young generations namely for us, huge opportunities are being created in Uzbekistan. The first President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov noted that «Nowadays, great attention is paid to the teaching foreign languages in our country, which is not in vain of course. There is no need to underestimate the importance of perfect knowledge of foreign languages for our countries, which are building their great future together with our foreign partners, for our country which are striving to take their rightful place in the world community." In addition to these consideration, the Presidential Decree of 10 December 2012 on measures to further improve the system of learning foreign language is a clear example of the great attention paid to the study of foreign languages.
METHODOLOGY
Different certificates (CEFR, IELTS) and new methods have been developed for assessing the level of foreign languages teachers.40% monthly salary increase for teachers with international and 50% increase for high-achieving teachers encourages

teachers and students to learn a foreign language .Apart from it, new textbooks have been created for secondary schools and vocational colleges. Classrooms are equipped with new techniques. Therefore, the demand for foreign studies is increasing day by day. The foreign language is divided into 4 aspects (speaking, listening, writing and reading). Concepts and skills are given for each of them. It also helps to improve the quality and effectiveness of education by introducing innovative technologies into the educational process. There are many advantages to using modern technology in learning language. The role of modern technologies is a great in study and teaching of foreign languages. Innovative technologies will be needed in every aspect of learning languages. For example:
- The student can learn and listen to a new word by watching videos and movies in using a computer,
-The students can hear and understand a foreign language by using radio and CD player.
DISCUSSION AND RESULTS
Today, it is common for teachers to teach in schools using a variety of interactive games and innovative methods. The students' speech and thinking grows and their worldview expands because of different methods. Apart from it, interactive games help to the student to remember the lesson. Games are a way of teaching. When the lesson is conducted in form of a game, the student is interested in the lesson and participates. Self-confidence of learner's increase even more .They think that "I can write and speak in English too." For instance: In game of "Hot ball" students sit in a circle .Students cast a ball each other with telling new words. They don't repeat each other's words. If someone repeats he/she leaves the game. In game of "Remember in mind" students should be able to compose sentences or speak with participation of new words. This method not only helps to memorize new words but also help to develop the speech.
CONCLUSION
In short, the use of innovative methods in English lessons develops students' logical thinking skills, fluency, the ability to respond quickly and correctly.Such methods stimulate the students' desire for knowledge.The student strives to prepare throughly for the lessons.This makes students active participants in the learning process. As the education system sets itself the task of nurturing a free- thinking,

well- rounded,muture person, in the future we, future teachers ,will contribute to the more effective development of innovative technologies.
