THE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS OF THE PROBLEMS OF THE BIOMEDICAL INFORMATION PROCESSING

Аннотация. Современное развитие техники и технологий способствует совершенствованию программ и устройств регистрации и обработки биомедицинской информации в системах диагностики и профилактики состояния здоровья. В статье проведен обзорный анализ методов и средств диагностики и профилактики состояния здоровья, рассмотрены производители известных систем, выявлены особенности и недостатки, а также определены пути их совершенствования.

Abstract. The modern development of the technique and technology promotes the improvement of the programs and device to registrations and processing biomedical to information in system of the diagnostics and preventive maintenances of the picture of health. In article is organized overview analysis of the methods and facilities of the diagnostics and preventive maintenances of the picture of health, is considered producers of the known systems, is revealed to particularities and defect, as well as is determined way of their improvement.

Heart diseases firmly occupy the first, leading place in the world by reason of death-rate, in accord with data of the WHO. More than 1.5 million people die annually, even more people become disabled people of heart diseases, only in Russia. These people are of the active working age, in most cases. The diagnosing and prevention of heart diseases are an important national-economic problem. Cardio-graphic information on physiological and anatomical condition of the patient heart is used for timely prevention, early detection, forecasting and efficient treatment of heart diseases. This information is received through physical carrier processing. Cardiographic information may be received by noninvasive methods (preferably,
on medical grounds) such as electrophysiological, radiation, radionuclide, biochemical and biophysiological ones.
For efficient solution of the heart diseases majority problems, it is necessary to use the modern, intellectual systems of the information control and processing. These systems can be presented as the software-methodical solution [1].
The developed software-methodical solution is based on the module components. Each component comprises the original methods collection and the new, designed and patented methods of the cardiographic information processing. All components of the solution can be used bath together (for e.g.: on the physician PC for the complex estimation of the heart condition) and separately (for e.g.: as separate program modules of the diagnostic systems). The software-methodical solution allows automatically adjusting to any types of received information (electrocardi-osignal, X-ray image of the sidebar of the heart shade, X-ray image of the thorax, ultrasonic image of the heart, etc.), its form and parameters. Quick information intellectual processing is provided by software-methodical solution, with the pinpoint accuracy.
Making the module software-methodical solution allows both the patient and the physician to raise confidence in the modern, intellectual and adaptive system of the cardiographic information processing [1, 2].
By the present day, the following methods and ways of the electrocardiosig-nals and sidebar of the heart shade X-ray images intellectual processing have been designed: for analysis and denoising of the different types intensive noises; for finding and recognition of the signal informative area, and for measurement of the analyzed signal parameters.
The module software-methodical solution it a set of the methodical practices and the software programs in the Russian and English language, prepared beforehand.
The following stages on the way of the creation of the module software-methodical solution are to analyze of the more diagnostic information of the research object, to improve the modules, to develop new solution increase of the heart diseases efficiency diagnosing, to research and to adjust new models in laboratory and clinic condition [3].
The market of the customers of this product is: all the system of the public health, athletic clubs (for cardio simulators), the enterprises with the high psycheomotional workload on a person, etc.
Amongst the analogues of this product on should note the following software programs of the heart condition diagnostics systems such as «Medicom», Ltd., «Medan», Ltd., «Medical Computer Systems», Ltd., «Neurosoft», Ltd., in Russia, GeneralElectric, Siemens, Schiller and others, in overseas. The existing software programs are based on the technologies, not allowing the cardiographic information effective processing in the automatic mode. The companies is producing the product analogue can be customers of our software-methodical solution.
According to the preliminary marketing research the module software-methodical solution will approximately (circa) cost 20 thousand rubles.
The software and the methods of the complex estimation of the patient condition heart (of the complex estimation patient condition heart), and free service for a year on the territory of the company region.
