In a nutshell, ancient and eternal Bukhara is still famous for its monuments, wealthy history and it also has added its contribution in the history of the world. To sum up, because of some decisions of President of Republic Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoev the Bukhara city is being beautiful and fabulous day by day. It is being real pearl of the east, Bukhara will continue its beauty, monuments and modern appearance. It will also attract the whole world with its historical and monumental exhibitions and appearances.

UZBEKISTAN
Annotation: In this article highlights of the issue of avoiding crimes among youngsters in Uzbekistan.

Crimes will not occur without any reason. The basic matter is not struggling with repercussions of them whereas it's important to avert and cease causes and possibilities that allow taking place criminal acts or felonies.
It is evident that there are adequate opportunities for all segments of our society. However are we using these chances wisely that exist in our lives? What can we say or how can we reply to this question when it comes to young generation? Or to their parents and neighborhoods, educators?
In most cases we try to investigate the causes of crimes or accidents with teenagers after they had already occurred.Why don't we think on time or earlier till the youth do these criminal actions in their lives? What is the obstacle to prevent these problems? May be we are not enough responsible? Even the most attention of country is devoted to youngsters, why certain percentages of them are being involved in criminal activities. In order to answer the question we arranged some statements. According to researches the teens that belong to the group of "Social peril" are more likely to be criminals. These teenagers are mainly the
social layers that live in poor conditions or the people who are feeling alone and helpless.
As well as the youth that have lots of familial problems, live single-parent families, became orphan, or who are living with grandparents or other relatives and the children who are in unhealthy families or misbehaved ones, or teens that have enough intelligence but introvert tend to be in such criminal ways.
Current youth is totally different from previous young generations in terms of getting knowledge. Today's children are more clever, more active and broad -minded while the rapid advancement of Technology is affecting negatively their mental states.
Our main duty is to protect youngsters from fast-growing speed of global information and to prevent side effects of these data to their minds. Moreover we should avoid some problems related to their personal lives, provide not to be isolated from the community and from their family members, and also save them from various odd social groups. In order to implement all these mentioned protections for youth we should comply with the followings:
•To care about paradox between parental advices and parents' own actions;
•To arrange an individually dealing system with each family
•To settle problematic situations regarding disagreements between parents on upbringing their children;
•To advance parental attention towards their kids and to explain parents not to attitude to their children for necessity;
•To limit strictness or deflate the sense of making children obey to parents' order can create greatful friendly atmosphere and amplifies reverence among them;
Each parent should provide their children with the age required skills to educate. First of all, it's best to inculcate a concept of responsibility in the child and to formulate serious and loving approach to every job. Some parents don't take into consideration their children with whom and with whom they make friends. However, it's important for a child to be able to choose a friend. We can say, their friend makes them interested things by telling about any film, games and clips they saw on TV or on the Internet. It becomes as habit as time passes and in the result they become a slave of continuous appealing feeling because the culture of using the Internet has not yet been fully understood. That may be the opposite. It's not surprised that many people have a question "how" if the child talks about reading any book with their companion they're always with, the desire to read books increases interested in each other. A child is inclined to imitate. They want to test what they've seen, heard and they're interested in. Especially, they're inclined to external influence at the time of adolescence. Not only clothing worn by friends, things friends used, even the movement of friends influences them and their behavior and thoughts are gradually formed.
This is a pity that today most of those who are deceived by various trends are young people and the efforts to bring them back from this situation aren't
giving effect, on the contrary, their numbers increasing day by day. Today's basic law is that special attention to the unbringing of young people who are exposed to different influences and mass culture.
In order to protect the rights and interests of the world's young people, president Shavkat Mirziyoev emphasized: our main task is creating the necessary conditions for young people to demonstrate their potential and to prevent the spread of the idea of violence, social support for the young generation and developing multilateral cooperation on protection of their rights are essential for this. In this regard, Uzbekistan's at that time of quickly developing global ization and information-communication technologies, the head of Uzbekistan state proposed for accept of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the youth which is an international document aimed at the formation and implementation of youth policy.
Today a special attention is being paid to youth and their education in our country. Adopted by the head of Uzbekistan state this year "The state youth policy" becomes both physically and spiritually protective of them too. All conditions are being created for our young generation to grow, we don't see such these interests in the future of young people even in developed countries.
The measures to "improve the system of prevention of crime and com bating crime have been approved" are signed by the president of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoev's decree QP-2883 on 14 March 2017. Accordingly every Thursday of the week is announced as the "Day of preventive measure of crime" house-to-house walks, prophylactic conversation, meetings with citizens such as events scheme within the framework are being organized.
The president of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoev has recognized "Kamolot" the social movement of the youth established of the "Union of youth" in Uzbekistan as continuation on 30 June 2017 and announcing The Day of the Youth in Uzbekistan on 30 June is encouraging power for me and the youth who are equal to my age to master the discoveries of science and to consider the fate to our day and tomorrow. In the words of first president Islam Karimov "Our children should be stronger, more knowledgeable, wiser and certainly more content than we are", we should follow such exemplary words in our program. Because the land where healthy youth are in becomes strong.
Thus, small proportion of humanity commits crime and many fight against it. But, people say that there is no any state which was able to reduce crime in the twentieth century compared to the previous period. Despite that crime has always been condemned in history and various social forces were opposed to it, the crime of existence and happening quality and quantity in time and space continues to vary. We can say instead of conclusion, as we live in such a peaceful, developing, paradise country that serves not reform but for human's interests, to appreciate these blessings and to guard them are one of the most important tasks of the Uzbek people especially the younger generation.

The gradual and sustainable development of the modern state is closely tied to the reform of its education system. In the era of globalization, information and communication technologies and increasing competition in the global arena, investment in human capital has become a decisive force [1]. In recent years, attention has been paid to deep structural and institutional changes aimed at gradually reducing state participation in the national economy, like all developed countries. The strategic infrastructure of natural monopolies - changed the form of ownership to investigate the many economic opportunities of the railways [2]. The process of responsible change put new demands on its participants.
The process of preparing economists for the railroad industry involves the development of a set of capabilities that may be required for practical activities. Without pretending to describe it in detail, consider some of the most important aspects.
First and foremost, the economist's ability should be based on the knowledge of the economic theory, regardless of the area he works. It is such a foundation that it is impossible to succeed without any practical task. The transport economist should be a skilled economist who can evaluate these processes with theoretically full-armed, but not a narrow specialist, who sees the processes taking place in the railway system. To do this, he must be not only aware of the theoretical principles, but also be able to act upon them, apply the theory to practice, that is, he must be fully aware of the issues of general economic theory.
