Можно сказать, что информационные технологии - это инструмент, обладающий функционалом интерактивности и незамедлительности обратной связи, компьютерной визуализации информации, доступом к громадным объемам информации и автоматизацией ее поиска, а также автоматизации обработки результатов научной деятельности студента, одним из главных достоинств которого является его доступность [5, с. 104].

Communication - it is very popular and well supported term in today's world. Every field of the life involves the certain term in establishing the intended goal. It means all members of particular community will be interconnected with each other with the help of some means of communication. Of course there are many types of communication that we deal in our everyday life. Such as face to face, telephone conversation, letter writing, e-mail and some others. But the thing is, we use them unconsciously as if this is the requirement of time and nobody is apart from it. We simply don not care about the fact that this capability is a gift given by almighty god. Yet we do not take this any serious. God supplied the humanity with all kind of peculiar features we need in our existence. And the ability of communicating is the utmost among other gifts. One thing should be taken into consideration while talking about interconnection; this is the message we are intended to deliver. All communication types merely follow this rule. However, this process engages not only sending and receiving the message but also, it involves translating from one to another language [1, p. 271].

In broader sense translating is not just interpreting the words, sentences and phrases, the entire meaning is to transfer the core meaning of the certain data into meaningful substance that could be understandable by everybody, no matter the language, culture and mentality. This process includes two special attributes. They are target and source language. The following prompt gives clarification for the attributes in separate order. The target language is one of the most important elements of the translation process. It is also the term for a language that a nonnative speaker is in the midst of learning [2, p. 71].

If the writer is considering translation, the first step in approaching this process is deciding what information to translate for their target composition. Writers as well as translators should go through these target language questions to decide how to proceed with translations:

• Who is the target audience?

• Does the language use technical details?

• Does the text use industry-specific lingo?

• How can the original message be preserved?

The writing should aim to have their target audience not just understand the translated materials, but also relate and engage with it. This will give the writer a reputation of professionalism and attention-to-detail in numerous languages.

The culture of target language

The word 'culture' is known for pertaining to three main categories of human activity:

• Personal

• Collective and

• Expressive

The "target culture" is the culture in which the translated documents are intended. This is something a translator and a company must keep in mind before entering the translation process. It is essential for the writer or interpreter to be culturally relevant (and accurate) to avoid misappropriated information to the target culture at all costs.

Translation involves a process of cultural decoding, recoding and then encoding. As cultures are beginning to have more and more interaction with one other, multicultural connections are more relevant than ever. This greatly influences a text when figuring out how to go about its translation. A translator is not simply dealing with word-for-word translation. They have to take into account the target audience's:

• Cultural identity

• Socio-political situation

• Regional dialect and Colloquialisms [1, p. 191].

After, the translator successfully accomplishes his duty. If not there will be a mess that force to some misunderstanding between the representatives of target and source languages.
