THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF FAMILY AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN LEARNING FOREIGN LANGUAGES

ABSTRACT
Our article provides information about the role and importance of family and educational institutions in learning foreign languages. The article also analyzes the processes, problems, shortcomings and achievements in involving youth in foreign language teaching.
Keywords: Foreign languages, family, educational institutions, opportunities, new innovative technologies.
INTRODUCTION
Today, one of the most important issues is love and devotion to parents, the Motherland, national pride, a spiritually proud generation, a sense of pride in their historical and rich spiritual and cultural heritage, education in the spirit of universal human values. Based on teaching foreign languages and teaching young people fluent in these languages, in accordance with world experience, to help them achieve their global achievements and using world information and news, methods of international cooperation, rapid development of dialogue. Development of a country can be achieved by creating conditions. For this reason, it is very important not only for specialists in foreign languages, but also for all future specialists studying in non-linguistic universities, to study foreign languages and be able to communicate freely. For this reason, in our country, from the very beginning, great attention has been paid to teaching foreign languages. Today, the study of foreign languages in our country is carried out in kindergartens, schools and other educational institutions. The role of the family in learning foreign languages is also invaluable. Children of educated families are bilingual and grow up from infancy.
METHODOLOGY
Any child who is developing normally will be able to learn any language that he encounters in the environment in which he lives. Children have a wider range of communication skills. He can even easily learn 2, 3 or more languages. According to many researchers, success can be achieved by using the necessary methods of teaching foreign languages from childhood. However, these advances can be achieved not only by using language teaching methods and teaching materials consistent with children's

learning outcomes, but also by creating opportunities and environments in the family through a serious approach to parenting and learning foreign languages. First of all, there are a number of requirements for parents. Parents need to create a comfortable and quiet space so that their children can study and study at home, ready to answer the questions they are asked. They also need to teach children to name something in two different languages before they can teach it. It is natural to repeat this process several times throughout the day. [1]
DISCUSSION
Children who begin to learn foreign languages at home through their parents have a wider range of mental activities than others, and it is easier for them to learn another language. As:
1. Foreign languages improve speech skills and help the child understand the basics
of a foreign dialect and language.
2. It complements the child's vocabulary and helps him memorize two letters of the
alphabet at the same time.
3. Later, the child learns other foreign languages much faster. [2]
Parents should also be in constant contact with the educational institution, monitor their child's interest in the lesson, his / her potential during the lesson, what subject or activity he / she is actively involved in, and his / her interest in learning. Based on these findings, it is advisable to send the child to the area of interest.
RESULTS
Today, teaching foreign languages in educational institutions is becoming one of the most important requirements of the state educational standard. From the 2017-2018 academic year, the level of foreign language proficiency at all stages of the continuing education system is determined by the state educational standards "Listening", "Reading", "Writing". A prime example of this is the decision to develop and implement an assessment mechanism based on speaking skills. [3] One of the main goals of teaching foreign languages in educational institutions is to increase the general level of students, gain new knowledge about the language and culture of the language, increase the culture of communication, and develop thinking skills. the quality of education. Teaching a foreign language not only gives the child ideological education, but also learns labor skills, increases cognitive activity. Thanks to the methods used in educational institutions in the educational process, the child receives intellectual and spiritual nourishment, learns to recognize the opinion of the children around him and express his opinion. Therefore, today in our country a number of measures are being taken to teach foreign languages in educational institutions and introduce them as a compulsory subject. issued a decree on December 10, 2012 on the curriculum in foreign languages for grades 1-9 of general secondary schools. Curriculum in foreign languages for the grades of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 10, 2012 No PP-1875 "On measures to further improve the system of learning foreign languages" Approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 14, 2013 No 163 "On the implementation of the state educational standards and curricula in foreign languages of the system of continuing education" In accordance with the requirements of the program, foreign languages were taught in grades 1-9 of secondary schools during the 2013-2016 academic year.
CONCLUSION
This curriculum was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 6, 2017. on approval of state educational standards of secondary special, vocational education In accordance with the Resolution No. 187 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Uzbekistan, classes for in-depth study of foreign languages in educational institutions specializing in foreign languages and secondary schools were established. In conclusion, the role of the family in teaching foreign languages is invaluable. Teaching foreign languages in educational institutions is also very important. Through them, the child can learn another new language, improve mental activity and develop intellect, expand his worldview.
