the modern period of development of society is characterized by the process of informatization. One of the main purposes of this article is the introduction of new information technologies in the education system. Information and communication technologies enhance the educational motivation of learning foreign languages and improve students' knowledge. Informatively computer technologies are aimed at improving the forms and methods of the learning process. In connection with the development of the process of informatization of education, the volume and content of educational material are changing.

Информационные и коммуникационные технологии повышают образовательную мотивацию изучения иностранных языков и улучшают знания студентов. Информационно-компьютерные технологии направлены на совершенствование форм и методов учебного процесса. В связи с развитием процесса информатизации образования объем и содержание учебного материала меняются.

Introduction. One of the most revolutionary achievements in recent decades, which have significantly influenced the educational process worldwide, has been the creation of a worldwide computer network, called the Internet, which literally means "international network" (Eng. International net). The use of cybernetic space (cyberspace) for educational purposes is a completely new area of general didactics and private methodology, since the changes that occur affect all aspects of the educational process, from the choice of techniques and work style to the change in the requirements for the academic level of students.

Methods. Currently, significant transformations in the field of education have also affected the teaching of a foreign language in all educational institutions.

In particular, new information technologies began to be introduced, such as the use of Internet resources, training computer programs in the educational process. Computers have rapidly entered our lives and into the process of learning English. The computer in the educational process is a means of teaching children, enhancing and expanding the possibilities of their learning activities. Computers significantly expand the ability of teachers to individualize instruction and enhance the cognitive activity of students in teaching English [1].

The development of vocabulary skills for their subsequent inclusion in students' speech activity is the main task in mastering vocabulary. The use of computer technology in the formation of lexical skills significantly enhances the effectiveness of this process. To work out the meaning of the word, students are offered, for example, an exercise to distribute words into thematic groups (school: chalk, desk, teacher. Family: mother, sister, aunt). For training in the use of words using a computer, students are invited to make a sentence from these words: is, a, big, there, window, bedroom, in, my (There is a big window in my bedroom).

In order to form productive lexical skills, a computer is used to train students in actions involving a combination of lexical units. For example, an exercise for practicing: - say what the listed items can be: house, room, sofa, carpet. In another column are adjectives: big, old, white, beautiful. The student must correctly compose phrases from the given adjectives and nouns, moving them from the corresponding columns to the lines below. At the same time, the number of unfilled lines tells the student that there are other possible phrases that he has not yet compiled. The student who composed the phrases more than others gets the most points [3].

The quick execution of such exercises makes it possible to increase the volume of the studied vocabulary due to the time saved. The computer also allows you to intensify the process of learning vocabulary based on children performing different, but equal in complexity tasks [5].

Currently, the activities of undergraduates and doctoral students in writing works have become much simpler, as Internet access allows access too many resources. There was an opportunity to get acquainted with similar works all over the world to compare results and open new horizons. If in the past you had to devote all the time to being in the library, now it is enough to use computer resources correctly.

Computer technology is applied along with traditional teaching aids. However, the practice of using computer programs shows that computer technology has many advantages over traditional teaching methods. Among them are the individualization and intensification of students' independence, the increase in cognitive activity and motivation, the intensification of education and the creation of a comfortable learning environment [2].

Teaching foreign languages in blended classes requires enormous effort on teachers' shoulders. As educators play the great role in this process. For this reason, teachers always need to be in a move forward looking for new and interesting methods for teaching in order to motivate and increase students' knowledge and skills. Thereupon, most educators trying to use ICT as it has more positive effects on teaching and learning process, as was mentioned in the article of Korkut Uluc Isisag "The positive effects of integrating ICT in foreign language teaching" (international conference, ICT for language learning, 5th edition): Adaptability of materials relying upon conditions and the necessities of learners'. Permitting ICT to respond upon and empowering the use of recent and daily news, offering access to authentic materials on the web; Possibility to join and to use basic skills (text and images, audio and video clip) Providing lectures more fascinating and less conventional which lifts learners' engagement; Empowering the ICT to concentrate on one particular part of the lesson (pronunciation, vocabulary) [4].

To sum up, taking all facts mentioned above can make conclusion that the use of ICT is one of the effective ways to awake the learners and making the teachers to move forward, but not backward and its influence on teaching and learning process is huge but that covers not only positive sights but also negative sights as well.

Abstract: while in the past new medical terms were mostly formed morphologically by means of derivation and composition from Latin and Greek word-forming components, nowadays it is the syntactic method which prevails - the forming of terminological compounds that subsequently turn into abbreviations. In the paper, individual ways of word-formation with focus on marginal procedures and application to French biomedical derived and compound words are discussed. Аннотация: в то время как в прошлом новые медицинские термины формировались в основном морфологически с помощью деривации и композиции из латинских и греческих словообразующих компонентов, в настоящее время преобладает синтаксический метод -формирование терминологических соединений, которые впоследствии превращаются в сокращения. В статье обсуждаются отдельные способы словообразования с упором на маргинальные процедуры и применение к французским биомедицинским производным и составным словам.

Introduction. In the last century clinical medicine developed into many new branches. Internal medicine for example started to specialise in cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, haematology, infectology, nephrology, oncology, pulmonology, rheumatology etc. All this could happen thanks to the great development of science and technology. New diagnostic devices and methods were invented, e.g. computer tomography, sonograph, mammograph, laparoscope, endoscope, colonoscope, magnetic resonance image (MRI), etc [1].
