One of the most important tasks of our country is to cultivate a person who combines spiritual wealth, moral purity and physical perfection. The key to solving this historic task is a complex and multifaceted educational system. In this system, educating the younger generation through music education is important. Music education has a great impact on the national, spiritual and moral upbringing of the younger generation.

The subject of music culture serves to form the spiritual, artistic and moral culture of young people, to cultivate national pride and patriotism, to develop creative skills, sophistication and artistic taste, to broaden the horizons of thought, to foster independence and initiative. It is known that every nation is the creator and successor of high moral and aesthetic ideals. Therefore, it is necessary to develop new principles of music education, teaching methods using information and communication technologies.

The first of the 5 important initiatives to raise the morale of young people and the meaningful organization of their leisure time is to increase the interest of young people in music, painting, literature, theater and other arts, to reveal their talents. is important as it focuses on organizing effective use of computer technology and the internet among young people.

From the above, it is clear that the power of Uzbekistan is not only in the science of music, but also in the preparation of a well-rounded person, a perfect person. Perhaps it is necessary to bring up in accordance with modern requirements, using information and communication technologies and, of course, integration. This is the demand of our time. The article discusses ways to address such pressing issues.

The use of information and communication technologies in music culture classes helps to develop the skills of active perception of music, to enrich

children's musical experience, to absorb knowledge. This is an important condition for enriching the musical culture of schoolchildren in general. Therefore, the following tasks are important in the use of information and communication technologies in music education:

❖ Involve more students in project activities in music lessons.

❖ expanding the music cabinet library.

❖ learning new computer programs.

There are many components that students need to successfully learn ICT: television, multimedia, animation, graphics, and sound. Effective use of computer technology can help address the lack of visual aids, change traditional subjects, and understand and master learning materials. In addition, the use of multimedia tools is the basis for modern organization of lessons.

Multimedia has several definitions:

Multimedia - computer hardware (CD-Rom, Drive, audio and video card, joystick and other special devices that help to play audio and video);

Multimedia - it is the integration of several means of presenting information into one system. Multimedia is a combination of text, sound, graphics, animation, video, and spatial modeling. The combination of such means provides a new level of quality of information reception: a person is not only passively obsessed, but also actively participates.

Thanks to multimedia textbooks, students are more active in the classroom (expressing their opinions, reflecting, discussing). Because visuals are the basis for understanding music and developing students' musical thinking. This allows students to "hear" ("see") specific musical works, giving them insights into music and history, literature, various types of fine arts, architecture, sculpture, art photography, and more. will have.

The student lives a technological life, using computers, DVD and mp3 players, and mobile devices. Keeping pace with the times and using modern technical means in the learning process will solve a number of educational problems, as well as improve one of the most important. That's the motivation of the students. The main purpose of using information and communication technologies in music lessons is to stimulate students' knowledge and creativity.

Here are some suggestions on how to use information and communication technologies in your music lessons:

The role of the student in the classroom needs to change: from a passive learner to an active participant in the learning process. In this case, the relationship between the student and the teacher changes towards a partnership, and the student becomes the subject of pedagogical activity from the object of pedagogical influence.

The curriculum includes only one hour of music lessons per week, which is not enough to develop a multi-faceted personality. In this regard, the use of modern information technology is important to increase the effectiveness of the course. One of the conditions for successful learning in music lessons is, of

course, the quality of the audio and video materials used in the lessons. The use of modern technical training aids (computer, VCR, music center, etc.) allows you to achieve the desired result. And, of course, one of the most important components of successful learning is motivating students.

The use of modern information technology in music lessons makes teaching of any age bright, memorable, interesting and creates a positive attitude to the topic. Analyzing the above points, he came to the conclusion that it is necessary to master modern computer technology. The school administration will need to provide the meeting room (music classroom) with the necessary equipment (music center, projector, computer, DVD and mp3 players, microphones, etc.). This allows students to successfully master music lessons through the use of information and communication technologies.

Video series: operas, musical films, classical and popular music concerts, fragments of feature and documentary films about the life and work of composers, fragments of folk festivals.

Synthesized visual images: portraits of composers, performers and world classical music, performers of musical works.

Modern writings: thematic paintings, musical recordings, fragments of musical manuscripts, reproductions of works of fine arts (painting, handicrafts, sculpture, architecture, graphics, etc.). It is also possible to present the material in music lessons in other forms: computer programs (Power Point, PhStori, Photoshop, Movie Maker, NERO), projects, tests, selected music CDs and more.

In conclusion, it should be noted that in today's fast-paced world to increase the ability of young people to think independently, to involve them in more self-improvement, to use more information and communication technologies in the educational process, to increase the interest of young people in music, painting, literature, theater and other arts. It is very important to identify the problem, to organize the effective use of computer technology and the Internet among the population and youth.
