THE ROLE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES PROGRAMS IN UZBEK
TELEVISION

Television has long been a part of life for people of all ages, and everyone has their favorite movies and programs. Parents understand that what they see on the screen can affect their children's personality. The information services are mainly staffed by journalists familiar with the secrets of the industry. Like the media, they are mainly involved in gathering and disseminating information. The information officer must be educated. That is, it is advisable to read every idea you want to say or write, first of all, from reliable sources.

- Methodological basis (opinions expressed in the works and speeches of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan);

It is unforgivable that the head of the Information Service, who has the right to speak on behalf of the head of the organization, makes a mistake. They will damage the reputation of the organization with that baseless, wrong statement.
The main directions and tasks of the TV and radio channel are:
• Wide coverage of youth participation in the process of democratic renewal of the country, protection of human rights and freedoms, implementation of socio-political and socio-economic reforms;
• Promotion of universal values, upbringing of boys and girls in the spirit of spiritual and moral maturity, enlightenment, knowledge and patriotism on the basis of historical traditions, spiritual values of our people, national culture and advanced achievements of world civilization, preparation of a TV program aimed at showing the inner spiritual world of modern youth of our country;
• organization of various national and international TV festivals aimed at forming an active position in the life of the younger generation;
• An important social, humanitarian and educational telecom aimed at preserving the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of our people, the development of folklore and ethnographic traditions, the introduction of the best examples of national and world literature, music, theater, cinema, fine arts and organization of presentations.
The main features of television, meeting the needs of the population for objective and truthful information, expanding its scope of knowledge and leisure, as well as a positive impact on human psychology through television products, shaping the worldview of viewers Good TV projects and programs have been very successful in effectively implementing the goals of filling his mind with ideas of goodness.
The reason why television is more trusted by the public than radio and other publications is that it has a special "potential" to turn lies into reality that other media do not have. The viewer also perceives the false box presented on the screen as true.
In today's era of widespread development of information and communication technologies, foreign television programs are becoming a source of threats to political, moral, ethical and spiritual security, and television, according to objective and subjective factors, poses a threat to other media - the press, radio, even losing the lead over the Internet. It is no secret that due to the negative impact of foreign TV programs, there are some problems in the morale of the population, especially young people. In particular, it is worrying that phytism is becoming a tradition in the pursuit of luxury and "fashion", ornaments, and fancy fabrics.
It is known that parents give their children a heart, spend all they have for the sake of perfection, which is an ancient tradition of the Uzbek people. However, it is worrying that there are "TV viewers" parents who forget about the future of their children because of their captivity to television magic. Comprehensive study of the negative impact of foreign television on our national spirituality, especially on the upbringing of the younger generation It is necessary to develop a clear program of action.
In addition to the important role of the press, community and family in protecting the younger generation from negative media, if a parent watches a disruptive foreign show at home as an example, the child's psychological thinking will change immediately. The idea comes as far as possible.
Television brings together current issues of national need in society. It serves to increase the activity that we need in life and throughout our lives, it does not bore. Expands our worldview, helps to change our character and habits; draws our attention to the discussion of current social issues. Another most important aspect is that it serves to shape our point of view. Connects with an audience of many millions, and this connection affects our social consciousness and evokes a sense of morality with the times. From this it can be concluded that, acting as a social platform, it is accountable to the people, explains its policies and, finally, expands the ranks of its supporters and directs them in the right direction.
Television is one of the media, such as the press, cinema, radio. Today, newspapers, radios and televisions are available in almost every home. With their help, people interact with people living in different parts of the globe. This is why they need the services of newspapers, radios, televisions. [2]
