INTRODUCTION
When it comes to management and leadership, what a leader should be, we talk about how to establish relationships with employees, the manager role in the conflicts absence between employees, and what he should continue to do to improve the work quality. Of course, when it comes to leadership, we want to take it one step further, that is, we start with the recruitment issue. Of course, the most difficult issue is the selection availability, because if there is only one candidate at a time, then there will be no choice. First of all, there should be a number of vacancies for the position to be hired only then can we choose a quality staff and leader by choosing their most optimal course this is the first and the second is of course the employee ability to be hired, the ability to be fit for the position as well as the human qualities play a much bigger role. We can cite many issues here. At the same time, we can achieve any set of requirements if the employee's ability to learn is embodied in the staff.
METHODOLOGY
The leader notion goes hand in hand with the authority notion. Leadership is, of course, a mandate. Within each leadership, they are empowered. Authority is like a sharp weapon. This is beneficial if the weapon is used properly. If it is used inappropriately, it can certainly be detrimental to both the manager and the employees. Therefore, first of all, the leader must have the right sense of authority and good management, in this sense, the leader must study when he is appointed to a new position. What are the responsibilities, what are the responsibilities, and to what extent is the team ready to fulfill those responsibilities, and of course, at the present time, very high standards have been set in every field, the team may not be able to meet these requirements at one stage, in which case the leader must set tasks that make the right

decision, and only then can the team and the leader achieve the desired goal.
DISCUSSION AND RESULTS
Leadership certainly works with the team in leadership activities. The manager must be able to ensure that there are no conflicts between employees. Of course, when we speak within human beings, objectivity and subjectivity in human beings are always subjectivity in the human-related process. Subjectivity is when both sides see their opinions as true and each side has its own opinions. Of course, the first factor of a leader is always to treat employees fairly; the reason is that the lack of fairness leads to bias among employees, localism and a number of other negative situations. If the leader makes a fair decision, of course, there will be a positive atmosphere of solidarity in this team.
This is due to the fact that he has his own style of leadership. Of course, there are so many ways to work in leadership that it is important to note that we cannot say that it is right for a leader to use a particular style. Each leader uses a set of methods in their work. If we consider a particular method to be a priority, it would be appropriate for the manager to use the personal sample method. This method is a very good method, of course, but this method requires a lot of effort, responsibility, potential, this method is a heavy method, it is in the pedagogy that this method is the most effective. It is a huge task and demand for leaders.
Management responsibility employee responsibility is of course an important factor in the employee's responsible approach to the tasks assigned by the manager, because the responsibility concept refers primarily to a person's self-reliance. Unfortunately, there is currently demand quality on society for employees within the institution, but the demand level on them is not high enough. If every employee has enough responsibility, he will find his rightful place in the team and in society.
A manager's primary challenge is to solve problems creatively. While drawing from a variety of academic disciplines, and to help managers respond to the challenge of creative problem solving, principles of management have long been categorized into the four major functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling (the P-O-L-C framework). The four functions, summarized in the P-O-L-C figure, are actually highly integrated when carried out in the day-to-day realities of running an organization. Therefore, you should not get caught up in trying to analyze and understand a complete, clear rationale for categorizing skills and practices that compose the whole of the P-O-L-C framework.
It is important to note that this framework is not without criticism. Specifically, these criticisms stem from the observation that the P-O-L-C functions might be ideal but that they do not accurately depict the day-to-day actions of actual managers. The typical day in the life of a manager at any level can be fragmented and hectic, with the constant

threat of having priorities dictated by the law of the trivial many and important few (i.e., the 80/20 rule). However, the general conclusion seems to be that the P-O-L-C functions of management still provide a very useful way of classifying the activities managers engage in as they attempt to achieve organizational goals1. CONCLUSION
Of course, the institutions of the pedagogical institute educate educators. In this sense, there is a reason why what is written in the book is different in life, what our teacher says is different in life, there are opinions that the written order is different and the order on the street is different, and not finding the right answer to these comments sometimes leads people to a dead end. It is in these situations that a leader must be able to guide his or her subordinates in the right direction.
