INTRODUCTION

Turning to the world day by day, we see that our independent Republic, which is changing in all directions, is rapidly developing in the social and economic spheres. As in all fields, scientific innovations are emerging in the field of science. One of the current issues is to educate the younger generation in the spirit of love and devotion to the motherland, national pride, high morals and spirituality, pride in our ancient and rich heritage, national and universal values through the teaching of foreign languages. Radical reforms in the world education system raise the problem of creating the necessary conditions for students to learn foreign languages perfectly, to express themselves in all areas with knowledge of a foreign language, to develop their oral and written speech in a foreign language. Organizations such as UNESCO, UNICEF, European Universities, the European Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are engaged in the development of students' thinking in a foreign language, the ability to speak fluently, the formation of intellectual activity, the assessment of their readiness. . skills in the younger generation, and serves to increase the creative abilities of students in connection with the problems of modern education.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

In today's globalization process, when the world is growing in every way, mastering foreign languages is becoming an integral part of education. Due to the high level of cooperation of specialists in various fields with foreign partners, they have a high demand for language learning. In modern society, foreign languages are becoming an important part of vocational education.

Thanks to independence, special attention is paid to the teaching of foreign languages in our country. Thousands of foreign language teachers have been trained, all conditions have been created for staff training in our country and abroad, multimedia textbooks in English, German and French, electronic resources for learning English have been prepared. the organization of language rooms is a clear proof of this. The main goal is to create conditions for the development of international cooperation and dialogue, based on the education of the younger generation in foreign languages and the training of specialists who are fluent in these languages. The famous German scientist Y.V. As von Goethe said: "He who does not know foreign languages does not know his own language." For this reason, it is very important not only for foreign language specialists, but also for all future professionals studying in non-language universities to learn foreign languages and be able to communicate freely. There is a proverb among our people: "He who knows the language knows". Indeed, a person who knows a foreign language will have many opportunities and advantages. One of the main requirements for staff today is a perfect knowledge of foreign languages.

The role of educators in mastering foreign languages is very important. Modern education requires advanced specialists, good and perfect staff. It should be noted that in this period of technical development, any teacher must have a perfect knowledge of modern technology. Below we highlight the use of new information technologies by foreign language teachers in the creation of didactic materials and the optimization of the whole learning process.

A foreign language teacher can use new information technologies to create didactic materials and optimize the whole learning process. Information environment for teachers - Internet: obtaining additional (thematic, thematic, methodical, didactic) information; exchange of information between language learning colleagues;

participation of teachers in various distance projects, conferences, competitions; Provides opportunities to develop custom methodological developments using Internet technologies. Although teachers prepare for the teaching process using blind modern textbooks and manuals, they face some difficulties in selecting the necessary materials for this work. The Internet, on the other hand, allows a teacher to quickly find what they need in the current market, analyze it, come up with their own perspective, and draw important conclusions. However, despite all the conveniences, there are some shortcomings in this regard.

The most obvious shortcoming is that the structure of the materials is not sufficiently developed. The modern teacher must clearly define his direction from the flow of information. In recent years, the use of new technical means of information technology, new forms and methods of teaching, a new approach to the teaching process is required. It is known that the main purpose of teaching a foreign language is the practical acquisition of a foreign language by students and the formation and development of their communicative culture. In this case, the task of the teacher is to help students to master the language in the process of learning a foreign language and to activate their creative thinking.

The modern teaching system requires the use of project teaching methods using collaborative teaching and information technology, the Internet. This method helps to increase the individuality and effectiveness of education, taking into account the individuality of students, a focused approach to teaching, taking into account the characteristics of each person, the level of mastery in reading, abilities, etc. Educational programs are widely used when using a computer. Educational programs for teaching a foreign language:

1. Expansion of vocabulary, learning new words (thematic vocabulary, for example: in the sale of food, clothing, at the doctor's office, etc.);

2. Development of pronunciation (many educational programs provide for the use of a microphone in the operating mode. The names of the objects and events depicted on the screen are heard first and then pronounced, they are compared and pointed out).

3. Teaching dialogue speech;

RESULT AND DISCUSSION

Today it is becoming a tradition to teach in schools through interactive games. It is known that the lesson is based on a variety of games that allow students to

demonstrate their abilities, focus, increase their knowledge and skills, and become stronger. The basis of the use of game technology is the activity that activates and accelerates the student. According to psychologists, the psychological mechanisms of playful activity are based on the fundamental needs of the individual to express themselves, to find a stable place in life, self-government, to realize their potential. At the heart of any game should be the generally accepted principles and tactics of education. Learning games should be based on subjects. During the games, the student is more interested in this activity than in a normal lesson and works easily. It should be noted that the game is, first of all, a way of teaching. Pupils are interested in game lessons, try to win, and the teacher uses them to educate the student. The student is interested in believing that he can play, speak, listen, understand and write in English.

Another way to meet the modern requirements is to reduce the redundancy of students, to simplify the learning process. These are taken into account in the new foreign language program. For this, the teacher approaches the students in terms of comprehensive practical acquisition of the material. For this reason, the student focuses on the productive (speaking, writing) and receptive (listening, reading) language materials, expanding the potential of students. The basis of solid education is the effective generalization and improvement of the teaching process. More recently, optimization has also been widely used. Optimization is the search for and application of a situation, conditions in which a foreign language is taught, an easy, convenient method, way, method, system, principle, tool, exercise, suitable for students of higher education institutions and their chosen fields. Optimization is specific to different types of higher education institutions, as class hours vary, and students' native language characteristics also have different effects. Modern communication skills, the ability to provide information in a foreign language (through speaking, writing) and the acquisition of information (through reading, listening) to further develop skills and abilities, along with education and upbringing requires carrying.

CONCLUSION

In short, the use of innovative methods in foreign language lessons develops students' logical thinking skills, fluency, and the ability to respond quickly and accurately. Such methods stimulate students' interest in knowledge. The student tries to prepare well for lessons. This makes students active participants in the educational

process. As the education system sets itself the task of cultivating a free-thinking, well-rounded, mature person, in the future we will contribute to the further development of effective ways for future teachers to effectively use innovative technologies. possible.
