One of the greatest problems found in using simulation in education is assessment. In the field of language learning, oral skills assessment is particularly arduous because of facilitator subjectivity in rating. The lack of standardized criteria for assessing speaking is another obstacle.

Аннотация: одна из самых больших проблем, обнаруженных при помощи моделирования в образовании, является оценка. В области изучения языка оценка устных навыков особенно трудна из-за субъективности оценки. Отсутствие стандартизированных критериев оценки выступлений является еще одним препятствием.

Education is one of the tools to be approved by the harmonious development of mankind, progress, social stability and national security factor. Therefore, the process of education of a person's natural ability to open each one's own «self» supplement contributing feel, to find their place in the social relations with the outside world, should lead to a change in creative activity [1, 18].

Assessment of student achievements for many years was carried out by comparing the results of other students, and that the assessment has a number of disadvantages:

- teachers, parents and students to understand the lack of clear criteria to assess the achievements of education;

- teacher for each student based on the achievement of pre-defined measurements estimate the average education level of the class as a whole;

- grades awarded to students from certain sections of the curriculum, highly qualified and lack of ability to identify each student's individual educational trajectory;

- set the final price of the current prices are taken into account, but it is not a fair assessment of the outcome of training;

Is important to consider the assessment of pupils' knowledge up-to-date. Moving time does not reside in its own place in the field of education. For example, 5-point system for the evaluation of pupils' knowledge at the moment became a 4-point system has reached a level that can not play. Its assessment of the evidence of knowledge of pupils in schools manifestation of formalism [2, 99].

This feature of the system of teaching activity and educational activity of students in the educational process contributes to the improvement of the quality of education at all stages of their education, knowledge, skills increases the efficiency of verification, monitoring and evaluation of the results [7, 22].

«Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools» educational concept of the introduction of the system of assessment of student achievements criteria of the Organization of November 29, 2011 (4 minutes), the decision of the Board of Trustees approved consolidated pre-2020, «Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools» will be carried out in accordance with the development strategy [4, 59-60].

• Identification of the international standard of knowledge of graduates of the school. Criteria-based assessment tasks:

• determine the level of training in different parts of the lesson, each student;

• ability to perform in accordance with the objectives of the program;

• to monitor the development of the private student achievement;

• identify gaps and errors in the process of learning;

• miscellaneous persuade the accuracy of the cost of the work;

• to analyze the effectiveness of the training program;

• teaching students about the process of assimilation and education and to provide feedback between teachers and parents [8, 92].

The practical significance:

• use only the student's work is evaluated;

• the work performed in a predetermined pattern (standard) are compared;

• the student is able to evaluate specific algorithm and can provide information to parents;

• the criteria evaluated for the purpose of learning.

To deduce it is necessary to say that assessment is important because of all the decisions that will be made about children when teaching and caring for them. Every teacher will be called upon every day to make decisions before, during, and after teaching. Whereas some of these decisions will seem small and inconsequential, others will be — high stakes,! influencing the life course of children. All the assessment decisions taken as a whole will direct and alter children's learning outcomes. That is why teachers should use assessment procedures appropriately, in order to help all children learn well [7, 134-135].
