THE TECHNOLOGY OF PULSE ASSESSMENT OF CROSSCOUNTRY LOADS OF CYCLIC NATURE OF STUDENTS

Annotation: In this article highlights of the technology of pulse assessment of cross-country loads of cyclic nature of students.

The health improving orientation of physical culture classes makes it necessary to search for new pedagogical technologies that contribute to making timely adjustments to the educational process in order to ensure constant monitoring of the volume of physical loads imposed on children of different levels of motor fitness and health status at physical culture lessons.

Systematicity and continuity was provided due to the unity of regular and extra-curricular forms of physical education, the optimal combination of physical activities that contribute to the sustainable adaptation of children to the educational process.

Much attention in the developed methodology is paid to the individualization of physical education, the introduction of an individual approach using a group method of performing physical exercises with individual dosing of the volume and intensity of physical activity.

The selection of physical exercises-the main means of physical education, their dosage, was carried out on the basis of their own experimental data and the requirements of standards for physical education. In the practice of physical education, the method of dosing physical loads at their pulse cost is widely used.

To determine the values of available physical activity, their optimal volume and intensity, search for new effective technologies in the laboratory determined the heart rate, when performing running exercises program material.

Running is the main means of developing physical qualities and in particular General endurance, which determines the state of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.

Extensive use of running exercises in the classroom can significantly enhance the learning process, increase the motor density of classes and reduce the time at the initial stage of their development.

The method of development of General endurance in children of primary school age by means of continuous uniform running in the available scientific literature is given some attention.

So, according to A.N.Makarov for the development of endurance in children 6-7 years, the optimal heart rate is 145-150 beats/min., and the running speed is 40-45% of the maximum. In boys of 6-7 years, the increase in endurance indicators increases more significantly when using high-intensity loads (heart rate 178.9 ±3.9 beats/min) and less when using low-intensity loads (heart rate 150.3±6.4 beats/min). It was found that physical activity that causes a heart rate of 150-160 beats/min, is the "limit of endurance" and does not contribute to the significant development of aerobic capabilities in children.

These facts indicate the relevance of the search for optimal modes of speed, volume and intensity of running loads in physical education lessons with younger students.

Experimental data of pulse evaluation of various running exercises show that heart rate varying in the range from 138 to 210 beats/min is called using a speed from 2 to 3M/s. However, in this narrow velocity range are all zone intensity physical activity that makes teachers of physical culture of the special requirements for accurate dosing speed cross-country exercises for development of physical qualities.

Such loads do not cause activation of anaerobic energy sources and work can be carried out with children for a long time.

Indicators of the reaction of the cardiovascular system to physical activity in younger students are more favorable and do not have a negative impact on their functional state of the body and is the most effective for improving the cardiorespiratory system of the body of children, increasing their aerobic performance.

When increasing the speed of running, the subjects showed various signs of inadequate load and fatigue, in particular, there were cases of sharp redness or paleness of the face, arrhythmic breathing, shortness of breath, complaints of dizziness.

During the experiment, it was revealed that the use of running at a distance of 300 m as a test provided for by the standards of physical culture for primary school children to determine the level of endurance is physiologically not justified and makes great demands on the functional state of the body of children.

Use a long running low-intensity limited by characteristics of children's behavior and conditions complex solution of the tasks directed on education of physical qualities and formation of motor skills, which for the purpose of adaptation of children to school it is advisable to use a short time in the beginning of the school year.

Physical exercises should be aimed at positively affecting the health of students, the formation of behavior and functional capabilities of the organism.

• strengthen the health of the learners, increase the ability of the learners to engage in sarcasm;

• to educate the high moral qualities of the builders of the state, to worry about their own health, to form an understanding that it is a duty not only to the individual, but also to society;

• to improve health - to teach the use of various forms, methods and means of preventing diseases;

• productive use of idle time, Self-Assessment, self-control, organization of a daily plan of action, training in the formation of everyday issues.

The solution of the issues of preserving and strengthening the health of the reader-youth, the physical and spiritual development of the younger generation, the organization of physical training on the basis of modern new pedagogical technologies are one of the main issues of this day.
