Thus, in table properties do not differ from the properties of carbon black grades n701, n705, n803 produced from traditional raw materials (gas, coal, oil) according to the known technology (furnace, etc). Therefore, the UTO obtained by pyrolysis on the company "Connectology plus", can be used as a pigment in paint industries [1].

THE USE OF CARBON CONTAINING SOLID RESIDUE OF PYROLYSIS
OF DISUSED TIRES
To date the greatest interest from the products of pyrolysis of rubber products is carbon black (soot). In the literature there are recommendations on the possibility of using this carbon residue (UTO) as a pigment in the paint industry, filler in Rezina industry and for the production of sorbents. But in order to use UTO or where it is necessary to know its specific properties. However, the RTI processors provide insufficient characterization of the physico-chemical properties of the UTO. [1].
The aim of this work was to study the physico-chemical properties of the UTO received on installation goes out on the company "Connectology plus" (Kaltan). The raw material used disused heavy tires (CGS), which contains 90% natural rubber, which has a significant influence on the properties of the resulting UTO. The results of the experiment are presented in the table:
Physico-chemical properties Values
pH of aqueous suspension 5-7
Analysis moisture (Wa), % 0,4 ± 0,03
Ash, W - % 0,3±0,1
Bulk density, kg/m3 318±0,2
Dispersion microns, not more than 10-40
Absorption of dibutyl phthalate, cm3/100 65±6
Mass fraction of sulfur, % 2,4±0,2
Oil absorption, g 114,5
The obtained results do not differ from similar characteristics of carbon number n701, n705, n803 produced from traditional raw materials (gas, coal, oil) according to the known technology (furnace, etc). Thus, the carbon black obtained by pyrolysis, can be used as pigment in the paint industry and in construction.
Industrial use of the obtained product is currently in paint and varnish factories, Novosibirsk, Tyumen, Urals. [2].
